Great Location and Excellent Service, but Room Could Use Some Updates
I recently stayed at this hotel on November 2024 and was very impressed with its location and the service provided by the staff. The hotel is ideally situated, just a 15-minute walk from the popular Ferringhi Night Market and has direct access to a beautiful beach. I particularly enjoyed the hotel’s lush garden, where I could relax and listen to the soothing sound of the waves crashing on the shore.
The service was outstanding—every member of the staff was attentive, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. It’s clear that they take pride in their work and in providing guests with top-notch service.
However, the room could benefit from some updates. While the space was comfortable overall, the furniture appeared a bit dated, and there were some areas that could use maintenance. A few upgrades would certainly make the stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, it’s a wonderful hotel for those looking to enjoy a great location and exceptional service, with room for improvement in terms of the room’s condition.

The room is just okay, i think for the price we paid, it is good deal 250-300 per night. The view from the room is majestic. They have balcony for you to enjoy the beautiful hills and seaview. You can access to the beach from the hotel. The only thing that they need to improve is their gym. Most of the equipment were quite rusty. Overall, the hotel is good. Perfect location. Walking distance to night market, easy access to beautiful beach and bunch of massages place right on the main road in front the hotel.

A hotel with a very good price quality.
The only issue is the moisture smell in the rooms.
As indicated by others as well some extra hand towels in the room would be welcome as well.
The garden with (deep) pool is the best part of the hotel.

I wanted to take a moment to share our feedback from our recent stay at your hotel. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience.
The early check-in process was smooth, and we were pleased with the spaciousness of our room. Although we encountered a minor issue with a broken pipe in the toilet, your room service staff promptly informed the maintenance team, who resolved the problem quickly.
The breakfast offerings were generally good, though it would be nice to see more variety in the main courses, as some options were repeated daily.
We loved the hotel's proximity to the beach and the superb view. We also had a fantastic massage from Mr. Sun, who is highly skilled and made our experience even more relaxing.
Overall, Bayview proved to be an excellent choice for a family vacation. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay memorable.

Great place to stay for family. The resort has pool for kids and access to the beach. The room is really big compared to other resort. I had a room with a balcony with mountain view and it was great to be able to wake up to the amazing view. The bed is really comfortable, room is clean and air con is working well. There is no musty smell as seen in other reviews in the room I stayed in. Staff is excellent and friendly. The only thing is that it is slightly noisy as the room is not soundproof and bathtub slightly on the smaller end, the gym equipment might need a bit of maintenance. Would stay again if I am in Batu Ferringhi.
