The suite was lovely and spacious and the hotel shared areas were luxurious and clean. Great service from the pool bar staff and also the housekeeping team (Sameera) who ensured our suite was sparkling and tidy with lots of complimentary toiletries/teas and coffee. The location was a little too far out for trips into Downtown Dubai. Whilst the beach bay was lovely, I got stung by a jelly fish and would suggest netting to prevent this. All in all, a luxurious and relaxed stay but a little bit too far from the main event.

Hotel staff is nice and friendly, the beach area is quite small but good, the rooms are extremely outdated and need an urgent refurbishment, food is tasty but there are only few options available in the buffet. It seems the hotel do whatever they can to avoid the guests to enjoy the all inclusive, like opening the pool bar at 11AM and the waiters don’t take any order from the beach, the sports bar doesn’t attend the all inclusive guests, the “a la carte” restaurants accept the all inclusive but in a very impersonal atmosphere. So, the hotel have lots to improve.

Had a lovely stay here. The rooms were well maintained, although we had a few problems with the in room safe - someone came almost immediately to fix it on all 3 occasions. The staff were always cheerful and friendly and couldn't do enough for us. I found the buffet restaurant a little tired and dated and needed to resemble the 5-star status of the hotel. The staff on the beach were excellent. They were always able to find beachbeds and umbrellas even when busy.

A wonderful place to stay! The beach and water are excellent, with the sea being so warm that you can enjoy it for hours. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms are spacious. Highly recommend! 👋 will definitely BE BACK 👍 The location is also conveniently close to local shops and restaurants. If you want to taste the local cuisine, you'll be impressed by how delicious it is 👍
