The hotel is beautifully maintained, the location is perfect, and the service is truly exceptional. A special thank you to the wonderful housekeeping her name is Noona, who went above and beyond to make our stay feel like home. Every detail was taken care of with such thoughtfulness and heart. We were always greeted with warm smiles and came back to a spotless room every day. Their kindness and attention to detail made our trip extra special. Thank you, Grand Mercure, for such a memorable experience. We'll definitely be back!

I had a wonderful stay at Grand Mercure Atrium Bangkok, and it was such a special experience for us. We came to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and the hotel really surprised us in the best way. The staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful, and they helped make the celebration feel memorable and warm. Everything was well-prepared, and the atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. The room was clean and spacious, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. We truly felt welcomed and taken care of. Thank you to the whole team for making my sister’s birthday so special. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again!

It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Phetchaburi MRT station, which is quite convenient even without carrying anything. Central Rama 9 is an excellent shopping mall besides world famous Icon Siam, offering a wide variety of good-quality products at reasonable prices. It’s about a 6-minute drive from the hotel, or you can take the hotel’s free scheduled shuttle bus. The hotel is large with a nice exterior, but the front area is under heavy construction, making the entrance quite narrow. There’s not much noise, though, and this is likely why the rates are reasonable. The staff are always very kind and gentle. A deposit is required, about THB 1,000 per day. Important information (WiFi, shuttle bus schedule, massage services, etc.) is posted on the top of the front desk rather than in the room, so don’t miss it. The interior is old but well maintained. Many tour groups stay here, including flight crews and travelers.

Stayed here during my trip and had a really comfortable experience. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout the stay. The room was spacious enough, the bed was comfortable, and the overall ambiance felt relaxing after long days outside. Location was also convenient with easy access to nearby markets, transport, and food spots. The service was smooth from check-in to check-out, and housekeeping did a good job every day. For the price, it was definitely worth it. Would recommend this hotel to couples, solo travelers, or anyone looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay.

I really want to express my heartfelt appreciation for the excellent service that I received at your hotel especially from Nanny who provided me with such a wonderful experience during my stay at your hotel from check-in to check-out, to helping me with my requests during my time there to creating amazing cocktails at the executive lounge during the evenings and so much more. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. However, I was particularly impressed by the genuine hospitality and attentiveness by Nanny as she generally went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Also, she was always ready to assist me with any requests or inquiries and consistently offered efficient service with a huge smile every time. It is evident that she takes great pride in her work and genuinely cares about the wellbeing and satisfaction of the hotel guests. As a result, I would like to extend my special thanks to Nanny whose exceptional service stood out during my stay. She consistently demonstrated professionalism, kindness and attentiveness. Her efforts truly made a significant difference in my experience at your hotel especially since I would not have rated your hotel with five stars if it was not for her and some of your hotel staff. To be honest, the property is not in the best condition and definitely does not meet the basic requirements to be considered a five star hotel. The premises, rooms, facilities and etc. all feel dated and does not appear to have been properly maintained throughout the years. Nevertheless, I will still offer you five stars for this review as I feel that your staff in particular Nanny, deserves to be recognized for their contribution to your hotel and I certainly hope that Accor provides her with the opportunity to make an even bigger difference within your group one day. When your time permits, please kindly convey my gratitude and appreciation to Nanny personally as the memorable experiences that I had during my stay would not have been possible without her outstanding service and commitment to excellence.
