We had a wonderful stay at Dusit D2 Naseem Hotel, Jebel Akhdar! It’s a beautiful and spacious property, surrounded by nature and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We stayed in a Deluxe Room, which was clean and comfortable — not too big but just the right size for a cozy stay. Our room had a lovely balcony with a beautiful sunset view, which made the experience even more special. (There are other room types available as well, but ours happened to face the sunset.) What truly stood out for us was the exceptional service. All the staff members were incredibly accommodating and service-oriented, always ready to help with a smile. There are rental bikes available — both electric and regular — which you can hire for about 30 minutes to ride around the property. It’s a great experience, especially when the weather is nice. The adventure park is another highlight, perfect for adventure lovers or kids who enjoy a bit of excitement (minimum height requirement is 130 cm). The breakfast deserves a special mention — the weekend spread was absolutely amazing with a wide variety of delicious options, and even on weekdays, the buffet was impressive with English and Arabic selections, pastries, and live stations. The pool area is also very well maintained, with plenty of seating to relax and enjoy the mountain breeze. Overall, a lovely property with excellent hospitality — perfect for a weekend getaway, especially when the weather is cool. Highly recommend!

I was genuinely pleased with my stay at the Dusit Hotel in Jabal Akhdar. The rooms were elegant, and the staff was incredibly friendly. In particular, the front desk employee named Mukhtar was very respectful and attentive, making sure I was completely satisfied with the service. As for areas of improvement, I’d suggest diversifying the dinner menu a bit, maybe including more Continental or Italian options rather than mostly Indian dishes. Another minor issue was the shower temperature, which started warm but turned cold after a few minutes. It would be great if guests could control the water temperature themselves so that longer, more relaxing showers are possible. On a very positive note, the breakfast was enriching and truly great—definitely a highlight of my stay. Overall, the spa services and the atmosphere were wonderful, and I had a lovely experience.

We had an event done for one of our clients at Dusit2 JA and the staff just over exceeded our expectations. Specially Ria at the front office, who attended to our request with a smile always, Roshan at the F&B who was always available and made sure we had no complaints, Vivek Rana who was at the F&B and Banquets - totally involved in providing what we needed, Roshni and Lovedeep at the restaurant catering to your food needs always with attentive and friendly care, M Ali and Sovik and last but surely not the least Karthi of housekeeping..:. If only all hotels had such sweet staff, what a wonderful experience it would be for all!!!!

I was really disappointed with my stay at Hotel Do It in Jabbar. The cleanliness was far below expectations — when we checked in, there was sand over the carpet, and the fridge was dirty and clearly not cleaned before our arrival. The service was also very slow. Every time we requested a car pickup, we had to wait far too long. To make things worse, the reception number was always busy, making it very frustrating to get any assistance. Overall, I did not feel comfortable or well taken care of during my stay. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for.
