This is a great hotel located in the heart of Bangkok. I think the best thing about this hotel is their stuff, they have made our entire stay very comfortable and they have always been very helpful. In the initial days you might find it challenging to find the place but slowly you'd be able to figure it out. The rooms are very comfortable and have all the necessary facilities. You'll absolutely enjoy your stay in the hotel. One important part is their breakfast, you should try all the items and you would absolutely enjoy it.

Stayed here for 3 weeks. Great value at about USD $110/night, but it would still be good at $150. Everything works. The construction quality is decent, so no noise issues. Great breakfast with some high-quality options like French cheeses and smoked salmon. As a tall guy, I appreciate the high ceilings and shower head position. Wifi kept disconnecting though, and could be faster too. Check-out was a minor nuisance, since they forgot about my cash deposit, and had no records of it. Fortunately, I kept the receipt and it was all sorted. I correctly didn't trust them with my credit card details, because they're clearly a bit chaotic. Overall, highly recommended, depending on the price obviously.

This is not a 5 star hotel. Neither the service, nor the quality of rooms complies. Rooms are old and worn out. From your bed you can hear every sound of the elevator when it is called and arrives. Our room was also facing some ventilation equipment (see foto) which works 24/7 and all night it sounds like you are in airport. Light is very poor in the room. Lift cards do not work properly and require several attempts, failing which you are already moving to some floor to someone. Safe box in our room did not work. We had to call staff twice, they ignored our first call. The only good thing was breakfast, but it is 30 minutes of your stay, all the rest has to be redone. No one asked "how was your stay" at check out. Zero interest in customer. Only choose this one with a discount offer and less star hotel expectations.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Nice rooms with wonderful views on the upper floors. The hotel staff is very friendly and are all doing their best to make your stay even better. We really enjoyed our visits to the executive lounge - such a nice relaxed atmosphere.

Very good location, great room and amenities. We added an extra bed and it was still spacious for the kids to roam around. The buffet spread is great and service staff at the buffet stations are helpful. The room emergency service respond was great, came within mins after my kid accidentally pressed it. Special mention to Cath from front desk, she was so personable and made us feel welcome upon arrival. She even remembered our name before checking in that we were are one of the guest on the arrival list. Thank you for making us so welcome. Special mention to Tee from front desk, for his warm service and making my boy feel like home in a foreign land and his recommendations for the facilities around the hotel. My boy will miss you greatly. Travelling with a big group of young and old is quite a challenging to get around on the festive season. Thank you concierge team for helping us sort out our transport needs and special mention to Yong for making sure we are well co-ordinated and safe. Thank you everyone for making us feel welcome, we will come back again if we travel here next time.
