I stayed here for 3D2N & it was a fantastic experience! I highly recommend choosing the seaview.Worth it. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. The room was very clean, and the hotel is well-managed. While the building is a bit old, it didn’t affect my comfort at all. I was genuinely happy staying here and will definitely choose this hotel again. Kudos to the amazing staff! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Super super super love this hotel. It has the best views in Batu Ferringhi as it is the only one beside a hill on its side and the sea infront.
The bed and pillows are super comfy, and the room is huge and well furnished.
I also super love the balcony, the outdoor lounging area facing the sea, and also appreciate their free weights dumbbell set in the gym goes all the way up to almost 30kg per side. As for machines, they have almost everything.
Service here is superb superb too. So pleasant! Thank you everyone. Will definitely book the same place again I'm here next time

Went to Penang as family trip thru Malaysia and this hotel is a recommendation. Good location after the The Hard Rock, easily walkable distance to the tourist strip. Very close to the End of the world where a nice jungle walk is waiting. The pool is great and well maintained. A good bar close to the pool serves a good selection of cocktails.

The hotel is well-located in a traveler-friendly area with a good surrounding locality.
The breakfast and food were average, though the restaurant prices were on the higher side. While the property is large, it is not maintained as expected.
The room was clean but lacked comfort. Bath towels were too small for adults and had a persistent odor. Our washbasin was choked, and despite reporting it, no action was taken, leaving us to manage for two nights.
The AC was slow to cool, noisy, and could disrupt sleep. Staff assistance was inconsistent—sometimes helpful, other times inflexible.
Overall, the experience did not feel like good value for money, and several areas need improvement.

We booked a Superior Room without a beach view, and they gave us a room with a roadside view. It’s not that bad.
The check-in process wasn’t particularly fast. We still had to fill out forms and have our passports scanned. There was an additional tourist tax to pay, which we could settle using a card.
The room is spacious and smells fresh. I didn’t notice any mold, likely because it gets direct morning sunlight.
However, the room has a broken plug, and they didn’t fix it, so we could only use two outlets. The towels looked old and had a few holes in them.
Breakfast options were limited.
Overall, it’s a large hotel with great beach access, but they need to improve maintenance and service.
