We had an incredible time at the resort, which is perfectly situated right by the beach and away from the crowds. There were plenty of activities on offer, though I didn't take part in many, but other guests really enjoyed them. The food was consistently delicious, and I was truly impressed by the service throughout our stay.
Even though the restaurant was often busy, the waitstaff were always quick with drink orders. Imran, our waiter, was especially outstanding—always attentive and ready to help, making sure we had everything we needed.
Overall, it was a fantastic holiday, and I highly recommend this resort to anyone planning to visit Oman.

Our stay was a very special experience... The surroundings of the hotel was very lush and nice. At early morning, you can hear the birds chirping, and it's very relaxing. The water park is great for families. The meals were very exceptional, and the service was great! There's only one negative thing: The foreigners dress code in the pool and their behaviors were a little disturbing. We will come back to Barcelo Mussanah Resort in winter, so it will also be best if you could heat the pools and the water in the bathroom! Other than that, it was a 5 star experience!!

A Truly Exceptional Stay!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was one of the best experiences I've had among all the 5-star hotels I've visited. The service was impeccable, and the views were absolutely breathtaking.
From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, especially Mr. Charles and the Omani gentleman who checked us in. Their hospitality and professionalism made us feel right at home and set the tone for a wonderful stay.
There was also another Omani gentleman who graciously helped us with our luggage, adding to the seamless service experience. The staff in the restaurant were very approachable and attentive, making dining a delightful experience.
The hotel itself is a haven of relaxation and tranquility. It’s a perfect place for families and anyone looking to unwind. The serene atmosphere, coupled with the cool, calm environment, makes it an ideal retreat.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and relaxing getaway. I swear I'll be back whenever I get the chance!

We really enjoyed our stay. My kids loves the new water park, it is safe for small kids. The food is great as well. The staff are also welcoming and helpful. Definitely we'll come back.❤️ special thanks to Omani brothers for taking care for all children in the water park area also thank you so much to MR Showliz for his service , really amazing service and it’s safe place.

We spent a week at this hotel in October 2023. Great service, helpful and very nice. We booked a room for 3 adults at the travel agency. After arrival, it turned out that there were 2 beds for adults and only an extra bed for a child. The hotel staff showed great understanding and courtesy by changing this room to an apartment for us, at no extra charge. With this approach, they are a 7-star hotel for us.
