We stayed recently for a few nights in this hotel with the family including 2 young kids. Our experience was great. The facilities and pool are very well maintained and looked after. The kids had a fantastic time and enjoyed the pool. There are also plenty of an activities offered which made the time just fly past. Food offerings have been great as well. Most importantly all the staff has been very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Allen who helped us to also accommodate my wife’s food allergies. Overall truly a 5 Star experience and we will come back for sure.

This ia a lovely hotel located right on the beach. We stayed in the "Garden Wing" The room was spacious and had a lovely hot shower. It was well equipped with a kettle, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. There are massages available together with walks in the nature reserve. There is also a beautiful swimming pool.
The staff were amazing. Although it was Chinese New Year and extremely busy the staff were always helpful, courteous and always smiling.
The prices of the food and drinks were very reasonable. As for the buffet breakfast, there were vast arrays of food which catered for everyone. There is also a buffet restaurant which is amazing serving lobster tails and seafood in abundance, vegetarian, BBQ, Asian and many more. There was even roast beef and roast lamb with horseradish and mint sauce.
We could find no fault with this hotel. Unfortunately we only had a two night stay here but it was fabulous.

We enjoyed a week long stay with our family of four. No detail was left out during our time there. Every meal was delectable and dinner buffet was mind blowing. We golfed, rode on the jet skis, played games, relaxed in the pools and did a lot of nothing as well. The night hike was quite exciting too. I’m glad our room had ocean views. We travel a lot and this was by far one of the best experiences had by our entire family. Kid and adult friendly. We will be back! Thank you for the great hospitality.

This hotel has a great hospitality spirit. The skinhead male staff in the Ocean Wing was one of the three best hospitality staff I have ever met in my life. He solved the difficult requests we made to him smartly and cheerfully.
The rooms in the Ocean Wing were also great. I liked the bathtub on the balcony. The negative points are that it is far from the city area and the restaurant service is extremely slow, both day and night. There is nothing around the hotel. And I had dinner at Oceano, and it took 1 hour for the starter menu to be served. Well, it was during the Tet holiday, so it was crowded with customers, so it may be understandable.

Awesome and quite beach with enclosed Rasa Ria nature reserve.
Hotel is a bit dated and service wasn’t on the level I’d expect from a 5* hotel resort. Credits to the staff however as it was Ramadan when we stayed.
Ocean restaurant is very recommendable for fantastic endless semi-buffet breakfast! spot on!!!

The hotel is starting to show its age. The rooms are a bit dated.
But the facilities are amazing.
I had to take care of my toddler while wife was at a conference.
Over 5 days and 4 nights, I had the best time. So many activities to do with the little one.
Never needed to leave the resort.

The room is very very clean and the housekeeping who clean my room is super efficient. Mohd asri from the coffee house is superb.. his hospitality and anticipation is tremendously great. I surely will return...sunset view is the most valuable value n memories

This hotel is super duper kid friendly. Got an upgrade and got the family room where the kids got bunk beds, a tv and a little table and bench. The toilet is amazing with stool and kid friendly toiletries as well. It was my son's birthday, they gave a cake as well. Overall the room is nice and spacious although a little bit dusty. But love love the breakfast spread and the facilities. Come and experience it yourself!

We're so lucky to be upgraded to room with kids swing and facing the pool.
My daughter love it so much and we have so much fun.
The staffs are friendly, the views are pretty and it comes with a jetty that is so convenient!
We will definitely be back again!

The staff and super nice and helpful including all concierge team, and chick in team including James, Penny, and Darlene. All Concierge team working in the night shift are amazing. Food is so good, Cafe Tatu team is super helpful and very professional specially during the breakfast time when it is so crowded. Rooms are super clean, I recommend for families, honeymooners and singles. 🥰
