We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and impeccably clean, offering a comfortable environment throughout my visit. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, catering to different tastes, and everything was fresh and delicious. As a platinum member, I had access to the lounge, which was a great perk with added convenience.
The hotel is also very family-friendly, with plenty of amenities for kids to enjoy. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive, making sure every need was taken care of. Additionally, the location is unbeatable—right in the center of everything, making it easy to explore the city. Highly recommend for both families and business travelers!

I have stayed here for several times. However, it was my first time to stay in suite here and enjoyed the benefits of accessing to executive floor lounge. I would say that the selection of the food in the lounge is decent. However, the quality of the breakfast could be better. The highlight is that staff who I bumped into in the hotel were helpful and friendly which enhanced the entire staying experience. Also, the bed is comfortable which let me have a good sleep. Overall, I had a great time.

We are incredibly grateful for the exceptional service provided by this hotel, especially by Tommy -the concierge in charge, and Man -the restaurant in charge. Their dedication and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference when we needed help retrieving a camera we accidentally left in a local Grab car. They not only facilitated the communication process but also followed up diligently, ensuring we felt supported every step of the way. Their professionalism and attentiveness truly reflect the high standards of this hotel, making our stay both meaningful and comfortable. We cannot thank them enough for their outstanding service!

I had a pleasant stay, and overall, the experience was good. The Executive Room is nice, but I feel it could be even better with a little touch-up or renovation to enhance its appeal. The Club Lounge team was amazing, offering fantastic service, and the food and beverages served were also excellent. I’d also like to mention how helpful the bellboy team was—truly appreciated! 😊

I recently stayed at this so-called five-star hotel, but it was far from what you'd expect from such a rating.
The only positive note was the housekeeping staff—they were prompt and attentive, keeping the room in good condition throughout the stay. However, that’s where the good experience ends.
The duty manager, MAN, was incredibly rude and arrogant, showing a complete lack of professionalism. I was shocked by how someone with that attitude could hold such a position.
I ordered pasta from the hotel restaurant, and it was terrible. When I requested not to be charged for such subpar food, they refused and still added service charges. It’s disappointing that the hotel charges for poor-quality food instead of addressing the issue properly.
To add to the frustrations, they never asked for a deposit at check-in. Later, when I asked them to charge my restaurant bill to the room, they claimed I had refused to pay a deposit—something I was never asked about in the first place.
Most of the staff, including the operators, struggled with basic English communication. My ability to communicate felt like it had deteriorated after four days of trying to explain myself repeatedly.
The rooms were another letdown—small, dimly lit, with an old construction feel, and a constant unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. This, combined with the poor lighting, made the rooms feel dark and unwelcoming at all times.
Additionally, the toiletries provided, including the toothbrush, were of the worst street-level quality, and the room slippers were equally bad. This kind of cheap quality is unacceptable for a supposed luxury hotel.
As a vegetarian, the breakfast spread was particularly disappointing. There were very few options for Indian or vegetarian guests, which I find unacceptable in a hotel claiming to be five-star.
Overall, this hotel does not deserve its five-star rating. It felt more like a three-star experience at best, and I would not recommend it to anyone expecting luxury or high standards.
