The 5* hotel, has confortable rooms, and we got a stunning view on the sea as the pic shows. It is also located close the beach, it has access to it, plus if you prefer more privacy, there is a nice pool. It offers different bar and restaurant services and a nice breakfast as well. It is easy to move and in the night you can just walk long the sea side to have all the shops, restaurants and pub where you can enjoy the sea having a sit on any open terrace. Really close there is a tram stop which can bring you to the metro line. I suggest for a family too!!

I can't really give it five stars... first of all, I have to say that unfortunately the hotel was not accommodating to the customer's wishes. I asked for a room on a higher floor in a quieter wing. But considering that the hotel rooms start from the fifth floor, I got a connecting room on the second floor.
The room is beautiful / spacious. The bed was somehow uncomfortably hard. Soundproofing non-existent. Involuntarily participated in the conversation / happenings in the next room. The drumbeats of the courtyard celebrations, loud music were a constant noise in my room. Or is this just my extremely developed hearing? Who knows, who knows.
Breakfast the same every day. The baked tomato with cheese had probably only been in the oven for a second. The edges of the cheese on the cheese platter looked a bit tired / dried out.
There are three tiny elevators on the top of the big building, which sometimes had to wait for more than 15 minutes.
The gym was not spotlessly clean and according to the announcements it was open from 6am in the morning. This wasn't always the case - several mornings I went to look for an employee to turn on the music. One morning I waited patiently for the employee to finish praying in the corner of the gym. Not that I'm against it. No, on the contrary, I really respect people's dedication. But with all due respect, couldn't this be done more privately, for example before the start of the workday? I find it uncomfortable to disturb another person in their sacred activity with the clanking of dumbbells.
From a brighter perspective, these are all small things. While I was a little disappointed at first, in the end I was actually grateful that I didn't get a room on a higher floor because I could / managed to march up the stairs instead of using the elevator. From the balcony of the room I was able to participate in so many events such as local weddings / silver weddings, etc.
For breakfast I enjoyed coffee with fruit and the lovely staff bustling around me. And the daily workouts were done.
Overall, the hotel has friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is in a great location and there are lots of activities in the area.

This hotel is a gem! From the moment we arrived, we felt like family. The staff is incredibly welcoming and professional, handling every situation with ease. A special shoutout to Mr. Moubarak, whose problem-solving skills and calm demeanor made everyone feel right at home. Mr. Mouhammed greeted us with a warm smile and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. Plus, the hotel smells absolutely amazing the moment you walk in!
Beyond the exceptional service, the facilities were fantastic. We were able to easily book a same-day massage, which was incredible. The swimming pool was perfectly warm and inviting, and the direct access to the beach was a huge plus. Our room was spacious, clean, and perfectly comfortable. The location is ideal, with easy access to attractions. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for top-notch service, fantastic amenities, and a personal touch that makes you feel like part of the family!

My husband and I decided to try the Saturday Carnival Buffet at Rosso, and it turned out to be an exceptional experience! The buffet featured an impressive variety of stations, including Chinese, Arabic, Italian, and Japanese cuisines, offering something for everyone.
My personal favorite was the grill station, where the meats were cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. The dessert station was equally amazing, with a delightful selection of sweet treats that were impossible to resist.
The venue offers both outdoor and indoor seating options, catering to different preferences. We opted for the outdoor seating, which had a lovely ambiance. The staff were super professional and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our meal.
For families, there’s a dedicated kids’ station, making it a great choice for those dining with children.
We highly recommend the Rosso Carnival Buffet—it’s a fantastic way to enjoy a variety of cuisines with great service and ambiance!
