Room was quite small but the location was great. Next to the main station and plenty of great food around. However, one of the ladies at reception was quite rude. After we checked out and before leaving, we asked if we could have a bottle of water. She said no water because we already checked out.. It was just a bottle of water?? This made us not want to go back. But

Forgot to take some good picture but it was a really good stay. The hotel was quite new and the room is clean. Quite spacious room (Japan-wise) especially the bathroom. Super close to Fukushima station that it is just a 2 minute walk. Very convenient to get around (to Umeda/ USJ/KIX) only down bit is it locates right next to the JR railway so you can hear the trains running until late night/early morning even the sound proofing has been quite good. (But for me it’s okay)
Good pick if you stay in Osaka

Nice, stylish, relatively new hotel. Great location. Next to the station and train tracks. Soundproof is good so no major problem. The street has many izakayas and the atmosphere is good and lively. The supermarket near hotel is large and very convenient. Buffet breakfast provided in soba restaurant Fukumaru. Breakfast is not fancy but is decent with local specialties such as okonomiyaki, takoyaki, and soba made by soba restaurant. Highly recommend hotel.

The hotel is amazing! It is situated near fukushima station so we never had to walk a lot. There are amazing restaurants next to the hotel. There is a grocery store nearbycalled Oasis, where you can buy almost anything.
- the only thing we didn’t like was one reception lady that was so rude, no smile or greeting. It almost seemed that she was irritated with foreigners. She was inspecting my passport like she worked at immigration. No words exchanged, just her looking at all the stamps on my passport. She took 15 minutes, then gave us the keys. Other staff members were quite good.. just that manager lady

Good location! Just 1 station away from JR Osaka station, then within 5 mins walking from station to hotel.
Room is tiny but newly furnished, we felt comfortable with the space.
There are many restaurants near the hotel, also a supermarket, all on the same street. I will stay again if I come to Osaka again.
