Have stayed at this hotel before 12 months ago, and gave a good review. We re booked this 10 months ago for our stay this year. We had booked the same room as before, balcony jacuzzi and a walk in shower. We were advised that the room we supposedly booked was not available. They could not put us in a similar room. I felt bad for the person helping us, his supervisor showed very little support and did not even come and talk to us. I thought this was very bad service. We found a lot better beachfront hotel closer in to town and the staff could not be more helpful.

I had high hopes for my 20-day stay at this hotel, but unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations. After encountering some unforeseen problems, my stay was cut short to just 10 days. Despite the hotel's promise to refund half of the payment, which amounted to 600 euros, I never received the money and also they did not reply on messages. What's even more concerning is that my initial concerns about their refund policy were validated by this experience. Prior to booking, I came across reviews from other guests who had similar issues with refunds. It's disheartening to see a lack of accountability and transparency from the hotel management. I urge future guests to proceed with caution before making any reservations at this place. As for my experience, I'm deeply disappointed and regretful that I cannot recommend this based on my personal encounter.

Before COVID buffet breakfast had Vietnamese salads to die for. Now it's mostly western style spread with some local dishes

Great hotel with a relaxing ambience. Classical architecture combined with modern amenities. Location on the beach with ease of movement across Nha Trang. The staff are very helpful with special mention of the kitchen staff who have been really helpful in picking halal food.

We had a great stay! We enjoyed the incredible views of the ocean and relaxing in the outdoor jacuzzi. The breakfast was delicious and had lots of Vietnamese and Western dishes. We also enjoyed walking to nearby street food & coffee shops.
