Perfect family resort! The waterpark was a hit with the kids clean, fun, and safe. Pools were spacious and relaxing. The breakfast was amazing fresh, tasty, and had a great variety for everyone. Staff were super friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk. Rooms were clean and perfect for families. Highly recommend!

Currently staying at this hotel. The check-in experience was awful. As other reviews have said, they must have been overbooked, as it took ages to get to our room even though check-in was at 3pm. When I pointed out that our room number had changed because we had been moved to a lower floor than the one shown on the Marriott Bonvoy app, the female staff member just gave a bitter smile and no explanation. Also, another female staff member who dealt with us immediately after arrival directed us to the wrong New Year's Eve venue. Are they going to find out how much we paid specifically and how that relates to it? Also, there is an abnormally loud bass rumble on the beach all day. Can't they do something about it? I am happy with the cleanliness of the room, the food, the restaurant staff's attitude, and the friendliness towards children, but I felt that the reception staff's attitude was not appropriate for a 5-star hotel. So far, this season is not worth the price. I don't want to write too much negative stuff, but I am writing this because other people have had similar experiences. Additional note: Due to the operational problem of the staff, I was unable to reserve a seat at NYE gala dinner in the Westin Ballroom. This was caused by the staff not knowing the guest's information and just making random remarks, despite the high price paid. It's unfortunate.

My family and I have just got home from the most wonderful 8 night stay. The rooms are lovely and clean, spacious and just perfect. Muhammad Ali at the front of the hotel is amazing! He is one of the best members of staff they have. He remembered us from August last year and is so friendly and welcoming. Overall our stay was amazing, we’ve been repeat customers for a couple of years now and will always go back at any chance given!

I posted a review about my unpleasant experience at this hotel over the New Year holidays, but for some reason it was deleted. It was probably written in a way that was unfavorable to the hotel. Of course, the review is true. I don't have time to post false information. I felt that the Google review was unreliable. It's a shame. I will never stay here again. I think the Westin next door is more trustworthy. The only thing I found was the kids' area, which was very convenient and helpful.

I would like to thank the receptionist at the hotel who was truly exceptional and professional in his service. He treated us with great respect and kindness, and went above and beyond to help us. He arranged the best family rooms for us, all close to each other and on the same floor, which made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. His attitude was classy and extremely helpful.
