I spent a day enjoying this hotel very much. The corridors smelled good. I can still remember the smell. I ate delicious food in a wonderful view and the dessert with jelly was great. It was a plus for me that there was a bathtub in the bathroom. The room was very clean. I definitely recommend it to those who want to stay in a comfortable hotel.

My stay at this hotel was a truly wonderful experience in every way! From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with warmth and great professionalism. The room was clean and comfortable, equipped with all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay. The location was perfect, making it easy for us to explore the area.
I would like to extend a special thanks to Souad for her excellent hospitality and constant smile. She made our stay even more comfortable and assisted us with great professionalism and kindness. Excellent resort for family vacation. Huge heated pool. Excellent food. Staff and level of service is top notch even by already high Dubai standards. There was a construction site next to the hotel but noise was infrequent and minimal and only heard sometimes outside by the pool, our 4 year old actually enjoyed watching the cranes working. Definitely want to come back.
P.s.: the only recommendation is to speed up check out process. Let guests leave the keys and just go instead of standing in line and waiting for someone to check the minibar (if something is missing, you’ll charge the card on file anyway).

We recently had suhoor at the ramadan tent in Alhabtoor Hotel and unfortunately, it was an extremely disappointing experience. Service was extremely slow, and they wouldn’t allow us to order food before 10pm. Several dishes and drinks were unavailable, and the food quality was far below expectations.
The muhammara was inedible and tasted nothing like it should, so we had to return it, yet we were still charged for it. The fattoush came without dressing, and when we asked for it, they simply took the plate and brought it back without any real improvement. To make things worse, they served us a used cup with coffee still inside!
Despite the tent being empty (only us and one other table), the service was lacking, and there was no manager available to address our concerns.
Given the overall experience, and for a high-end hotel, this was unacceptable. I definitely wouldn’t recommend it for suhoor.

I have been in many Marriott hotels worldwide since I am a Marriott Bonvoy loyalty customer and unfortunately I have to say that my experience in this hotel has been quite disappointing and definitely not at the level I was expecting for a Marriott 5 Star hotel.
I will start from the location, at the very end of Marina bay, could be a great location but unfortunately there is construction work happening 24h nearby so if you plan to spend time at their beach or in the pool just expect a lot of noise from the construction work.
Staff is friendly but average in terms of eduction/training, so not very flexible in accommodating requests.
Finally, I had a bad experience in regards of New Year’s Eve. I was on half board and the hotel staff communicated only the day before that for NYE dinner all the restaurants would remained closed with the exception of their Pub (other option was to be part of their gala dinner at the price of approx $450/person) and given we were with kids we had to accommodate a last minute solution that was not planned (we’d have appreciated an early communication at the time of reservation or even at the arrival).
I think there is plenty of room for improvement so hope that this feedback will help their management.
