Rooms have nice view of the river. Services are reasonably good despite the fact that the hotel seems to be always busy. Club lounge access is unfortunately not good value, and there are much better hotel lounges. On the whole, a 4-star experience.

First time in Bangkok, really glad we picked this hotel. The room was lovely, we picked just a standard room as we weren’t planning on spending much time in it! Beautiful views of the river, and a great location in the city. The staff were excellent, the breakfast had loads of varieties so should suit everyone staying. The heat in Bangkok makes it hard to walk around all day so it was perfect to relax by one of two pools, a nice swim up bar, and a lovely outside bar area for drinks and food. Additionally it’s easy to get taxi’s (we used Grab a lot to get around) but also there’s a small ferry port right next to the Sheraton, you can transport easily either direction on the river so get where you want to go. Thank you Sheraton! When we come back to Bangkok we will stay here again.

Fantastic location and service. Everyone at this hotel was extremely hospitable and we thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay. The only thing I’d say is the lounge was unfortunately pretty underwhelming and very crowded. Otherwise this is a fantastic spot.

Beautiful hotel. The service was top notch and the staff is incredible! The breakfast was always delicious and the onsite restaurant was great as well. The back of the hotel has a bar with the same great service, and there is a great view right on the river. At night it is amazing. I definitely would stay there again. The view from the room was incredible both day and night. I had a very pleasurable stay here.

Overall it was a good experience. The hotel in is entirety was clean and smelled nicely. The interior of the public portion was appealing to the eye esthetically as were the rooms. However, both are mildly outdated. Be sure to have an outlet adapter or the correct plug type because there is nothing in the room that has a built in USB port for charging. The light switches in the room are a bit confusing but after a day or two we got it figured out. The food was very good with generous portions as well as fairly priced. The service, everyone from front desk to housekeeping, was great!!
