My husband and I had the most incredible experience and I can't thank the staffs (Jack, Ann, Jimmy) enough for making it so special. From the moment we arrived, they were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable evening. The service was prompt, warm, and personalized, making me feel like I was the guest of honor. The staffs truly made my celebration feel extraordinary, and their attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed. I’m so grateful for their kindness and exceptional service. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a place where both the food and service shine!

We stayed in Banyan Tree Bangkok in January 2025, the week of the Chinese New Year, the decoration with flowers all over the hotel were very nice. From the moment we got out of our taxi the welcoming was amazing, with flower bracelets, refreshing drinks, seating area to do our check in with personalized attention, amazing service by the two girls that did the check in and to top it off...they sang happy birthday to me with a beautiful mini cake

We went to the Vertigo TOO, The service was excellent—staff were friendly, polite, and always smiling especially K.Tai and K.Pen were very nice,Thank you so much.
The food was delicious, especially the smoked salmon and shrimp pasta. Towards the end of our meal, the staff kindly offered to take a photo for us as a keepsake. The restaurant had a wonderful ambiance, with beautiful spots for photos everywhere. The music was lovely, making it a perfect setting to enjoy a glass of wine with my beloved.

Our stay at the Banyan Tree Hotel was absolutely incredible! From the moment we walked in, we were enveloped in luxury. The hotel’s stunning design and impeccable service made it clear we were in a true 5-star haven.
The warm welcome set the tone for our stay, with refreshments and snacks always available at the main entrance. The staff went above and beyond, upgrading our room for our honeymoon, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The room was spacious and elegant, featuring a massive bathroom with a luxurious bathtub. We especially loved the unique “bath menu,” which allowed us to indulge in a romantic rose bath—an unforgettable experience.
The attention to detail was unmatched. Every day, housekeeping left us delightful treats, adding a personal touch that made us feel so special.
The crown jewel of this hotel, however, is the rooftop bar and restaurant. The breathtaking city views paired with exquisite food and drinks made it the perfect spot to unwind after exploring Bangkok.
We can’t recommend the Banyan Tree Hotel enough. Whether for a honeymoon or just a getaway, this hotel promises an unforgettable stay. We can’t wait to return!

Review: Banyan Tree Bangkok
My stay at Banyan Tree Bangkok was truly satisfying. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure everything was well taken care of. One of the thoughtful touches I really appreciated was their turndown service—not only did they neatly prepare the room for the night, but they also sometimes left little extras like hand sanitizer or a face mist, which was a nice touch after a long day out.
Another detail that stood out was how thoroughly they prepared the bath salts for soaking—a small but thoughtful gesture, perfect for unwinding after exploring Bangkok. The room itself was spacious and well-designed, offering a comfortable and luxurious stay.
The only downside was a small lapse in cleaning detail—I found a wrapper behind the TV table, which they must have overlooked. But aside from that, everything else was excellent.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again.
