I had an amazing stay at hotel.. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. My room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.. Not forget chromecast too!! The hotel’s amenities, including gym, swimming pool, were top-notch, and the dining experience was exceptional. The location was also perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and quality!

1. Soundproofing •No noise from neighboring rooms, i think their walls and windows are quite thick. •However, if kids screams in the hallway like they love to do (and there are a lot of kids here), you’ll hear it. •Around 8 PM, sometime there’s a short fireworks show from a nearby beach performance. It lasts about 30 minutes and isn’t loud inside the room. 2. Breakfast •Good variety and well-prepared. Cereal, Omelet, Rice, noodles etc 3. Location & Convenience •You can use Grab app to order outside food, very fast. Many delivery drivers nearby. •Easy access to water sports at the beach eg. parasailing, jet skiing, and banana boat rides (they asked me for cash, not sure if they accept cashless). Other Noteworthy stuffs: •Birds at breakfast – If you sit outside, be careful. One table got swarmed by crows that took all the food. •Free water and ice dispenser near the elevator. •Shower water can get scalding hot – Don’t turn it all the way up.

Nice big room with decent firm pillows . Loads of parking available, one of the best hotel gyms which was really well equipped. The pool area then leads directly to the beach. The hot water was amazingly hot to the extent you could really scold yourself and I wish my boiler worked so well at home!!! Staff were great as was breakfast which you can also enjoy outside. Location was bang central to everything around batu ferringhi.

Title: Beautiful setting, but not quite the 5-star experience The ocean view is truly stunning, the food was excellent, and the in-room service — including laundry — felt luxurious. So far, so good. But if you’re sensitive to nature, be prepared: mosquitoes, ants, and jellyfish are part of the package. I got stung three times on the legs right near the shore — the burning lasted all day. A bit more excitement than I signed up for. Also, the “beach” is more like a boat dock with rocks underneath — not ideal for swimming or relaxing by the water. Overall, it looks like a 5-star resort, but the experience didn’t quite match. Come for the view, stay for the sting (or not).

We loved staying at this hotel. We received a beautiful welcome on arrival, the staff were genuine and attentive. The rooms are spacious with a balcony. The slippers are luxurious! The breakfast buffet was wonderful, and special requests were welcomed. I loved the option of either sitting outside or by the pool area. The pool area was very relaxing with an abundance of sun lounges and different areas to relax. If you choose to go into Georgetown there is a local bus or a shuttle bus wind are both easily accessible. We also loved the communal room with the pool table. I would highly rate this hotel, we stayed as a couple with 2 children aged 9 and 12 and they both loved it. In the evenings we ate at the local Hawkers market and for any vegetarians like myself there are plenty of vegan/vegetarian cafes serving Western food should you want to take a break from the local food.

The service was really nice so from the check-in time, I could feel that we would like our stay. If you like to explore George town area, it might not be the best option to stay here since it takes about 45 mins by Grab. But, this area was still interesting with the night market and bars. Overall, nice stay! Want to visit here again.

5star hotel but a bit racist (or not very welcoming) to local guests. Room and location is okay. Very quiet and privacy. The beach also very privacy. Wide morning breakfast selection. A lot of foreign tourists here, you can barely see local guests. Maybe that’s why when your staff see local guests, they need to check is it the people truly hotel guests? After our morning breakfast, we took morning walk at the beach garden and the security suddenly asked “May I know what room number?” “Oh, 1xxx”. “Sorry, I thought outsiders coming from that end”. Really? Okay then. When we check-in or check-out, I personally felt no welcoming at all. no staff even checked on us the local guests (offer to take bags etc) - all only care about other group of foreign guest. I went to other 4stars hotel, they did better than this.

Best resort ever! The hotel ambience is lovely. I feel being welcomed everywhere. The pool is beautiful and well maintained. Food quality is superb but variety can be better. It was a pity that during my stay there is construction at the beach. Only a small stretch of beach is open while you need to bear with the excavators nearby. Alternatively you can walk further down to use the beach at Golden Sand hotel.
