absolutely unforgettable! The views alone are worth the trip—perched on the cliffs overlooking the Aegean Sea, the setting is breathtaking. Our room was spacious, modern, and beautifully designed with stunning views right from our private balcony. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure we had a fantastic stay.

A dramatic setting with a view over the Santorini Caldera. The hotel has been beautifully designed, partially built into the rock of the volcano, and finished with sympathetic soft furnishings. Excellent staff who were polite, friendly, helpful and human. We’ve already scheduled our next visit!

WOW This hotel was absolutely breathtaking!! I don't even have words to explain how beautiful the view is and the rooms were so large, comfortable, well equipped and air conditioned. All the staff from front desk to restaurant and cleaners were so friendly and helpful. We were even able to check in early (10am) as we had an early flight which made everything so convenient. The complimentary breakfast was so delicious. Everything about this place screams luxury, I highly recommend staying here!

Definitely a little lower than a 4 star hotel. This Hotel is supposed to be boutique and welcoming to their guests so you aren't just a number. That's what it felt like to us, we were just a number. The rooms were very unique - the shower was not designed for Americans (no cover for the shower at all, water got everywhere). No pool side service. AC wasn't on when we arrived (I know typical American). There were also ZERO outlets in the room to charge your phone unless you wanted to unplug a lamp.
Definitely not a great experience and we will not book again. The staff also just wasn't friendly AT ALL besides one waitress. That was it. Whoever designed those rooms were not the brightest of the bunch.

This place is amazing, it has a stunning view, and the rooms are beautiful and very clean. The hotel staff is extremely helpful. Just a note that there is not any markets that are walking distance, so it is best to buy anything you need before going to the hotel.
