Our experience was absolutely amazing! The resort is incredibly beautiful, and every staff member was so kind and welcoming. Special thanks to Reddy, Ranju, Pandi, Ali, Lavnsha, Fiola, Alya, and our wonderful host Tini, each of them was so helpful and friendly. The resort’s services are excellent, and the spa was simply stunning I highly recommend Maya and Radika for massages! I truly recommend this place, It’s clean, peaceful, and breathtakingly beautiful. We stayed in the Beach Villa, and it was just perfect! ✨

We stayed for 9 nights, and it was an unforgettable experience. The staff were incredibly kind, the room spotless, and the food offered a great mix of Asian and European dishes. Our room was just steps from a stunning beach full of marine life. The service was excellent daily cleaning, fresh towels, and always a warm welcome. The all-inclusive package was amazing value, with free massages, excursions, diving, water sports, and à la carte dining. Thanks to the nicest and kindest staff.

From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home at this beautiful resort. The atmosphere exudes understated luxury — elegant, effortless, and perfectly in tune with the natural beauty of the Maldives. Everything feels refined yet relaxed, never over the top. The resort may appear on the pictures a little dated, but once you are there, you will realize how well maintained and sustainable all is. It is a very clean resort, well taken care of by every member of the staff. What truly made the experience exceptional, was the staff. Every single person I met was warm, attentive, and sincerely kind. They anticipated every need before I even thought of it, yet never in an intrusive way. And if I expressed a thought, they reacted immediatly. It’s rare to feel both completely taken care of and genuinely valued, but that’s exactly what this team achieves. We had a wonderful host Nobel, who attended to all of our needs and nonstop tried to make our stay even more perfect. He remebered every detail in conversations we had with him and also surprised us with little gestures of appreciation. Our housekeeper Bandev made sure, our room was spotless. Also he remebered the things we liked and provided them without asking. At the dinner we had wonderful waiters, Abdoullah or Pandi and many more that treated us like family. At the buffet we had nice conversation at the fresh fruit corner. Unfortunately I can't remember all the names. We loved the food, it is fresh and has options for everyone. We also went diving and experienced a very well organised and equipped dive center. The instructors met all our wishes, tried to give us the best possible experience. All the staff are very professional and well educated. From the people in the dive center to the people on the boat. The Manta Snorkling was expetional. What an experience! We also liked the house reef with its sharks, turtles and many fishes. We looked at many resorts before coming to Royal Island and never regreted our decision. We will be back!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolute Paradise in the Maldives 🌴 Our stay was just perfect! The resort is pure paradise — everything is taken care of at the highest level. The food was incredible with so much variety — Italian, Mediterranean, Indian, and more every evening. The beach restaurant was romantic with stunning ocean views and the friendliest staff. The spa was heavenly, the tennis team always smiling and helpful, and the cocktails were fantastic! Special thanks to Tini from the front desk for her care and kindness, and to the General Manager for personally wishing me a happy birthday. A beautiful, comfortable place for families, couples, and friends. Can’t wait to return! 💙

We chose to stay at Royal Island Maldives mainly because of its proximity to Hanifaru Bay and it did not disappoint! We stayed for 5 nights and joined daily dives with Dive Oceanus...highly recommend their dive team! They’re incredibly professional, organized and prioritize safety above all which made every dive such a great experience. The housekeeping team kept our villa spotless every day and the food options were consistently good with plenty to choose from. The island itself is beautifully maintained, perfect for both relaxation and adventure. Overall, we’re very happy with our stay a wonderful base to explore the Baa Atoll.

Reethi Beach Resort is set on a truly stunning island – lush greenery everywhere, soft sand you can walk barefoot on, and a gorgeous house reef full of marine life like reef sharks, hawksbill turtles, and even octopuses. Nature lovers will really enjoy the setting. The staff were one of the highlights – everyone from waiters to bellboys and cleaning staff were polite, welcoming, and genuinely warm. The chefs were especially kind and happy to chat, and the food was fresh and high quality every day. Also great to have free access to gym, tennis, and badminton. For those looking to dive or enjoy water sports, there’s a well-equipped (but paid) diving and water sports center on site. However, there were a few things that affected our experience. The rooms were very dimly lit, with barely any natural light, and unfortunately, the air conditioning unit smelled extremely bad (attaching a picture). It was working, but the odor made it very unpleasant. Transportation was another issue – despite being the only guests traveling that day, we spent half a day just waiting due to poor organization. On our last day, although we were approved for late checkout, our sunbed was removed early in the morning, which felt a bit rushed. Finally, there was no proper introduction to the island or its activities – you're left to discover things on your own, which can be frustrating for first-time visitors. Overall, a beautiful island with amazing staff and nature, but a few service and facility issues stopped it from being a perfect 5-star experience.

The resort boasts stunning natural features and exudes a barefoot vibe throughout. The coral reef is in exceptionally good condition, with a fascinating array of wildlife! The bars and restaurants are excellent as well, though the main restaurant is dominated by Indian flavors. An excellent choice for a quiet and peaceful retreat.

We had the most incredible holiday at Reethi! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. We were fortunate to stay in a water villa, which was simply breathtaking. While the resort is due for a refurbishment at the end of this month and could use a bit of TLC in places, it honestly didn’t affect our experience at all. The rooms were spotless, the food was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. If you’re looking to escape to a stunning, natural island, this is the place to be. The snorkelling on the house reef was out of this world—we’ve never seen such a vibrant array of marine life. We’ve visited other islands in the Maldives and always enjoyed ourselves, but Reethi has a unique charm that truly sets it apart. The atmosphere is wonderfully tranquil and rustic, and the staff are some of the friendliest and happiest we’ve ever met. Huge thanks to Kokki, Uelly, Mohammed, Alex, and the entire Reethi team for making this such a memorable trip. We’ll definitely be returning!. Thank you!

We visited this resort for our first anniversary. We stayed in Water Villa as well as sunset villa. Must say both of the rooms were very clean with the great view of the sea. The food also was exceptional. Overall a very good stay at Reethi. The experience was outstanding. Thank you Reethi. Will visit again.

Dusit Thani Maldives: A Slice of Thai Paradise in the Indian Ocean Returning to Dusit Thani Maldives always feels like coming home, a true testament to what makes this Thai brand so special. The hallmark of gracious Thai hospitality is present in every moment, from the warm welcome to the thoughtful touches throughout the stay. I stayed in one of their water villas, which was spacious, beautifully appointed, and perfectly balanced between luxury and comfort. I was delighted to find Diptyque amenities in the bathroom, my absolute favorite brand, a small detail that made a big difference. Breakfast was another highlight. The spread was simply amazing with a wide variety of international and Asian cuisine, all freshly prepared and beautifully presented. For lunch, I enjoyed the Sea Grill, where the combination of great food and stunning ocean views made for the perfect midday indulgence. But what truly made my stay unforgettable was dinner at The Bunkering. We ended up dining there every single night, and as a Thai, I have to say their authentic Thai food is beyond exceptional, possibly some of the best I’ve had outside of Thailand. The service was equally impressive; Khun Rungnapa and her team went above and beyond to make every meal special. Finally, the house reefs around the resort are breathtaking. I saw a vibrant array of fish and even a few turtles, making each snorkeling session magical. Dusit Thani Maldives perfectly blends Thai charm with Maldivian beauty, a place where luxury feels personal, nature feels close, and every detail is delivered with a smile. I can’t wait to return.

Amazing experience. Great value for your money. Facilities, restaurants and food are great. The best resort for snorkeling in front of your room, you will find thousands of fish, turtles, mantas, even small nurse sharks… and more across the coral reef! The trips to see wildlife are incredible experiences, although they do somewhat depend on luck and availability, they have daily opportunities to join. Their greatest strength is their staff. They are very warm and welcoming, treating us like one of their own. We felt at home during our stay and we cannot wait to come back.

The Westin Maldives is a peaceful and beautiful resort that offers a true sense of relaxation and tranquility. The room was excellent and spacious, and the bathroom was large and very clean. The service was excellent, and the staff were professional and friendly. The food was very good and offered a nice variety, and the location is perfect for those who seek peace and natural beauty. A wonderful place for relaxation, rest, and a complete escape from daily noise.

There were some rocks that were tiring while snorkling Privacy is excellent but the beach villa pool is a little bit small Osama in island kitchen 👍👍🌹 It was my country's national day , Island gave us tart cake , I found a drawn Happy National Day in my villa. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Westin Maldives with my wife and our young son. We stayed in a beautiful beach room — it was large, very comfortable, and just steps away from the stunning ocean. The beach was perfect for snorkeling, and we saw many kinds of exotic fish every day. The food was excellent throughout our stay. Following a vegan diet, we were thrilled with how Chef Min adapted every meal to our needs — the attention and creativity were outstanding. Breakfasts were especially memorable, with an amazing variety of fresh exotic fruits and delicious fresh juices. The hotel is truly ideal for families with young children with a wonderful kidsclub that offers plenty of activities (craft activities, beach exploration..etc).

Staying in Westin resort is absolutely the most fantastic thing in my life ever. Starting from pick up and drop off from MLE airport, Mr.Shannon& Mr. Santo are friendly and well organized the way heading to Westin resort. Arriving in Westin resort, staffs gave us warm welcome. Special thanks to Mr. George, showing us whole resort and introduces all facilities. Speaking the same language makes no boundary. Moreover, I had sunburn at the last day even we already check out the resort. George still takes me to medical room and gives me aloe to ease the pain. Really appreciated. During the stay, Chef Min shows us great hospitality. Making tasty cuisine everyday Tandoori lamb, chili crab, cream seafood pie, satay…too many to mention. Mr.Anupum and Ms. Sally take good care of us in island kitchen every time we come. Mr.Ahlam accompany us on the last day, thanks to all of you enrich ours journey in Westin resort. In sum up, every staff in the resort is absolutely amazing, friending and willing to help. And the environment, the atmosphere make us feel so relaxed, get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and find the inner peace. Will definitely recommend to all of my friends to visit Westin resort.

We were guests of The Westin Maldives Miriandhoo Resort as a couple with no children in April 2025 and cannot put in to words how incredible our experience was. Every aspect of our stay far exceeded expectations but what made it truly unforgettable was the outstanding service we received from each and every staff member. The resort as a whole was absolutely beautiful, multiple dining and beverage options that were all to such a high standard- our beach villa was immaculate, modern, quiet and so comfortable. We particularly enjoyed visiting The Pearl for two evening meals, all food and beverages we had were of a fine dining standard. It is difficult to mention all staff who made our stay such a positive and memorable one as truly every staff member we encountered was exceptional at their job and made us feel at home. A huge thank you to Julia our host, who was so warm, kind and attentive to detail throughout our entire stay- Julia even went to the trouble of arranging a kiwi and emu themed display in our villa because we are from New Zealand and Australia- just unbelievably thoughtful! We loved our many hours during our stay spent at the beach bar where Lasitha (Lasi) really went above and beyond to not only deliver phenomenal service and personalised beverages, but share many laughs with us. He truly elevated our experience and is exceptional at his job. We still miss you Lasi! Our private dining experience was also a big highlight, thank you to Masum who was so attentive. Chef, Min, your cuisine and skill is really first class and easily the best meals we have ever had, We cannot wait to return (hopefully soon) and experience all of this again- it truly is an extraordinary place.
