Staying at W Mina Dubai was one of the most incredible experiences I’ve ever had. The hotel’s design is a perfect blend of modernity and heritage, with exceptional attention to detail from the lobby to the highest floor. My room was extremely comfortable, but what captivated me the most was the stunning design and breathtaking view. The room even had a built-in speaker system with excellent soundproofing, which added to the luxury. Every detail left me in awe—the personalized touches, the thoughtful amenities, and the attention to guest comfort. The staff were absolutely exceptional: incredibly professional, polite, and quick to respond to any request. After each cleaning, they left a short story, which added a unique charm to the stay. On the first day, they welcomed me with delicious chocolates as a gesture of hospitality. Without a doubt, W Mina Dubai will be my first choice whenever I visit Dubai again. Highly recommended for anyone seeking an unforgettable stay

I stayed at W Dubai hotel in Mina Al Siyahi, and while the property and rooms are nice, the staff's behavior, particularly the manager Fabio, made my experience unpleasant. I had an important flight at 6 PM and requested a late check-out until at least 3 PM to prepare comfortably. Before the manager arrived, Jasper, a staff member, mentioned that a 2 PM check-out could be possible. However, when the manager, Fabio, got involved, he denied my request and only allowed a check-out until 1 PM. He claimed the suites were fully booked, yet I checked online and found suites in the same category available for the next day. Fabio's attitude was unprofessional—he was sarcastic and dismissive, with a tone that made it seem like he was mocking my concerns. It was clear that customer service and guest satisfaction were not priorities for him or the staff. While the hotel itself is well-maintained, the poor treatment from the staff, especially Fabio, overshadowed my stay. I will not be returning to this hotel as they clearly lack basic respect and appreciation for their guests.

Went for a birthday and the best decision ever. Stef the Italian lady at receptionist is a star, she greeted us nicely and gave a W vibes. They prepared balloon and cake which is so sweet. The room is amazing, love the color and the view! Bed is comfy, bathroom is amazing. Definitely will come back

I had an amazing time at the W Hotel. From the moment I stepped in, the service was on point, and everyone was super friendly. They really went the extra mile to make sure I had a great stay. The room was spotless and looked straight out of a magazine. And let me tell you about the facilities—they were fantastic! If you're looking to relax and sip on some tasty cocktails, Ginger Moon Bar by the pool is the place to be. Trust me, you won't regret it! They also have a private beach. Big thanks to the W team for the great experience.
