I stayed at this five-star hotel and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, offering a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere.
The hotel’s facilities were also top-notch. The gym was well-equipped and had almost everything I needed for a good workout. The pool area was great, with a bar conveniently located nearby.
The location was convenient, within walking distance of all the major malls, and the view from the room was stunning.

We have stayed in this hotel four times and it never fails to disappoint.
Service and staff are 5 star.
A special mention to our regular door man/receptionist Golf in who was absolutely incredible and helped to make our trip the best ever. My husband was dealing with an injury and he treated us like family, with so much care and kindness. A great example of the Thai hospitality.
The food was always good, particularly the buffet breakfast.
As always, we will be back again to experience this five star service.

Additionally, the location was perfect—close to major shopping malls and just a short walk from a variety of local restaurants. It made exploring the area incredibly convenient and enjoyable. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel!! The staff were incredibly friendly .especially cream and July who went above and beyond to help us. The convenience of the location made shopping breeze. I highly recommend this place for anyone. Oh ya, also have little special in our room like local desserts for us to try.

5/5 experience all the way. From friendly staff at check in to great hotel rooms with fantastic view. The rooms are very comfortable and are designed to take care of even small needs. The hotel is right across Platinum Mall which is a great place to shop.And most commendable is the hotel staff who try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I had an early morning flight and had to leave before breakfast. I had requested if I could have breakfast boxes by 5.30 am to eat on the way to airport. To my delight the hotel staff made sure the boxes were ready before we checked out. And it was wholesome and thoughtfully packed. It is things like these which make one's stay truly special. I will definitely be staying at Amari each time I visit Bangkok
