This hotel was absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond to get you whatever you need. The meeting space food and service for the meetings is fantastic as well. They are on top of every request, food is great and meeting space is perfect. i would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a central location in Singapore, amazing kind staff and great rooms. The rooms are clean and great size. over all 10 out of 10

Gaewkwan St.
Location is convenient. Staffs at the club lounge especially Natasha, Narin and Sheryl are very nice. Room is good but bathroom is quite old fashion. Overall is worth to stay at this hotel.

I had an amazing stay at voco Orchard Singapore! The location is ideal, just a 10-minute walk from the nearest MRT station, making it very convenient. I’d like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the concierge, Jared, for his incredible support. I communicated with him for nearly two weeks in preparation for my proposal, and he was not only attentive but also gave me so many great suggestions that really helped make the occasion special. The room was clean and comfortable, and we truly had a memorable time. One small thing, though—on the day of the proposal decorations, I noticed there were no bathrobes in the room. I’m still wondering if the bathrobes were turned into the beautiful towel swans as part of the decoration. If I have the chance to visit Singapore again, I would definitely stay at voco Orchard. Highly recommend!

Fantastic stay at voco Orchard. Spending our anniversary with the hotel is definitely a gem. The service is exceptional in the Club Lounge. We enjoy our stay very much, the level of engagement & friendliness by Kenny the manager was top notch thus by far of my hotel stay. Can't rave enough to share about him, the hotel are lucky to have you. Keep up the amazing job & passion. We will be choosing this hotel again if ever return to Singapore.

Housekeeping is excellent. The team at the restaurant for breakfast in the lobby are super friendly especially the smiling Manager who sets the positive tone for the day. At the club lounge, Ms Josephine Rovi is an absolute brilliant hostess, patiently attending to ours and other guests requests - she's A plus. Everyone staff at this hotel are polite, helpful and professional.
