We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and impeccably clean, offering a comfortable environment throughout my visit. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, catering to different tastes, and everything was fresh and delicious. As a platinum member, I had access to the lounge, which was a great perk with added convenience.
The hotel is also very family-friendly, with plenty of amenities for kids to enjoy. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive, making sure every need was taken care of. Additionally, the location is unbeatable—right in the center of everything, making it easy to explore the city. Highly recommend for both families and business travelers!

Overall good experience, it’s a massive property though bit old. Staffs are good, having average hospitality. Hotel was almost full, which I believe due to start of season. Rooms are clean, amenities are all provided as usual with most of 4-5star hotels. Restaurant is just ok as mostly it’s Thai food with limited options of International breakfast menu. I should say food is comparatively competitive vs such hotels all over the globe, surely due to the overall lower cost in Thailand.

Had a great stay here. However, it was bit far from metro station and such a small swimming pool. Regarding breakfast, it was not the best. I would recommend upgrading your room to a skyline. The view was nice from the room I stayed. It was worth an upgrade. Lastly, staff on the counter and the maid were nice.

Excellent hotel. Super clean rooms, bedsheet and pillows were very clean. Good breakfast spread. Excellent gym with lots of equipment. Amazing SPA experience. Located at the heart of the city with close proximity from metro stations. Overall a lovely experience.

I have stayed here for several times. However, it was my first time to stay in suite here and enjoyed the benefits of accessing to executive floor lounge. I would say that the selection of the food in the lounge is decent. However, the quality of the breakfast could be better. The highlight is that staff who I bumped into in the hotel were helpful and friendly which enhanced the entire staying experience. Also, the bed is comfortable which let me have a good sleep. Overall, I had a great time.
