I couldn't praise the staff and the hotel more. I traveled to Dubai for my birthday, and the hotel made it very special. I received an upgrade to a room with a magnificent view, a wonderful birthday cake, room decorations, and a gift from the hotel. Besides that, the hotel is very elegant. I loved the food and enjoyed every moment of my stay. For beach lovers like myself, the hotel is perfectly situated with direct access to the beach. The cleaning service came twice a day and asked if everything was fine with the room. I will definitely come back again! Thank you so much ❤️

The Amwaj Rotana Hotel has met all expectations. Very clean, comfortable rooms and pleasant staff. The photos are completely true. It's nice when people treat their business with dedication and responsibility. I would like to express my gratitude to the chefs of the 1st floor, the buffet is very tasty, the chef Abdul👍👍👍 is very pleasant, cheerful, cooks delicious, as well as the administrator Mustafa👍👍👍attentive! In general, all the staff are polite, nice, very satisfied with the service! The first day, when we met, the male manager allocated a room with a beautiful view! The staff is super, we are very happy with our stay, we recommend your hotel to all our friends! We are from Kazakhstan, we went from June 7 to 11, room 1515! Thank you for the good mood!

A great hotel but wouldn't it call it a 5* hotel.
The staff are very friendly and welcoming however the hotel had couple of issues. Firstly the room I stayed in wasn't the best in terms of cleanliness. The floor had stains which I was told wouldn't come off, also the room rug could have done with a wash or replacement. I also found the family room to be on the smaller side for a family of 4. My biggest complain was the lifts in the hotel, they by far are the worst I encountered! Having only 3 lifts that served all the floors was a huge annoyance to say the the least. At times we had to wait 10 minutes for the lift and sometime the lift would completely skip your floor! Lot of guests I spoke to said they would avoid the hotel just because of the lift!
The location was as expected near most amenities. Hotel didn't go above and beyond for their guests and I've had better stays in other hotels.

Beautiful in every detail enjoying my first day here in Dubai. What I would say and it's not in any way negative is if they had a shuttle service from hotel to airport and vice versa even if it was simply an add on for the first and last day of your holiday it would be perfect. I'm still going to give a 5 star rating because the service has been excellent and the team are outstanding and so attentive an absolute credit to the hotel and the wonderful country of Dubai. Could not have wished for a better holiday. Magnificent.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at! As soon as you arrive you are met with an energetic and amazing doorman and the staff throughout the hotel are super friendly and will go above and beyond to meet your needs and requirements. Suraj at the breakfast bar knew what I’d have before telling him after the first day. It’s a great touch to show how attentive the staff are. Overall really good location close to the beach and restaurants and the staff are the cherry on top!
