Love this place! It’s just beside the beach and there’s so many local restaurants nearby, food was never a problem. There will be fire performances at the beach during the night, and I absolutely love the vibe! Hotel is a 30 minute drive away from Georgetown, so if you are into shopping, this location is not recommended.

Quite dated property. Very huge space and amazing location, right on beach. Rooms are not very well managed. Stinks a bit mostly from carpet. Room amenities are dated as well. Pool and activities options outdoor are quite decent. Can be decent value for money if you get good deals. Not the most exciting or glamorous place for sure. Food is definitely on expensive side but ok in taste.

The rooms were ok i was expecting to be a bit more modern. Smelled old when i first arrived but the service was too tier. I enjoyed massage on the beach from none other than me sun. If you get the massage or adjustment i recommend his services. The best and he’s very experienced for a great price. Amazing !!

Great Location and Excellent Service, but Room Could Use Some Updates
I recently stayed at this hotel on November 2024 and was very impressed with its location and the service provided by the staff. The hotel is ideally situated, just a 15-minute walk from the popular Ferringhi Night Market and has direct access to a beautiful beach. I particularly enjoyed the hotel’s lush garden, where I could relax and listen to the soothing sound of the waves crashing on the shore.
The service was outstanding—every member of the staff was attentive, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. It’s clear that they take pride in their work and in providing guests with top-notch service.
However, the room could benefit from some updates. While the space was comfortable overall, the furniture appeared a bit dated, and there were some areas that could use maintenance. A few upgrades would certainly make the stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, it’s a wonderful hotel for those looking to enjoy a great location and exceptional service, with room for improvement in terms of the room’s condition.

Beautiful property at Batu Ferringhi in Penang. It’s around 40-50 minutes drive from the airport. We got an early check-in. The room were quite spacious with amazing view of the mountains. The staff was good to respond to any queries. They have a separate entrance to the beach & have such a nice pool.
You get bike for rental just opposite to the hotel. They have good parking space.
All the whole a beautiful & serene property.
