    Right from the entrance, Mai greeted me with such warmth that I instantly felt at ease. Her gentle, thoughtful way of making sure everything was just right made a big difference and created the perfect start to the evening. Mew continued that feeling throughout the meal, always attentive, never overbearing, and constantly smiling. She had an amazing instinct for timing and seemed to anticipate every little need, which is something you don’t come across very often. And the food was exceptional. Each plate looked beautiful and tasted even better. The care and pride the kitchen puts into every dish is obvious. Easily one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Thailand!

    One of the finest hotels I have been to outside of India. Everything about this place is outstanding. The food, the service, the caring staff really did a wonderful job and I'm glad a got to spend 2 nights here. The in house pizza Margherita, the butter Naan and paneer Masala was outstanding and the flavors were spot on. I also spent time at the pool bar, having some mock tails and juices during happy hrs and I was made to feel at home. The superior room was good and spacious and gave a glimpse of the city from 18th floor. Overall, highly recommended. Kudos to the team.

    Overall the experience was comfortable. The location is excellent most attractions are just 10–15 minutes away which made getting around very convenient. However I was a bit disappointed with the rooms. While they were spacious the interiors and bathroom felt quite old and the shower was not working properly. A renovation or upgrade would definitely improve the guest experience. Another area that needs improvement is the vegetarian breakfast. The options were extremely limited and apart from fruits,l there wasnt much I could eat since I prefer not to have bread. On the second day I skipped breakfast entirely because I didn’t want to eat fruits again. It would be great to see more vegetarian dishes added to the buffet along with a live counter dedicated to vegetarian items. With these improvements, the hotel could offer a much better overall experience.

    I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of choices, and the bar had a lovely atmosphere with excellent drinks, the bartender Ms.Toon was very kind and gentle. Most importantly, the entire staff were exceptional — always friendly, professional, and willing to help with anything I needed. Their warm hospitality truly made my stay memorable. I would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. 🌟

    We had a wonderful holiday experience with our family. The view from the room was amazing, and the rooms were very comfortable. The food was good, and they kindly prepared Indian food on our request, which was served very well. The hospitality was excellent, with great room service and friendly, helpful staff. Overall, a perfect stay with lovely views and excellent service. Highly recommended.
