STAFF The staff are extremely professional, friendly and helpful and they really made our stay memorable. EASE There is a WhatsApp number for guest services which was very responsive and helpful for any questions or requests. Guest services were very good on the in room phone, very quick to answer and very helpful. ROOMS We had a 2 bedroom suite, beds are very comfortable, there’s a pillow menu which was brilliant as I like a foam pillow, so much space in the suite and bathrooms are beautiful. My biggest issue is the lack of natural light in the living area, it made it quite depressing to sit there during the day. Few additional things could’ve made the room much better: 1. Washing up liquid and a sponge. What’s the point of a kitchenette if there’s no way to clear dirty dishes. 2. Bluetooth speakers, to connect our device for a bit of music in the room. The speakers could’ve been set to a certain volume so as not to disturb other guests. 3. Netflix on the TV’s the channels are limited, so many TV’s and nothing to watch. 4. Larger bin in the kitchen for food, it got filled very quickly as it’s tiny. The turn down service was impeccable, they came a few times a day and left the place spotless. SWIMMING POOL Lovely pool but quite small. I went at 5pm once and no sun beds available at all I had to sit on the side of the pool. 3 out of the 4 times I went I didn’t see any staff around to help with getting drinks, checking if sun beds were still in use etc. There were service buttons by sun loungers but I didn’t have a sun bed to use it. BREAKFAST The breakfast was very good, lots of options and all the food was good quality. The service staff were very helpful but not a lot of them, sometimes hard to find if you needed something. Everyday the water dispenser was completely empty by the time we arrived (around 10am) and it was never refilled. Overall lovely stay and would definitely recommend it!

We are visiting all the way from Florida and all I can say is these are some of the best views / service by Tai and Pen we’ve ever had! I mean everything is presented so well! The vibe is cozy and romantic! They were so kinda and efficient ! The meals were presented so perfect and the layers of flavor were delish ! A must try ! We will head to the rooftop after but worth it luxury dining in our eyes! Thank you Pen & Tai! ❤️

Absolutely impressed with the experience at this restaurant! Every dish was delicious, especially the lamb steak, which was cooked to perfection. The meat was tender, juicy, and aromatic with spices, paired perfectly with the rich sauce. The dessert didn't disappoint either; the chocolate lava cake had a soft, smooth cake texture with an intense, flowing chocolate filling – simply divine! Another highlight was the Cabernet Sauvignon wine recommended by the restaurant; it was rich, smooth, and complemented the meal beautifully. The service from Film, Tai, and Chet was also lovely; they were friendly, attentive, and even surprised us with a cute couple photo. I'm so impressed that I definitely want to come back!

Nick and Benz, at the VERTIGO rooftop restaurant were amazing! The service was top notch! We were given the best table in the restaurant! Nick was very patient and polite! Benz, took a very nice picture of my wife and I and printed it out for us as a keepsake for our anniversary! Vertigo was a great and memorable experience!

Supreme attention to and indulging of the customer. Top notch service, from our arrival where we had a separate check-in area and welcome, to the departure. Excellent spa experience, fantastic breakfast and rooftop views. They were out of a couple items at their restaurant (Vertigo) during an 8pm reservation, but the stunning views were the experience in itself. Great pool...overall a treat of a stay. I would return here without hesitation.
