We returned yesterday from 10 days at the Marriott. We stayed last year and had a lovely room with the best sea views and our stay was perfect so we couldn’t wait to return this year. Again I booked a sea view room however on check in we were told that sea view rooms were subject to availability and the hotel was full therefore we had a room on the side of the hotel with a view of the Hilton and the road. We were so gutted and it really put a dampener on the holiday. We were told that should a sea view room become available we could move. I asked twice at reception but the days kept moving so I gave up asking only to be disappointed again. The two people I spoke to on reception weren’t a bit bothered that I was so unhappy with the room. Also we felt we were unable to relax in the room on returning from the beach because our room seemed to be one of the last to be cleaned and on two occasions house keeping turned up at 6 pm! On the plus side everything else was perfect… the food, the restaurant, the lobby lounge staff and the staff on the beach were all really friendly polite and helpful.

They made sure everything ran smoothly, from the planning stages to the big day itself. The venue, service, and overall atmosphere were all perfect. We stayed here for a week and were frequent visitors to the Bal Harbour beach club. Each day was wonderful and the staff was really friendly. A massive thank you to Naseer who took time to deliver excellent service every day and attend to us and the hotels many guests. Would definitely recommend for a lovely break in the sunshine!

Have been to many 5 star hotels in my lifetime, hands down this was THE BEST one. Genuinely have not got a single bad thing to say about my 5-day experience here. Staff were so professional and polite, extremely helpful and the services were amazing. The breakfast had exceptional variety and everyday there was something new and exciting. The location and private beach are amazing and a great place to relax, the rooms are also lovely! I want to give a special shoutout to housekeeping who were so on top of keeping our room clean. We’d leave for an hour and would come back to our room all nice and tidy! Have never experienced such care at a hotel before, normally you have to beg housekeeping but not here. 10/10, highly recommend!! Thank you Marriott Palm Jumeirah, hopefully will see you soon again!

Our stay was exceptional in every way. The service was impeccable, with staff consistently going above and beyond to meet every need with professionalism and warmth. We had a delicious lunch. The hotel staff were friendly, attentive, and dedicated to providing an outstanding guest experience. They made a special unforgettable gesture when they knew its our anniversary with our first baby. Their celebration was the cutest and lovely! The level of care and attention to detail throughout my stay is truly remarkable, making marriott resort a standout in luxury hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable experience and definitely will come back!
