We stayed recently for a few nights in this hotel with the family including 2 young kids. Our experience was great. The facilities and pool are very well maintained and looked after. The kids had a fantastic time and enjoyed the pool. There are also plenty of an activities offered which made the time just fly past. Food offerings have been great as well. Most importantly all the staff has been very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Allen who helped us to also accommodate my wife’s food allergies. Overall truly a 5 Star experience and we will come back for sure.

This hotel has a great hospitality spirit. The skinhead male staff in the Ocean Wing was one of the three best hospitality staff I have ever met in my life. He solved the difficult requests we made to him smartly and cheerfully. The rooms in the Ocean Wing were also great. I liked the bathtub on the balcony. The negative points are that it is far from the city area and the restaurant service is extremely slow, both day and night. There is nothing around the hotel. And I had dinner at Oceano, and it took 1 hour for the starter menu to be served. Well, it was during the Tet holiday, so it was crowded with customers, so it may be understandable.

Great staff, room service is awesome. Stayed here for two nights with wife and son. A varied selection of activities both for adults and children. I signed up my kid for the Junior Naturalist, which was quite an experience for him. Pricey in terms of activities, but worth the price.

We had a simply fantastic time here. Great local tours and trips for wildlife. Including a free one into town. The staff are friendly, helpful and go above and beyond. We upgraded to spacious rooms with a balcony bath, worth it. Tons of wildlife on your doorstep and activities every day.

We enjoyed a week long stay with our family of four. No detail was left out during our time there. Every meal was delectable and dinner buffet was mind blowing. We golfed, rode on the jet skis, played games, relaxed in the pools and did a lot of nothing as well. The night hike was quite exciting too. I’m glad our room had ocean views. We travel a lot and this was by far one of the best experiences had by our entire family. Kid and adult friendly. We will be back! Thank you for the great hospitality.

Beautiful resort on Tanjung Aru. Really nice resort style. Rooms may be a bit dated but comfortable. We stayed in the sea facing suite and it was impeccable. Front desk is responsive and resolves issues quickly and efficiently. Really thumbs up - one of the best service I have ever gotten. Ground facilities are plentiful and well updated and maintained. The charm of the place is in its people - staff are all well motivated and helpful. Really pleasant stay overall. Not to miss is the sunset view - no wonder people flock here just for it.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were fantastic, always smiling and helpful. A big shout out to Rosnan. He was always ready to assist with our bags and was very friendly. The food and facilities were top notch. My boys loved the gym!

For the fabulous price we were not expecting it to be so mediocre. Our room, admittedly, was on the lower price range but a car park view wasn’t great. Breakfast was a busy scrum but food was delicious and a wide selection. Our experience at one of the restaurants was terrible and after free drinks the whole bill was voided when the food came out wrong and cold. Our children loved the activities and we were grateful for them being thoroughly entertained. On the whole our three days were just ok.

Low rating because the staff from the main resturant was not properly trained. We went there for the seafood buffet dinner on Saturday, and the service was terrible. We asked for drinking water and were told the water would "cost you money". We asked for a drink menu and were told to find a staff with an iPad by ourselves to order... There was basically no service at the buffet, and we had to return our own plates as barely any staff member came to clean the table. The breakfast (same restaurant) was also chaotic. I constantly saw dirty cups, and the floor and tables were also very dirty. The staff only guided you to the table, and you would need to figure out everything else on your own. You need to find napkins, forks, and even coffee by yourself. 0 service It was definitely not a 5-star level service but rather a 3-star. Overall, the food there was overpriced, but the quality was very low. The upside of this hotel is that they provided multiple children's amenities, which was handy for families. The staffs who planned events were also pretty good as there were plenty activities during the holiday period.

Had been here a while back but the hotel still has its charm. Good location, sea view. Rooms were spacious and clean,staff were pleasant, attentive and helpful. Nearby to airport. Overall a good and relaxing stay
