We stayed for five nights in November. It was nice! We didn't realize when booking that the hotel sits right up against a whole street of izakaya restaurants. Every night for dinner, we could just walk outside onto the lively street and choose a new place to eat. We were always satisfied! We could walk to Fukushima Station, as well. The room was very small, but I was quite impressed by how clever and efficient the design was - space to put luggage under the bed, hooks and surfaces that fold out, etc. The sink was outside the toilet/shower room. We had planned to do laundry here, at the midpoint of our trip, but it was a little difficult with only three machines for such a large hotel. We ended up walking to a laundromat nearby, which was nice and affordable. Great stay overall, thank you!

Stayed here for a week in August of last year, but I still can remember the superb Service that gave us, changes of bottles of water, Making your bed sheets for you, friendly staff. Thanks to them I had a very positive stay in Osaka! 5 out of 5 stars! (There is also a Seven eleven down the street, and a McDonald, and a local diner that I loved going to.)

Stayed for 6 nights and had a great overall experience. The check-in and check-out process was quick and smooth. Checkout time is at noon, which allowed us plenty of time for last-minute packing. The room was on the smaller side, but it was perfect for two adults and kept clean throughout our stay. A special thanks to the team managing level 11 for doing an excellent job maintaining the cleanliness of the rooms. I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip to Osaka due to its convenient location to USJ and Kansai Airport.

Room was quite small but the location was great. Next to the main station and plenty of great food around. However, one of the ladies at reception was quite rude. After we checked out and before leaving, we asked if we could have a bottle of water. She said no water because we already checked out.. It was just a bottle of water?? This made us not want to go back. But

Forgot to take some good picture but it was a really good stay. The hotel was quite new and the room is clean. Quite spacious room (Japan-wise) especially the bathroom. Super close to Fukushima station that it is just a 2 minute walk. Very convenient to get around (to Umeda/ USJ/KIX) only down bit is it locates right next to the JR railway so you can hear the trains running until late night/early morning even the sound proofing has been quite good. (But for me it’s okay) Good pick if you stay in Osaka
