Manager Paolo was incredibly accommodating and generously allowed us an early check-in since our flight arrived before lunchtime—such a thoughtful gesture! YZ made the check-in process incredibly efficient and smooth. Within five minutes of arriving at the hotel, we were able to settle into our room, which was in perfect condition and had everything we requested. Push brightened our mornings with his infectious laughter and warm smile every time he greeted us at breakfast. His energy added a cheerful start to our day! The housekeeping team did an excellent job, ensuring everything was spotlessly clean throughout our stay. The hotel also offers great souvenirs that are both stylish and practical, making them a nice touch to remember our stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable; we fell asleep within 15 minutes of lying down every night! The bathroom was also well-maintained, with a reliable water heater and efficient drainage. We had a flawless experience during our entire stay and will definitely come back. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Singapore!

We had a wonderful 4-night stay as a family of three adults, including two senior citizens. From the moment we arrived, YZ, the amazing front desk lady, made our experience special. She noticed that one of us was celebrating her birthday and surprised her with a cake in the room—a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated! Manager PAOLO also went above and beyond to ensure everything we requested was perfectly arranged. The extra bed we requested was incredibly soft and comfortable, feeling just as cozy as a regular bed. PUSH, from the restaurant, was incredibly friendly and attentive. He always made sure we had the best table and added a warm touch to every meal we had. Overall, the service was exceptional, and the staff truly made our stay memorable! Highly recommended.

Went there to celebrate anniversary and had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant! The dishes we ordered were absolutely delicious—cooked to perfection. The hospitality from Veejay, Terence and the team truly stood out. We were welcomed with wine and dessert when they noticed we were celebrating our anniversary. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be back again!

Last weekend, I had a wonderful and relaxing time at VOCO Orchard Singapore with my family. First of all, I would like to thank Narin at the reception for her kind and professional attitude. And I would also like to thank all the staff at the executive lounge for their kindness and comfort. The hotel was located on Orchard Road, so it was very accessible. The room was spacious and clean, and all the amenities were sufficient. And the bed was comfortable. The executive lounge was clean and convenient to use, and I was satisfied with the food and drinks during afternoon tea, Happy hour. The swimming pool was enough to enjoy playing in the water leisurely with my child. In-room dining was good quality and easy to order and enjoy. I think it would be nice to improve the use of vouchers through the IHG app. Of course, the reception took care of that part well in this time. I appreciate for providing us with a satisfactory stay experience.
