We had a wonderful stay at Vinpearl Resort Nha Trang! While the resort may be a bit dated, it is well-maintained and spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment with great pool and facilities. Majority of the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day, with both local and international dishes. A special mention to Yen, the hotel ambassador, who went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable. Her professionalism, and thoughtful assistance to ensuring all our needs were met, truly enhanced our experience.

Delicious food and great service and fair value at the Imperial restaurant. We ordered a whole duck that was made into 3 dishes. I particularly enjoyed the seafood dishes we ordered (Malay seafood hotpot and seafood noodles). We went as family of five with 3 children. Overall really enjoyed the Vinpearl experience.

We are really enjoy our 6 days vacation here, we booked Villa beach view with 3 buffet serve + Vinwonder park. Overall, my family was happy with the transportation and customer services here which are fast, friendly and attentive to our needs. The buffet menu change everyday, foods are delicious both western and local but I hope they have more seafoods varieties. Vin wonder park is an amazing place with lots of fun games, shows for kids and adult, and tropical bird garden, zoo animals are interesting according to my 5 years old toddler. Most importance, the beach is very clean. Definitely, recommend my friends and family to try this place!

Bach Giai Chinese Cuisine Restaurant in the Imperial Club has super delicious food at good prices. Beautiful traditional Chinese atmosphere and wonderful service from the staff. Highly recommend.

Great beach and pool area, great sea view from the room. Superb breakfast, clean and beautiful territory. Problem 1: transport and vinwonders personnel speaks VERY limited English. Problem 2: restaurant management should not put so much perfume on themselves. The (honestly not so good) perfume fragnance was so strong that it completely dimmed the food smell. Problem 3: power sockets in the room cannot hold modern chargers and are very hard to access. I stayed in other 2 hotels in Nha Trang, there was no such problem there. Please fix it. Problem 4: food quality in VinWonders is bad. Like.. really bad. Just an example - barbecue meat is served undercooked and it’s hard to explain personnel because of limited English.
