I must say, it exceeded my expectations! The food and drinks were delicious, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the beach was beautiful. Although the hotel was fully booked, we were pleasantly surprised to find that it was easy to secure shade and beach chairs, and there were no long lines for food and drinks. We had no issues with hot water or the public bathrooms, which were always clean. We appreciated that the tap water in our room was safe to drink, making things more convenient. The weather was gorgeous every day, with quick and light rain showers that didn't bother us at all. We loved our vacation in Jolly Beach!

Was a relaxing day, I had a day pass here. Receptionist was lovely. The next lady we saw was also lovely she was the lady in the palm restaurant that greeted you 1st. After that it went down hill. You could feel the attitudes. Especially the lady at the bar. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. I thought they had done renovations, couldn't see anything new. The bathroom needs a make over. It maybe the cheapest all inclusive, but it's still in the 1000s. They need to do more. There was a lovely chef though. Friendliness goes a long way.

Soo even though this was my first time out of the country by myself . The staff and people that lives there were so nice . Everyone gave me credited information on where to go , what to do and parties to enjoy . I always had a driver on stand by and even Got escorted to my room while they carried my bags . The rooms were pretty outdated but I went around carnival time . I was barely in the hotel . I did come to the hotel when they served food which was also good . Drinks were amazing ! Even the pool was relaxing and not so packed . The week of me staying , anything I need in the room they brung it to me without a problem . I would def stay again . It was closer to all the stores and places I needed including towns.

This is a HONEST REVIEW!!! PLEASE READ the bad reviews!! 2 star at best. When we arrived at the resort, the older lady working at the front desk was the rudest individual we have ever come across when checking into our rooms, did not tell us where our room was located, and basically pushed us through. She basically threw our room keys at us. The resort needs a lot of TLC. Never any toilet paper in public washrooms. Dirty glasses. The employees at the resort need to have a team meeting with the owners of the resort to learn how to be professional and friendly. We met maybe two employees that were friendly, the rest were either rude, never smiled,. It was like they did not want you there including the GM Clinton .

Wow, the staff are absolutely amazing What more can you say. From the lovely ladies that greet you at the buffet to the lovely women who sing your order to you at the pizza factory You are so blessed when you get to wake up here. The staff get the 10 on this one with the beach getting a solid 9.5 The rooms are small but what are you there to do in them anyway

Beautiful resort. The grounds are well looked after, and it when you are sitting on the beach, it really is paradise. The rooms are rustic, clean, and comfortable. The bathrooms are very modern with lovely showers. The staff are very polite and helpful and work really hard to make sure you have everything you need. Food is plentiful with lots of options and better than average for buffet. Sea Grapes beach is great for relaxing and swimming and close to the bar for drinks and snacks. I can't wait to go back.

This is a 3 star all inclusive in my opinion. Cons... the FOOD. It is just NOT good. We stayed 4 nights. By day three we dreaded going to dinner and wished we were closer to restaurants outside the resort. We had a car, but the location of this resort did not make it feasible to leave for meals. For this reason, I would not stay here again. Low end alcohol as well. We never received clean towels in our room and always had to ask for them. Our room was not the "Oceanfront" room so be careful when booking. Never enough beach chairs. You have to go early and put your towels out. Pros... the beach is beautiful, walkable to Eden Beach and also beautiful! Use of kayaks, and paddle boards was great. Rooms are fine, clean and basic. Quiet and relaxing place.

Hawksbill was a wonderful resort in the country area. We were a family of 7 and it was peaceful and relaxing the whole week. We had 3 rooms. Two were the beachfront bungalow. Great porch to relax. Comfortable. Was not a fan of the shower outside but it was well done and private. The other was an incredible ocean view room with an amazing balcony! BOOK DIRECT. We loved having water and other drinks stocked daily with no charge. The staff was nice and attentive. Pool was great. 3 beaches. Things we wanted more options for —food throughout the day like snacks, and less mosquito bites. Bad.

Stayed at Hawksbill for 5 days. Welcome was warm and front desk staff was so helpful and accommodating even when there was an issue with our booking. It was rectified and the vacation continued with this positivity. Loved the food. Choices were varied every day. Food was fresh and delicious. Staff was always very friendly and catered to our every need. Bungalow room was spacious with amenities. Shower a bit small but bathroom and room were clean and cleaned daily. Beaches were pristine and pool was amazing. Overall my stay was amazing at the Hawksbill resort. I would definitely recommend to anyone

I had an amazing stay at Hawksbill Resort during Antigua Carnival 2024. The location was perfect, with stunning views, and staying in one of their Royal Palm Beachfront Rooms, I was just steps away from the beach. The room was spacious (especially the bathroom), clean, and had a serene atmosphere, making it the ideal retreat after the Carnival festivities. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring my stay was comfortable. On the couple of occasions I was late for dinner, they happily accommodated me with a to-go meal. I highly recommend Hawksbill Resort for anyone looking to relax in paradise while enjoying the best of Antigua!

Went on vacation for my husband’s birthday and we had a ton of fun on this resort! Lovely Staff, very friendly. Very calm & clean. If you are looking for a laid back relaxing trip, this is your place to book. The dinner wait time was a bit extreme but the chef was amazing. One thing i will warn everyone about is this taxi driver who works for the resort. He will try and take advantage of people because he is money hungry. We took a 10-15 min trip away from the resort late at night to get food and he tried to charge us $40, when the trip into town to come back & forth was $20. So, it is not like we weren’t willing to pay him, it was him improperly trying to get over on us because he knew we weren't from the island. Not only did he try to overcharge us, but he started telling other taxi drivers not to pick us up and followed us to the airport when we were trying to catch our flight back. He pointed his dirty finger in our face and accused us of being thieves after we tried to negotiate a reasonable price with him & even the lady at the desk said we were not wrong. Coming from a person who works in an occupation of dealing with clients all day, this cab driver lacks professionalism and courtesy & needs to be fired because he will do this to other guests. The hotel and staff are lovely, setting amazing and staff professional and welcoming. They are willing to go over and above to make your stay enjoyable. We loved it and like most visitors...leaving and coming back to England came all too quickly. Thank you Ocean spa team. :) only complaint? I was unable to find a suitable desert.. due to allergy...and when I did on the last night.. it was not as I expected. However, the standard and quality of the food is very good...we were on all inclusive but opted to pay extra for premium meals on certain days. Well worth it. Talented kitchen staff. Thank you Ocean Point staff for a lovely, restful, recharge for Christmas 2024. We both needed it.

Great spa/ mini condo type units. The pool is good size and salt water. The beaches are pretty nice (there's 2). The bar is open most of the day, bartenders were fun and made some good drinks. The restaurant opens 3 times per day, has good food- but smaller portions than I'm used to. Staff is friendly and upbeat - so far wonderful & helpful. Keep up the amazing work :)

I did a solo trip for new years, it was the most perfect stay in every way. They provided taxi service which the drivers were very punctual and professional, as a woman i felt very safe even at late night hours. The food, ambiance, restaurant, and staff members are the most sweetest and fun people. The rooms are great i stayed in a cabana with ocean and pool view it was perfect. I highly recomend for a peaceful yet fun stay.

I had a wonderful time staying in this resort while visiting the beautiful Antigua island. From the moment I arrived at the resort I was greeted with a smile by very friendly reception team. Also before arrival the communication was great (once again thank you to Rossana for all the support and prompt responses to all my queries). I also need to extend my thanks to the restaurant and bar staff - very friendly and professional. I enjoyed the meals which were not only delicious but also always beautifully decorated. Cocktails and smoothies were also very good - the blueberry mojito was one of the best I’ve ever tried. I enjoyed my room which was a good size and I had a nice view from my balcony. The room was very well maintained and spotless clean. Additionally the resort is located in a quiet location so I had a really nice and peaceful time.
