How nice it is when you have the opportunity to evaluate the quality and service of a hotel after your stay. We don’t want to think about the negative aspects of a vacation. People often forget that there are situations when there may not be a vacation. Today I am writing this review about the competence, honesty and integrity of this hotel. I hope this will not happen to me and you. But at the moment, the hotel representatives refuse to return my money. My family’s money. The room we are supposed to live in is empty now. We do NOT spend the night there, do NOT use the services and territory of the hotel. We do NOT have breakfast or lunch, but we pay for it EVERY day. Our trip to Dubai was cancelled due to the flight being cancelled. The children were crying at the airport. I immediately wrote to the tour operator asking to cancel the booking. But the hotel representatives refused. They replied: the refusal was due to the booking conditions. Although there are good people in this beautiful country, we were unlucky. This is not fair. Cancellation of the booking is not my choice. The hotel representative and the tour operator point at each other. They put pressure on the booking conditions. In this circle of indifference, I am the only one without money and a vacation. What could the hotel representative have done: Help sort out the situation❌ Contact the intermediary to resolve the issue❌ Refund the money❌ Provide other booking dates❌ What the hotel representative did: “Sunny Greetings from Marriott Resort Palm Jumeirah, Dubai!”

We stayed at this resort for 7 days and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and instantly felt relaxed. The environment and atmosphere are simply beautiful — peaceful, refreshing, and perfect for a getaway. Everywhere you go, you can feel the care put into maintaining the resort, from the lush surroundings to the cozy, inviting spaces. The service was outstanding throughout our stay. Every member of staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The food was another highlight — delicious, fresh, and varied every single day. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, every meal was well-prepared and full of flavor. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better 7 days. This resort exceeded our expectations in every way, and we left feeling refreshed and happy. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday, and we look forward to returning again.

The best family hotel in Dubai kids club is very well equipped and is open till 10:30pm! Restaurants are great with a large variety. Roof top bar with a fantastic view and great bar snacks. After visiting several hotels in Dubai over the years this place is a firm family favourite. The valet staff are consistently excellent regardless of how busy they can get!

Recently stayed at this hotel, the hotel was immaculate, room was fantastic. My partner and I had the dine around option, the food was excellent, and very varied. Found all the staff were able to go beyond expected levels of service, big call out to Elvis in Levantera, and Saleem, controlling cabs etc at the main doors. The hotel was well situated on the trunk of the palm jumeirah, having a great pool and adjacent services, bar etc. Also with the private beach area, give a choice of locations. Rate this hotel most highly having stayed in many worldwide, would definitely recommend it to holiday makers wishing to holiday in Dubia
