[Dinner River Cruise Review] This was way beyond my expectations. The boat is beautiful and elegant, the food had unique and amazing flavors, and the service was very attentive. They did a great job accommodating two of our party who were vegetarians. The cruise itself down the river was lovely and we saw lots of interesting landmarks. The cocktails were also creative and unusual but good. I highly recommend this activity. Plan for about 3 hours.

My first time in this hotel although I’ve been to this city a million times for both work and holiday and it blew me away. The hotel is well maintained, absolutely spotlessly clean and beautiful. Junho who attended to us during check in was amazingly efficient and knowledgeable and made us really feel welcome.
Jane from Vertigo who attended to us at dinner was very attentive and friendly. Her warm and positive attitude made our meal enjoyable apart from the magnificent view of the city skyline.
Vicky also from Vertigo was very efficient and anticipated our needs.
This is now my favorite hotel in Bangkok. The service is impeccable. Congratulations Banyan Tree Bangkok for making our honeymoon memorable.

We came after 12 years (Great Service) and on this occasion unfortunately there were some issues with the room (Towel rail coming away from wall, TV not connecting, Wrong pillows provided).
I had informed the Hotel in advance that my wife was vegetarian (No meat, No fish, No seafood) and all they could provide was vegetables and steam rice or vegetables and noodles.
When we stayed 12 years ago the team went out of there way to ensure the dietary requirements for my wife were met (even serving Indian food).
Annie Park and Pimmada really tried to solve the issues in the Club Lounge.
The Club Lounge should be able to cater for different dietary requirements.
Vertigo and Moon Bar highly recommend for spectacular views.

My father's 60th anniversary trip with my parents was a perfect day thanks to this cruise. The view was exceptionally neat among the various cruises and the service was excellent. The view was fantastic, and it was an enjoyable and happy journey for everyone. The servers were friendly and the food and drink were very delicious. Especially the dessert made with Chhatramu tea was fantastic. Thank you so much and happy day for giving me a cake for my father's anniversary and a photo as a gift. This is a place I would love to come back again next time

I had the pleasure of dining at Vertigo Too in Bangkok, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The breathtaking views of the city skyline set the perfect ambiance for an unforgettable evening. The food was exquisite, with every dish carefully prepared and presented to perfection.
What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was the impeccable service. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Film, Dew, and Tai for their warm hospitality and attention to detail. They went above and beyond to ensure every moment of the evening was seamless and enjoyable. Their professionalism and friendliness added a personal touch that made this dinner truly memorable.
If you’re looking for a dining experience that combines world-class cuisine with stunning views and outstanding service, Vertigo Too is the place to go. I cannot recommend it highly enough!
