We had an amazing experience at Vertigo. We booked a romantic dinner experience and it was all perfect. Unfortunately it was raining so we couldn’t sit on the rooftop but the staff assigned us a table on the window so the view was amazing. They gave me a bouquet of roses and took a picture of us!! Food was very good, I recommend the beef fillet. Wine was good. Our waiter Poo was the best, very kind and attentive to detail! I wish we could stay in Bangkok for longer to come here again but we’ll come back in the future for sure!!

The hotel is very nice and convenient in the city center. The staff are very helpful and kind and the service is excellent. I have stayed 3 nights here and it has been a great experience. The masseur lady Manow was definitely the best. It was a whole different experience to have a massage by her. She’s really an expert with a great service! Definitely a professional! Only thing that inconvenient for me, was the rooms are not very soundproof and you can hear all the noise from the hallway unfortunately.

What a fantastic experience on the Saffron Cruise by Banyan Tree! We wanted to share some informal feedback about our recent trip. Honestly, the Saffron Cruise was beyond amazing! The whole vibe was just perfect, and the food? Absolutely delicious – really, really nice. But what truly made our evening stand out was the incredible service, especially from our waiter, Win. He was just fantastic! Super friendly and genuinely kind, Win made us feel right at home. It was impressive how he handled everything with such ease; he really knows how to solve problems on the spot, which made for a completely smooth and enjoyable experience. Seriously, give that guy a raise! We can't recommend the Saffron Cruise enough, and if you're lucky enough to have Win as your waiter, you're in for a treat!
