The hotel nice, looks new and clean. The free upgrades our room to level 21. My daughter likes the bath tub and swimming pool… The india lady housekeeper who served at level 21 is so friendly and caring. She wrote us a special note and hand made an owl by using small towel, specially for our kids. She is so helpful by asking is there anything that we need. They also very thoughtful and think in advance in providing extra things to cater for our needs.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the voco Orchard Hotel in Singapore, and I must say, my experience was truly exceptional, especially considering an unfortunate incident during my visit. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. However, my stay took an unexpected turn when I injured my knee. I was quite distressed, but the hotel staff quickly sprang into action. The first aiders were incredibly attentive and compassionate. They assessed my injury with professionalism and care, ensuring I was comfortable and had everything I needed. What stood out the most was their genuine concern for my well-being. They not only provided immediate first aid but also followed up to check on me throughout my stay. Their kindness and support made a challenging situation much more bearable. It’s rare to find such a dedicated team that goes above and beyond to ensure their guests feel cared for. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with modern amenities and a fantastic location right in the heart of Orchard Road. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring the city. Overall, my experience at voco Orchard Hotel was marked not just by the quality of the accommodations, but by the outstanding service provided by the staff. I left feeling grateful for their kindness and support, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Singapore. Manager Paolo was incredibly accommodating and generously allowed us an early check-in since our flight arrived before lunchtime—such a thoughtful gesture! YZ made the check-in process incredibly efficient and smooth. Within five minutes of arriving at the hotel, we were able to settle into our room, which was in perfect condition and had everything we requested. Push brightened our mornings with his infectious laughter and warm smile every time he greeted us at breakfast. His energy added a cheerful start to our day! The housekeeping team did an excellent job, ensuring everything was spotlessly clean throughout our stay. The hotel also offers great souvenirs that are both stylish and practical, making them a nice touch to remember our stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable; we fell asleep within 15 minutes of lying down every night! The bathroom was also well-maintained, with a reliable water heater and efficient drainage. We had a flawless experience during our entire stay and will definitely come back. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Singapore!

Great hotel... extremely lovely staff, especially up in the Club Lounge, who went out of their way to ensure we were looked after...Natasha was a delight ...the club was excellent...can't recommend it enough. We were on the 21 floor, room was big and very clean. Certainly stay there again....

We had a wonderful 4-night stay as a family of three adults, including two senior citizens. From the moment we arrived, YZ, the amazing front desk lady, made our experience special. She noticed that one of us was celebrating her birthday and surprised her with a cake in the room—a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated! Manager PAOLO also went above and beyond to ensure everything we requested was perfectly arranged. The extra bed we requested was incredibly soft and comfortable, feeling just as cozy as a regular bed. PUSH, from the restaurant, was incredibly friendly and attentive. He always made sure we had the best table and added a warm touch to every meal we had. Overall, the service was exceptional, and the staff truly made our stay memorable! Highly recommended.
