The hotel is starting to show its age. The rooms are a bit dated. But the facilities are amazing. I had to take care of my toddler while wife was at a conference. Over 5 days and 4 nights, I had the best time. So many activities to do with the little one. Never needed to leave the resort. Do you know what's better? Their service. Everyone at this resort is trained so well! Friendly, helpful, and never dismissive. Forgot something? No worries, the staff will go out of the way to get it for you. I loved this resort. Worth every cent. Thank you to the wonderful team! Shout out to Ms. Gayle, manager at front desk.

The room is very very clean and the housekeeping who clean my room is super efficient. Mohd asri from the coffee house is superb.. his hospitality and anticipation is tremendously great. I surely will return...sunset view is the most valuable value n memories

This hotel is super duper kid friendly. Got an upgrade and got the family room where the kids got bunk beds, a tv and a little table and bench. The toilet is amazing with stool and kid friendly toiletries as well. It was my son's birthday, they gave a cake as well. Overall the room is nice and spacious although a little bit dusty. But love love the breakfast spread and the facilities. Come and experience it yourself!

We're so lucky to be upgraded to room with kids swing and facing the pool. My daughter love it so much and we have so much fun. The staffs are friendly, the views are pretty and it comes with a jetty that is so convenient! We will definitely be back again!

The staff and super nice and helpful including all concierge team, and chick in team including James, Penny, and Darlene. All Concierge team working in the night shift are amazing. Food is so good, Cafe Tatu team is super helpful and very professional specially during the breakfast time when it is so crowded. Rooms are super clean, I recommend for families, honeymooners and singles. 🥰
