My sister and I have been satisfied with our 3 nights stay.
Originally we only booked for 2 nights through online booking but we decided to add one more night while we are checking-in at the counter.
The best part after we checked in, the staff at the counter gave us a voucher for a complimentary cocktail drink At the hotel bar / lounge (1 each/ person).

We stayed at the Grand Baker Bangkok Atrium Hotel, booking an Executive Corner Room with access to the Executive Lounge. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered excellent comfort and great views, which were the highlights of our stay. However, the overall experience fell short of expectations for a 5-star property.
We arrived in the afternoon and were welcomed with snacks, a nice gesture to start our stay. However, we missed out on the cocktail menu and lounge experience on the first day due to our schedule. The next morning, the breakfast served in the Executive Lounge was disappointing, with limited options that didn’t impress. Despite requesting Indian breakfast, we were informed that such options weren’t available, which was a letdown.
The snacks offered throughout the day in the lounge lacked variety, making the overall food experience quite underwhelming. However, the cocktail menu on the second evening was enjoyable, with well-prepared drinks that added a touch of luxury. Unfortunately, the breakfast on the final morning repeated the same limited choices, with no improvement in variety or quality.
While the room itself was luxurious and comfortable, the food quality and service in the Executive Lounge left much to be desired. For a 5-star property, the experience didn’t feel premium enough, especially given the price point. It was an okay stay overall, but not one we would eagerly repeat.

First of all, the front desk staff were warm and friendly. In addition to helping deliver my luggage to the room, they also provided me with a few bottles of water, making me feel valued. The check-in process was very quick. Although the hotel’s location is not particularly convenient, the lobby has plenty of sofas for guests to wait for their transportation.
In terms of the bathroom, the water pressure of the shower could be increased slightly, and I hope they can consider replacing it with a handheld option for easier temperature adjustment. Overall, this is a standard accommodation choice.

The best hotel in Bangkok for me.
I go there every time, as the staff are so helpful & service minded.
This time it was the dining room s& kitchen staff who stayed open after the restaurant was due to close & cooked my wife & myself a wonderful comprehensive meal. They stayed more than half an hour late to do this & never complained

Everything was good, staff, service, stay. The bathroom in room 1138 did not have exhaust vents or fan. This was the only inconvenience.
Maybe. A proper Indian chef can fix issues with Indian breakfast spread and Indian food in the hotel.
Very good hotel for families or solo travellers.
