    The hotel has a premium, luxurious feel from the moment you enter. The breakfast spread is amazing with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Staff are exceptionally well-mannered and polite, always making you feel welcome. My room on the 18th floor had a great view of the city, which made the stay even better. The location is also very convenient — just a 10-minute walk to Phetchaburi MRT station. Overall, a fantastic experience and highly recommended!

    The hotel is a very good four-star property – it would easily be a 10/10 if it were classified as a 4* rather than a 5*. The bed was comfortable and room spacious, the view was lovely, and the staff were extremely friendly and professional. They also accommodated all my preferences regarding allergies and a high-floor room. However, the hotel doesn’t quite meet all the expectations of a five-star rating, as some of the furniture and walls show signs of wear. At breakfast, the only thing missing was a good coffee machine – the one available wasn’t very good. The price, however, was excellent.

    I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of choices, and the bar had a lovely atmosphere with excellent drinks, the bartender Ms.Toon was very kind and gentle. Most importantly, the entire staff were exceptional — always friendly, professional, and willing to help with anything I needed. Their warm hospitality truly made my stay memorable. I would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. 🌟

    I arrived quite late for lunch, almost at closing time, yet the staff went out of their way to make sure I could enjoy a meal after my long trip. They didn’t just serve food...they put in genuine effort to give me the best experience possible. Their kindness made me feel truly special, and I want to recognize Mai and her wonderful team (Praewploy, Dream, and Mew). Great job!!! , everyone! I’m already looking forward to coming back again ;) ;)

    Was in Bangkok for my partner’s fitness competition and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a warm welcome and that they were cheering him on for his competition! Wonderful surprise by the guest relations team, much appreciated. Rooms are large and well equipped, and there was a nice range of welcome drinks for us at the pool bar too. Location is nearby Bravo BKK and makes a lot of sense to stay here for any events there as it is nearby. There is a 7-Eleven down the road from the hotel if you need anything! Great staff made all the difference for this stay, thank you!
