Second time staying here after about 15 years and it is still excellent.
All of the staff are lovely, helpful and genuinely want you to enjoy being here.
The rooms are the same as 15 years ago, but we'll looked after with new fittings and kept spotless. Great a/c which is important in Hoi An at this time of year.
The location on the edge of the old town is perfect - 8 minute walk into the very busy town, but peaceful in the hotel grounds. The pool is also great with no shortage of beds or space.
Would definitely return.

Wonderful property with great rooms. The pool is gorgeous. Gym is limited but gets the job done. Close walk to everything we wanted to explore in town. The food at Riverside is good, and Thinh’s service was outstanding — he was always smiling and very helpful and genuine. The whole staff was excellent.

Room is clean and spacious, bed is comfortable and able to sleep well.
Wonderful staff, always helping their guest. Location is perfect, near to eateries, cafe, spa and more shops. Very near old town, short cycle which the hotel provide complimentary use for guest.
The food in the restaurant is amazing!!!

Loved our stay at the Anantara while in Hoi An. The staff were very helpful and kind and the property is stunning - a peaceful oasis on the edge of the busy town. The villas were lovely, breakfast was amazing and eating with the views of the river was a lovely experience. They also went above and beyond for my birthday. We would certainly stay again!

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Anantara Hoi An. The location is great, walking distance to the Old Town but quiet in the hotel with views over the river. An Bang beach is only a 15 minute drive away. All the staff are so kind and friendly, especially with our 1-year old daughter. Anything we asked for they were able to help with. I really recommend the hotel for families with young children. We hope to be back!!
