Warm welcome by check in reception, dinner and breakfast served at the restaurant was good. The Executive Lounge also well served by the staff, the meals, snacks and beverages there was awesome. The room was well maintained, clean and neat. There is a DJ performed nightly at the bar for you to chill and enjoyed the music.
All staff at the reception, restaurant, executive lounge
The room are large with comfortable sofa and personal desk
As a member of ALL, I had enjoyed more benefits, privileges and upgrades

In general, my stay was excellent. The client service was exceptional. Everyone made you feel appreciated and was really helpful throughout your stay. If I needed anything, I'd be accommodated. The only reason I awarded it a 9 was that the area where the shower doors met was quite water seal tight, and water flowed onto the floor. I could have changed rooms, but it was not a big deal. Besides that, I enjoy having a bath while seeing the city. The location is perfect if you want to be way from the noise but not too far. If you want to party a lot or be close to the temples, it might e a little out your way.

Value wise, the amount we paid for the experience was a bargain. The room was very clean and spacious, with a wide range of amenities. We even had sweets ready at our table as a welcome gift. Room had a kettle, fridge and safe which you can use. Water bottles, coffee and tea, vanity kits, toiletries, bath towels, hand towels, robes and sleepers were available. Breakfast buffet has a very wide range of food available, it was the first time my picky partner was satisfied with his breakfast throughout our stay in Thailand, I think I only wished there was more fresh fruit varieties. The buffet area is also huge so might want to position yourself close to the food. The hotel also has a decent pool, which when I used luckily was not full at all. There's also a gym in the same floor, as well as a changing room/locker area where the sauna is. Staff were very accommodating and friendly, and they respond to emails promptly too, as in my case I got in touch with them prior to our arrival. Overall, as my partner said, I did save the best for last.

We stayed at the Grand Baker Bangkok Atrium Hotel, booking an Executive Corner Room with access to the Executive Lounge. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered excellent comfort and great views, which were the highlights of our stay. However, the overall experience fell short of expectations for a 5-star property.
We arrived in the afternoon and were welcomed with snacks, a nice gesture to start our stay. However, we missed out on the cocktail menu and lounge experience on the first day due to our schedule. The next morning, the breakfast served in the Executive Lounge was disappointing, with limited options that didn’t impress. Despite requesting Indian breakfast, we were informed that such options weren’t available, which was a letdown.
The snacks offered throughout the day in the lounge lacked variety, making the overall food experience quite underwhelming. However, the cocktail menu on the second evening was enjoyable, with well-prepared drinks that added a touch of luxury. Unfortunately, the breakfast on the final morning repeated the same limited choices, with no improvement in variety or quality.
While the room itself was luxurious and comfortable, the food quality and service in the Executive Lounge left much to be desired. For a 5-star property, the experience didn’t feel premium enough, especially given the price point. It was an okay stay overall, but not one we would eagerly repeat.

We have stayed often at Atrium due to value for money, hotel is efficiently maintained, welcoming personnel and generous with food portions.
Hotel is not in the middle of thing's so quiet and great views of Bangkok, yet still central to major shopping areas via a 30 min walk or taxi. Swimming pool is small, Gymnasium huge and the inhouse restaurants are excellent. Hotel no longer has its 5 Star rating, which is totally unfair! But I see customer ratings are spammed full of complaints about hotels attitude and payment procedures ... yes you need to watch for this but we love the diversity and culture of hotel and we have Atrium 5 Star in the heart ♡
