We had an incredible stay at the Marriott. We stayed half-board and really enjoyed the buffet breakfast & lunch, which had so much choice and was different every day. The food was delicious and was definitely the best hotel food we've ever had. The restaurant staff were incredible too, extremely helpful and friendly! I was delivered a complimentary birthday cake to our room after they saw my birthday cards out on the side, which was a lovely touch.
The pool staff were very helpful and brought out plenty of complimentary water throughout the day. Also a great touch that they give out complimentary suncream and ice lollies around the pool.
The only downside was our check-in experience, where we were met by a rude and unhelpful female staff member. Additionally, the bed arrangement was disappointing; instead of the double bed we requested, we were given two large single beds. The beds themselves were really hard, and the pillows were flat and uncomfortable.
Other than that, everything else was exceptional!

Our group of 27 had an exceptional experience at Marriott while celebrating a 50th birthday. The team was professional, flexible, and efficient, ensuring our needs were met and exceeded. The concierge provided excellent transportation recommendations, and room service maintained immaculate standards with daily refreshed towels and clean accommodations.
Special touches like surprise treats for birthdays and creative food displays that aligned with our event theme made our stay truly memorable. Marriott’s dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every detail. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Valerie and the events team could not have done a more fabulous job organising my brothers wedding. The tireless work from Valerie and her her attention to detail certainly did not go unnoticed and the wedding celebration was a huge success. It's always a bit unnerving booking a venue for an occasion like this because there is no guarantee it will go as you envision until you experience the day itself but trust me when I say, the teams here, the waitstaff, the main hotel staff and the chefs are all united in providing an exceptional service, food and drinks. They were all quick and responsive on the day and I'm so happy to whole heartedly recommend the hotel and the events venues. Previously we have experienced the Atlantis ballroom and the one and only outdoor venue but for my personal preferences the Marriott really was the best!

First the positive things, since the hotel is relatively new, the facilities are still mostly of high quality and the rooms are nice and practically furnished.
The location on West Beach is great and was the main reason why we chose this Marriott accommodation.
We also really appreciate the free water and the provision of sunscreen.
The staff on the beach and in the restaurants are very helpful, work hard and are always friendly. Which is very admirable, especially given the guest structure during our stay.
I hope other guests show their appreciation also with tips.
Nevertheless, our stay was pretty disappointing. We were given a twin room instead of a king bed room, and were told that the beds could be pushed together. However, this only happened the following day after asking three times and the beds were simply pushed together, nothing more. It’s not very pleasant to fall into the hole in the middle while sleeping.
It is incomprehensible that with over 600 guest rooms and not fully occupied (since you could still book a number of rooms online), no other room could be assigned.
We booked half board, which is highly recommended, but it should be mentioned that we were not fully informed about the options during check-in. I only discovered by chance that you could also eat with this option in other Marriott hotels. To underline the lack of interest in the guest, not even a glass of water was given upon check-in.
It is also unusual for a hotel of this category that there was never a turn down service.
All in all, it was a mixed stay, I am glad we only booked for a few days. There is a lot on offer for families and it is certainly a good place to stay if you are traveling with children, but we would not recommend it to couples.
We would have appreciated it if there had been at least an adult-only section in the buffet restaurant or if an à la carte breakfast had been offered in one of the other restaurants. A smoke-free beach or compartment would also be a big plus.
We would not book here again, there are many comparable accommodations in Dubai with better offers and better service.
Last but not least I recommend Mrs. Ruthika Sewwandi and Guest Relations Management, as proven elsewhere, to ask guests about their satisfaction during their stays and not to wait until they leave and write an unpleasant review. By then it will be too late to positively influence the guest experience, so please spare me your usual reaction to the reviews and just do it better with new guests.

An unforgettable stay at a stunning hotel! This chic and modern establishment, located right on the water, offers everything you could wish for in a perfect vacation. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and perfectly suited for families: we were two adults with two babies, and everything was designed to make it easy for us to move around and let the kids play safely.
The view is absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the sea, Ain Dubai, the yachts, and the marina. The location is ideal: very quiet, in a classy and prestigious area.
The food was diverse and delicious; however, the desserts could use more variety and creativity. Having the same desserts for several days was a bit disappointing.
A special shoutout to the staff, who were exceptional throughout our stay—friendly, attentive, accommodating, and always ready to help.
I highly recommend this fantastic place, and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back for another stay. Kudos to the entire team for making this a memorable experience!
