We just had amazing two days stay at this property. Location, staff, rooms and facilities are all top notch. They have adventure park inside the hotel so kids and even elders remain busy. All in all value for money and amazing weather. Rooms are there in block of 4 and they have golf carts running if you don’t want to walk. I bet you will not take the cart as its so nice to walk around resort. Adventure park requires 7 years of age and 1.3 M of height. They have well trained and cordial staff helping you around the park. It basically has three levels of courses and they are really challenging. Zip line is there which everyone can take and enjoy the day. Pool is really nice and kids friendly. They have very nice seating around pool. Gym is also very nice and well equipped. We couldn’t find table both days at Veranda restaurant for breakfast but hotel has arranged same buffet in one of conference room which saved our time amd hassle of waiting in queues.

The room were okay. Very good space but had some leaks from wash basin sink which create a bit of a mess in the bathroom. Room view were very good, we were given room with sunset view. Hotel facility is very good with alot of actitivities for kids (wall climbing, etc). Breakfast in Veranda was amazing. The pastry was top notch. But the main thing that stands out in this restaurant is the service. Muhammad Ali is one of the kindest person works here in this restaurant and very warmly hosting us

Beautiful location and really well structured hotel. The rooms were amazing. Private villa style, especially if you are booking two or three rooms together. They have a buggy service to take guests around the hotel - to/fro from the room - and this was very helpful as my father is old aged and difficult to walk long distances. The breakfast was excellent - considering we were up in the mountains in a 4 star hotel. However- a few major issues faced: 1. On the adventure park, my daughter who is 8 years of age (and the trip was to celebrate her birthday) - one of the Adventure park workers (Mo'tassim) purposely shook the rope aggressively forcing my daughter to fall on the rope! The rope is sharp - regardless- something from a HSE perspective that should never be done. We were extremely appalled and his superior, Saeed, saw the whole incident happening and was very apologetic. However, when i raised this to the management of the hotel - the Director (Muad i believe) was very apologetic and offered a bonfire night for free for us and the family - but also said the GM (Jagdeep) would get in touch to apologize for the trouble caused. No call or discussion from Jagdeep despite my personal number was given. I also saw him at breakfast - and he did not have the courtesy to even walk over and talk to us. Extremely disappointed considering he is the GM and something like this should never happen in a hotel like this. 2. Less of an issue - but when at the swimming pool - we asked for water to be provided - they said its chargeable (2.5OMR per bottle) - which i thought was absolutely ridiculous. Considering water bottles cost 100 or 200 baizas - it would mean nothing to the hotel to provide their swimming pool guests a bottle per person like most hotels do.

We had a great experience with the Kids Club thanks to the lovely lady named Fortunate. She was incredibly kind, caring, and creative with the kids. My daughter spent a lot of time there doing arts and crafts, and she absolutely loved it. I really appreciate Fortunate’s patience and the fun activities she organized every day. While the Kids Club space itself could use some renovation—it’s a bit outdated—the quality of care and attention Fortunate provided truly made up for it. I highly recommend the Kids Club, especially if Fortunate is there. She made our stay even more special!

This was our third stay at the resort, and there’s a reason we keep coming back — every visit has been an excellent experience, leaving us thoroughly satisfied. Exceptional Service: The staff truly make the difference here. The Duty Manager, Mr. Romel, was very attentive, listening to our concerns and offering proactive solutions with genuine care. Mr. Michael from the IT team was extremely accommodating, friendly, and professional, making us feel well taken care of. Dining Experience: Breakfast is always a highlight. The fresh orange juice and karak tea add a perfect touch to start the day. A special mention to Mr. Roshan, the Restaurant Manager, whose professional yet warm approach sets the tone. His team members, Lovedeep and Roshni, consistently deliver excellent service with a smile. Housekeeping: The housekeeping team deserves praise for their consistency and attention to detail. Mr. Rajashekar and Mr. Basanta ensured our rooms were kept spotless and comfortable throughout our stay. Amenities & Activities: The resort is fantastic for families. Our kids absolutely loved the Adventure Park and the long zip line — one of the best and biggest adventure setups we’ve seen, with activities that can be enjoyed by all ages. The property itself is spacious and beautifully maintained, offering a refreshing 1 km walk around the grounds — especially enjoyable with the pleasant weather. Indoor Games: When it comes to leisure time, the indoor games room is a great option. With foosball, billiards, and table tennis, there’s something for everyone to enjoy and unwind. Overall, the resort continues to impress us with its service, amenities, and family-friendly atmosphere. It’s a place we’re always happy to return to, and we look forward to our next visit.
