A bit dated hotel. Check in was fast, check out slow.
Location is what you choose when you book. For me all good.
Outdoor pool which is a straight line - good for 4 swimmers. Gym with dated equipment.
Breakfast excellent- good for Indian visitors as well! They love the hotel.
Executive Lounge: no afternoon cake serving but team delivers well.
I prefer Conrad over this but depends on price.

**Overall Experience:**
Having stayed at numerous Hilton hotels, I can confidently say that Hilton Grande Asoke did not meet the usual high standards I have come to expect from the Hilton brand. Unfortunately, this particular stay was marked by several disappointing experiences, except for one notable exception.
**Room Quality:**
The room itself was up to the typical Hilton standard: clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The amenities provided were sufficient, and the room's layout was practical and aesthetically pleasing.
**Service Quality:**
- **Room Service:** When I called for room service, the staff member who answered seemed disinterested and inattentive. This lack of enthusiasm and professionalism was disappointing and not reflective of the Hilton brand's commitment to excellent customer service.
- **Breakfast Buffet:** The breakfast buffet was another area of concern. The staff appeared disengaged and inattentive. It was evident that they were not enjoying their work, which negatively impacted the overall dining experience. The variety and quality of food were adequate, but the service significantly detracted from the experience.
- **Executive Lounge:** In contrast, the service at the Executive Lounge was fantastic. The staff were attentive, friendly, and exhibited the high level of professionalism expected from Hilton. Their exceptional service significantly enhanced our experience and stood out as a highlight of our stay.
**Amenities:**
The hotel offers a range of amenities consistent with the Hilton brand, including a fitness center, pool, and business facilities. However, given the service issues in other areas, it was hard to fully enjoy these features.
**Location Convenience:**
Hilton Grande Asoke is conveniently located, making it easy to access local attractions and transportation options. This aspect of the hotel was very satisfactory.
**Conclusion:**
Overall, my stay at Hilton Grande Asoke was mixed. While the Executive Lounge provided an excellent experience with attentive and friendly staff, other areas of the hotel fell short of the expected Hilton standards. I understand that this hotel was recently adopted by Hilton, which might explain some of the inconsistencies. Improvements in staff training and engagement are necessary to bring this location up to the standard expected by loyal Hilton guests. I hope to see these changes implemented on my next visit.

Absolutely wonderful!! Rooms were luxurious, especially the washroom. The hotel is really nice. It has a very luxurious vibe to it. The service is great, everyone was very kind. But the best thing was the food. It was wonderful!!! You don't have to worry if you're vegetarian, they have everything. The indian food was better than what I would find in India 💀🙏. One of the best hotels in bangkok.

This was my first experience at the Hilton Grande Asoke in Bangkok, and overall, it was a pleasant one. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff kindly upgraded me to a Deluxe room, conveniently located just one floor below the Executive Lounge. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the chance to visit the lounge due to a hectic business schedule.
While my stay was enjoyable, I was disappointed with the breakfast. The food could have been fresher, and I believe there is room for improvement in this area. That said, the service was excellent. I want to particularly thank Khun Joy, who worked during breakfast and impressively remembered my room number, and Khun Koi, the Director of Rooms, who patiently listened to my concerns about the breakfast.
Despite the minor issue with the food, the staff’s attentiveness made my stay memorable. I look forward to returning, and I hope to see improvements in the breakfast experience in the future.

Overall it was a pretty average experience. Location is super convenient, but that might be the only highlight.
The room is pretty old, doesn’t meet normal Hilton standards. But the worst party might be the service, i wouldn’t say that the staff were rude, but really lack of enthusiasm, the breakfast counter never bothered to have any eye contact. I waited >10mins for the checkout, when i try to tell the staff that i just need to check out and the room is prepaid, but they just ignored it. The checkout actually only took 2sec to complete, but I had to wait a very long period.
