The resort is right next to the beach so the vibes are always immaculate. The rooms are alright, the breakfast was basic and overall service level is fine. There are water activities to do on the beach and it usually gets crowded because of that. All in all, a nice resort

A truly pleasant experience. Very professional staff and amazing breakfast everyday! Hats off to Patience, the amazing chef at the breakfast buffet every morning. She is very professional and always greeting guests with a big smile to kick off the day. Also not to forget the amazing staff in the Italian restaurant as well..and no need to mention the amazing chef Patience is also in the Italian restaurant in the afternoon making all kinds of special food you could imagine and more.. Not my last visit for sure :)

Great stay overall! Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were friendly, and the dining options were excellent. The casino was lively with plenty of games and entertainment. Pool and spa facilities added a nice touch. Perfect mix of fun and relaxation. ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆

The reception staff all were good especially GIYAN [hope i have the name right], he was quite considerate to upgrade the room for us so we wouldn't have to climb 2 floors along with our infant. I was really disappointed by the way some of the staff at the beachfront restaurant treated us. They told us we couldn’t order food while relaxing by the pool, which is something I’ve never encountered at any hotel around the world. Instead, they expected us to leave the pool area, go to the restaurant, place the order, and eat there — which completely defeats the purpose of a relaxing holiday. I’m here to enjoy my time, not to keep running back and forth just to get a meal. To make things worse, the attitude of the staff member who spoke to us was extremely unprofessional — she acted like we were asking for a loan, not just placing an order. Her tone was rude and dismissive, as if we were children bothering her. It really ruined the vibe. On the other hand, the reception staff and the rest of the team were kind and treated us with respect, which we really appreciated. Regardless of how fancy or simple a hotel is, what truly matters is the quality of service and the attitude of the staff. A guest’s experience can be made or ruined based on how they are treated — and helpful, friendly staff can make all the difference. Unfortunately, it only takes one staff member with a negative attitude to ruin the impression of the entire experience, no matter how kind and professional the others are. That single interaction can really overshadow all the positive moments.
