Beautiful place with top notch service. I was upgraded while booking and was upgraded again at check in. The ladies at the reception were so welcoming and helpful. I came for 2 nights and had to extend for one additional night.
The Kids club is a great place for kids. The swimming pools and the beach make the stay more enjoyable.
I think my son spent his best holidays at this place. He can't stop talking about it

In my opinion, the highlight of Ajman hotel is its swimming pools, of which there are around 3-4. There is also a designated pool for children, and an area within the adults' pool specifically for kids which is shallow. The beachside offers plenty of space with umbrellas and a lot of frontage. The swimming pools were fantastic. The lifeguards, cleaning personnel, and restaurant staff were exceptionally kind to us.
The hotel looks a bit old style from the outside view. But luxurious and traditional elegant looks everywhere inside.
The beach was well-maintained, with lovely soft sand and no sharp stones or rocks. The hotel has a significantly larger beach area compared to other hotels in the vicinity.
The hotel staff were extremely accommodating, helping us inflate our pool toys and even deflating them for us when we were packing up to leave. They kindly provided us with a complimentary slice of cake upon request and upgraded us from a deluxe room to a superior room, although I didn’t notice any differences based on the photos. Additionally, they allowed us to check in an hour early.
The breakfast buffet was somewhat limited in choices, offering a traditional English breakfast. However, compared to other hotels in the UAE, it lacked variety in the main course options, such as Indian dishes like poori and upma, which are commonly found in establishments in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Regrettably, the children's play area was closed because the staff were on leave, and the bowling alley was off-limits for kids after 8 p.m. since it is located inside a bar.

Lovely clean and comfortable rooms, really enjoyed the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet in the main restaurant. Very friendly staff. The most beautiful sunset. Lovely kids pool. Enjoyed the cafe/bar with shisha- very good!
First impressions were not great, we didn't know that tax wasn't included in our price. They then told us there was construction, we went to the pool and the view to the beach was completely blocked off which was disappointing. We finally found access to the beach via the Zanzibar restaurant which was amazing and then we were really able to enjoy our time.
I booked via the hotel's website, they didn't provide any follow up or confirmation email so it wasn't clear if the booking had gone through, I had to call to confirm. I also called to ask about arranging a birthday cake/balloons but it was never followed up and it seems they didn't take note of it.
