Very helpful staff. Be prepared lots of sairs to go from one end of the hotel to the other. No lifts. Excellent food in the main restaurant and a wide selection for the buffet breakfast. Lovely pool and right on the beach with free loungers and umbrellas.

Stayed here for 5 nights in October at the end of season. This is a lovely hotel. Good location in Kamari, the staff are nice and helpful. The rooms are by a key so very safe. There is a safe in the room. We borrowed an iron one evening free of charge. The hotel has some lovely picturesque places. The hotel is an area quite close to the airport and you can see planes every day in the sky very close by. With that, especially at night time when it is quieter, you can hear the planes. Usually till about 12am so if you sleep early you will hear them quite loudly. It is also a 4 star hotel and hotel tax is €7 a night and per room, so as we had two rooms for 5 nights as has €70 in tax to pay just fyi for anyone booking more than one room. Overall this is a nice hotel and I would definitely recommend within the area

Me and my family stayed at this hotel in August 2019 and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Everybody was very polite and welcoming and the rooms were of high quality and are cleaned every day. The main swimming pool area and bar is very good for ordering lunches, snacks and drinks during the day. The breakfast buffets available to us every morning provided a great variety of options. There's also a smaller, quieter pool accessible on the pathway leading to the back too. Additionally, there's a tiny hot-tub like pool hidden adjacent to the main swimming pool lounge area. The pathway at the back leads you to the town's main lane of restaurants, bars and the beach, which provides great views of the sea and the island of Anafi. You can also constantly see aircraft coming overhead to land. The hotel and location of Kamari are highly recommended if you're coming to Santorini.

Our room was a junior suite. It's supposed to have air-conditioning but it didn't work. It's supposed to have a quiet fridge but it was so loud we had to unplug it at night and it also advertises a soundproof balcony which it was NOT. We could hear everyone at all hours. Our room was also directly under the stairs meaning we have to hear every guest in and out of thier rooms all night and when that does stop the cleaners come out to loudly sweep the common areas. 2 single beds were pushed together directly infront of the bathroom door which has no windows and a whistling air vent. Im guessing they swapped the drawers for a sofa to call it a suite as no storage other than a small rail with 6 hangers on it. There was a hairdryer but after 5 minutes it suddenly sent lava like air out, melted my hair to my brush and then blew up in my hand. There is a kettle but no sachets of coffee or sugar and no tea bags. We walked to an incredibly overpiced shop to buy milk coffee etc, when we came back we realised there were no mugs. We went to the reception to ask for them and were given 2 plastic cups. I had a shower but I had to clean out the head first as was squirtin water every way but down. Overall the rooms massively dissapointing, the balconys view of a brick wall not helping that. The breakfast was all cold food, even the hot options were cold. I tried 3 times and every time the eggs and beans were cold, not just a little warm, COLD. With tinned mushrooms, slimy scrambled egg and bacon that had a crazy amount of fat for what looked like just heated slices of ham. The cold options were packet meats n cheese that had seen better days and cereal. So theres a distinct lack of fresh food considering the location. Even the juices were just ridiculously strong cordial. The staff all seemed depressed and very few spoke English. Ive had better nights at UK premiere inns an thats sayin something. Still, The hotel itself looks amazing and is just a stones throw from the beach. So you can get some beautiful pics and then go out and find something decent to eat. Just be prepared to sleep less than expected. I didn't do too well without sleep and the excessive heat. Had I actually paid for the hotel I'd have been demanding a refund day 1. Kamari itself is beautiful. So much to see and the locals are lovely. X

You will love staying here! The location is superb, a 12 minute cab ride from the airport, and the hotel is located right on Kamari beach. You literally need to walk 0-2 minute from your room to be on the hotel's beach where you can enjoy the sun and sea with free beach chairs and umbrellas. It is located on the main beach with a long promenade, so you find any kinds of shops and restaurants if needed. You must opt for the half board as the food and service was excellent! Delicious food and kind, professional and always attentive waiters and waitresses. Breakfast is more than great for a 7-10 long stay, and you have plenty of options to choose from for dinner (there are multiple seafood and fish options, which we loved). The dinner is in the hotel's beachfront restaurant and you choose from the menu (2 appetizers, 2 mains and a shared dessert, if you are a party of 2). There are 2 main pools, which are great and large enough. Plenty of sunbeds all around the pools too. The staff at the reception was helpful as well, the cleaning service is amazing, and everyone is super nice. The only thing is, that depending on your room type, you might get a room which is in need of renovation. We had an issue with our first room, but the next day after they could not solve it quickly, they moved us to a renovated room in the same room type. Which was amazing.
