My stay at Kempinski Boulevard was overall very good, but the check-in process left something to be desired. It was a bit long, and while I arrived early and was willing to pay for early check-in, it’s the first time I’ve been asked to pay extra when the room was already available. This experience is why I’ve rated the hotel 4 stars instead of 5.
On the positive side, the valet staff were helpful, although they could be quicker at times. The rooms were excellent—spacious, clean, and with a nice balcony to relax on.
The highlight was when the manager, Hajar, personally addressed my check-in concerns. She went out of her way to make things right, which I really appreciated. Overall, a great stay with room for some improvements.

The hotel deserves more than 5 stars. Every thing is just perfect! Breakfast is so good with a lot of varieties. Staff working during the breakfast time are very nice and helpful especially Khoula. She is so kind and cooperative. The location of the hotel and its connection to the mall is very convenient. I tried the Spa as well and the experience was one of the best.

Amazing experience at this hotel. Top-notch facilities and services. All the Staff at the breakfast hall is too good at their work. Ahmed arranged and served breakfast to us , highly appreciated. Housekeeping is good too..Master bedrooms are too good with a splendid window view. My kids enjoyed the kids pool too much.

Breakfast was greatly amazing and most of it I wanna give a huge thanks to Hanna and Khaoula for their amazing and great service during our breakfast. Their smiles and help made us so welcome … They are such friendly and hoping to see them again when me and husband come back again to Dubai 🙂.. Thank you all 🙂

A suitable place, very clean and calm and they really made us a really nice surprise for the honeymoon though. We didn't ask thank you very much
