Amazing Stay at Bel Jou Hotel. My Partner and I, had a great time staying at this hotel. The place is very nice and quiet. We took this time away to relax and we definitely did. Its so calm that you can hear the bird sing and literally fall asleep on the bed near the pool. A Special appreciation for MADRINA !!! She makes us feel home. Always looking out for us and our need during our stay. The staff is nice, polite and fun, they are all making sure you have the greatest time. I could say a lot of more good things about this hotel, but it's better to discover it by yourself. I recommend and I will come back

A truly wonderful hotel in all aspects. We stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed it. The welcoming staff, the delicious food, brilliant entertainment and general happy atmosphere gave us a fantastic holiday here at the Bel jou. Absolutely loved the hotel. The Lounge a place to relax for those quiet moments outside of your room. The coffee shop to pick up good quality coffee and a book or just to chill out. 2 pools never seemed over crowded... Loved the Aqua Aerobics good fun. Variety of food and drinks, great All Inclusive Package. To be greeted every day by whichever member of staff you met from the Managers to everyone that works at the hotel made my trip Superb.

A very memorable Stay at Bel Jou. My recent stay at the Bel Jou Hotel was truly exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Shoutout to Mickey and Quincy specifically. They are both great! The food was delicious, with a variety of options to suit everyone. I was particularly impressed by the food since its a smaller resort and from my past experiences food at all inclusive can be a hit or miss but they did a great job. I absolutely loved it there was always a local dish option because I like to eat local foods wherever I go. One of the highlights of my trip was celebrating my birthday during the hotel's Creole Festival BBQ. The festivities were amazing, with many talented musicians and dancers. The food was amazing and friendly locals. It was a truly authentic cultural experience. The hotel's free shuttle service to the beautiful beach was a convenient and great way to spend the day. The pristine waters and stunning scenery were simply breathtaking. Definitely one of my top favorite beaches. I highly recommend the Bel Jou Hotel to anyone seeking an affordable relaxing, laid-back vacation in St. Lucia.

We have visited several Caribbean islands and stayed at many resorts. By far, St. Lucia’s Anse Chastanet is the best, most wonderful, most romantic place to spend a holiday. The island is lush, the weather consistently warm, the people well-educated and the economy prosperous. Built on the side of a mountain, Anse Chastanet was designed with imagination, style, luxury and beauty. The staff are friendly, helpful and many have work at the resort for decades. We loved our beachside grass-roofed cabana where food and drink can be easily ordered. The restaurants serve delicious and varied meals. And, there is much to do: snorkeling, a sailing-away, scuba diving, plantation tour plus the many places to visit on the island. We are already planning to return next year…but for a longer stay.

I never post reviews, but I had to make an exception for the Anse Chastanet resort. This place is truly one of a kind, and my wife and I recently spent the honeymoon of a lifetime here. Resort - The resort itself is located on a gorgeous 600-acre estate that’s shared with the Jade Mountain Resort (Voted the #1 resort in St. Lucia by Forbes!), perched up on a lush jungle mountainside with direct access to not one but two of St. Lucia’s most beautiful and secluded beaches, with some of the best coral reefs for snorkeling on the island. The entire compound is made to look like one big tree house, with most rooms having open air views of both the surrounding rainforest and Caribbean Sea. While most rooms don’t have air conditioning and it can get hot (especially in October), there are Beachside rooms that do have A/C in case you can’t live without it. But there’s nothing quite like waking up to tropical birds chirping in the surrounding canopy of a Hillside room as the sea gets lit up by the morning sunshine. Food & Drink - The food and drinks are some of the best my wife and I have had at a resort, and we couldn’t believe the quality with an All-Inclusive option. There are multiple different restaurants you can dine at, with constantly changing menus depending on what’s in season along with outstanding local seafood selections. The Anse Chastanet and Jade Mountain actually own an organic farm outside of the town of Soufriere (which you can visit) that supplies all of their fresh fruits and vegetables. We truly looked forward to every meal as well as the beachside rum cocktails. Staff & Service - But at the end of the day, it was the resort staff that made our stay truly extraordinary. For only 79 rooms across the two connected resorts, there are over 500 team members ready to make your day. From the moment we left baggage claim at the airport to the minute we were dropped back off at UVF, we were treated like royalty – as if we were the only ones staying at the resort! My wife and I have traveled quite a bit but we’ve never experienced service at this level before. Always greeted with a genuine, warm smile, there was no request too big or small for the staff. Two individuals in particular, Peter and Ryan, went above and beyond to make our stay that much more memorable. If you’re looking for a one-of-a-kind resort on St. Lucia that melds natural beauty, delicious food, and unforgettable staff, Anse Chastanet is an incredible find.

My husband and I purchased a day pass at the resort for my birthday and it was awesome! It included lunch and other food as well as a drink package. There were also a few surprises from the staff. 😁😁 We got chairs and an umbrella and a server that gets your drinks and food. There is an incredible snorkeling area that is roped off but you can snorkel anywhere there. Thank you so much for offering the day pass - it was just perfect!!

We are glad we stayed at Anse Chastanet, BUT there are some major caveats that you should look into before booking a stay. First the good: the location near the base of the pitons is gorgeous, the sunset sail on the Susie Q sailboat was phenomenal, the secondary beach of Anse Mamin (a 10 minute walk away from the main beach) is stunning and quiet, the kayak excursion to the pitons was fun and challenging, and the service at meals was efficient and friendly. Now the caveats: most importantly, the unpaved road to the resort is absolutely appalling. We arrived at night in a rental car and it was a horrible experience - it took us over 20 minutes to go less than a mile and it was bumpy, steep and dangerous. If you have a bad back or neck or motion sickness, this is not the place for you. We didn't leave the resort or do any excursions outside of the resort because of the road. We will not come back here or try Jade Mountain because of the road situation. Second, the food is just OK. I am surprised at the good reviews of the food; it was fine but nothing special (and you are basically trapped there so have no alternative). Third, the best rooms with views are open-air and not air-conditioned. We knew this, so selected a beach room with AC. It was fine but nothing special. We selected AC over hot and buggy and glad we did but just know that you cannot get the best of both worlds here. Finally, there seemed to be a lot of paperwork and lack of trust of guests (waivers, signing for everything even when breakfast and dinner are included etc). All in all, it was a lovely place with some positives, but not a place we would return.

All staff friendly and could answer any question asked. They added personal touches and surprises every other day! Excursions and resort facilities were fantastic. Enough water sports and snorkelling areas. Food was fantastic with plenty of choices. Room spacious, clean and wonderful views of the pitons.

We just got home from Sandals St Lucia! The staff is over the top. They are the most friendly and truly happy that you are there. The service is exceptional! So many to name as standouts, but Kurt in Mario’s, along with the chef there were the best! Shenelle was so sincere about checking on us everyday to be sure all was perfect, as it was!! I highly recommend Sandals Halcyon🥰

This is the second time we have been to Halcyon (12 years apart) and have loved every minute of it. The staff is amazing, the location is perfection, and it was so relaxing. I will say that the drinks seemed to be watered down some. I am a lightweight and was able to have SEVERAL drinks without even a buzz. But they were still yummy. I also loved visiting the Grande because their beach had some fun things you could sit in the ocean with. Def recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sandals Halcyon Beach and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The resort itself is stunning, nestled in a beautiful location with breathtaking views of the ocean. The accommodations were top-notch, with spacious and well-appointed rooms that offered all the comforts one could ask for. The amenities were equally impressive, including a pristine swimming pool, and a variety of dining options that catered to all tastes. Each meal was a culinary delight. One of the highlights of my stay was the range of activities available. Whether it was kayaking or sailing, there was always something to do. The resort also offered several excursions, allowing guests to explore the surrounding area and experience the local culture. During my stay at the resort, two employees, Versilia and Adrian, went above and beyond to make my experience perfect. Their exceptional service and genuine kindness truly made my visit unforgettable. Overall, my stay at Sandals Halcyon Beach was nothing short of magical. The combination of beautiful surroundings, exceptional service, and a wide array of activities made for a truly memorable vacation. I can't wait to return and would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

My husband and I stayed at Sandals Halcyon Beach in December of 2024. We had such a wonderful experience. The grounds were beautiful with lush, pristine greenery and secluded patios, allowing us to enjoy the beauty of Mother Nature while maintaining our privacy. One can read, nap, or meditate without intrusion. We elected the butler suite and could not have been more impressed with our butlers, Krysta, Vianna, and Christal. These ladies were exceptional and became intuitive over the duration of our stay, which helped to further personalize our experience. Our suite was well appointed and boasted its own private pool with a well erected privacy wall separating us from the pedestrian traffic of the resort. Food and drinks were plentiful and delicious. We especially enjoyed the escargot and fish sandwiches. Whether you enjoy fancy foods or finger foods, Sandals Halcyon Beach has something for everyone. The beach itself was beautiful. Blue/green, cool waters with friendly waves. If you are looking for a boutique resort that allows for privacy and personalization Sandals Halcyon Beach is an appropriate option.

Enjoyed a wonderful honeymoon experience here! We had 3 amazing butlers, Silvie, Shaun, and Learie. They made sure every want/need/reservation was taken care of and took all of the stress of planning off our shoulders! We also loved Vince at the main bar. Our second night there he took care of us and was so friendly. We were also there for the NYE party and he and the rest of the bar team did a great job holding it down despite how busy they were, and made sure everyone was enjoying their night! We also enjoyed a wonderful couples massage and the gals at red lane spa(unfortunately can’t remember their names but they were amazing) made sure we were so relaxed.

Great location! We will be getting married here and came for a test drive of the wedding. The resort was great and the employees were all very nice and accommodating. We had booked a swim up lagoon which came with room service. We took the 1 hr 40 min shuttle from the airport but it was not too bad. Very winding, but beautiful route along the island. The resort was relaxing and beautiful. We are excited to come back

first i want to say how beautiful the resort and location were! the staff and everyone were so accommodating. the resort is very clean, my room was constantly cleaned. me and my husband got married here and it was the best place and resort to do it! it’s was just us two! the wedding team was absolutely phenomenal! my day was so wonderful! thank you for making my day so perfect and special! another great thing i loved was they are very accommodating if you have any food allergies! they made me a gluten free pizza it was so delicious! overall the food and service were 10/10 the only thing i have to say is the rooms need to be a little more modernized but otherwise 10/10 overall! and will definitely come back!! thank you again!!

I celebrated my 70th orbit around the sun with family & friends! It was absolutely an amazing time had by all! Had a private cocktail hour & private dinner for my guests! The entire staff was outstanding, warm & so friendly! I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to have a great time celebrating any occasion. This is definitely the place!

I did not stay at the Sandals Grande but got to visit for the day. The property has a lot more beach area. The water is more calm as well. There are restaurants that are close to the beach and some are pretty much next to the beach. They also have dessert crepe and ice cream place. The staffs are awesome as well. Very friendly and love to joke with the visitors. They seem to have lots of day time activities. It’s always fun stuff going on all the time we were there.

My wife and I went to Sandals grande for our honeymoon Nov 2024. I think the property is beautiful. For the price point, I expected the food and service to be much better. The food was no where near as good as food I have had all inclusive in Mexico or on cruises. Seems like they are understaffed as wait times for drinks around the pool or being offered to order food by the pool was not possible. Based on our experience, I would not return to a sandals resort.

We loved our honeymoon at Serenity. From the moment you step out of the car we were greeted by Ethan our Butler who made sure we were well taken care of. He schedule our week out to perfection where there was plenty of time to relax but also had a fun adventure around the island to experience the beauty on St. Lucia. All the bar tenders including Ray, Kevin, and Charles made the best drinks and had great service. The food was amazing and the service was excellent at the Greathouse. My husband and I are definitely coming back to serenity

My husband and I came here to celebrate our honeymoon and it was absolutely amazing. Upon arrival, we were greeted by our butler Ali who gave us fresh coconut water with rum. She then gave us a brief tour of the resort so we could know where everything was located throughout our stay. After that she showed us to our room and helped us set up massage appointments (booked through Serenity’s honeymoon registry.) The following day we had a different butler because Ali was off and he helped us set up a couples Private Tour. We got to see some breath-taking views of St. Lucia and visited some of their most popular sites such as the volcano & sulphur springs, diamond waterfalls and the botanical garden. It was a fun day on the island and the transportation service Serenity uses has the most friendly & knowledgeable staff! The next day Ali helped us set up an excursion to do chocolate making at Hotel Chocolat and we had so much fun! Thank you again Ali for taking such good care of us during our stay! I would also like to shout out a few staff members that made our stay at Serenity one for the books. Thank you to Kevin who always made sure we had a drink in hand and brought the vibes! Thank you to Tyler for being the absolute sweetest and going above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were taken care of. Thanks to Jonathan (Coconut guy) for making us some delicious drinks in our coconuts on our last day. And of course a huge thank you to Tracy & Trisha who always kept our room clean and left us adorable notes. With their impeccable staff, amazing food & drinks and the love you feel at this resort, I hope to return soon!

My wife and I just went for our Honeymoon. We booked through Costco travel and while booked were able to get the romance package included. The entire staff at the resort are so AMAZING. Everyone is extremely friendly, sociable and helpful. Our butler Quade was the absolute best. He checked in on us daily, created an itinerary with all our grand romance package events so we did not have to worry about a thing. If the staff reads this please thank Quade again for making our honeymoon amazing. The property is beautiful. It is kept very clean. The rooms are amazing and very private which is nice to just have sometime with your significant other. There are always events going on at the resort. My wife and I did a sushi making class with other couples and it was great. You will never be bored. The island tours are amazing and the staff they hire to show you around are great. Our guide Danny (unsure proper spelling) was so awesome. He really gave us the hirstory of the island which I loved. The food is AMAZING. I never had something I did not like. Serenity only has one restaurant but the options are amazing. Breakfast in the room or at the restaurant. Lunch is amazing. Dinner there is also a new special or based on the night even a special menu. I never got bored of the food and wish I ate more to try more things. Everything is so fresh and amazing. If you are looking for a romantic escape for you and your loved one this is the place to go. My wife and I will definitely be back. Thank you to all of Serenity for making our honeymoon a trip we will never forget.

Everything about this stay was incredible. All of the staff here from the butler to the dining staff to the “coconut man” were attentive, kind, and welcoming. Your butler is just a phone call away :) The room here is stunning; there is truly nothing like a private pool and patio. The food was pretty good and having breakfast delivered every day was a convenient perk. We LOVED having dinner each night at the great house which had frequent live music. I can only hope to come back. The only tough part of the stay was the 2 hour wait in line at the airport for customs upon arrival. It was very very hot and crowded. But this has nothing to do with Serenity! Just something for travelers to be aware of!
