A very pleasant week spent at this hotel. We came as a family of three with an infant. The childcare facilities are excellent, the entertainment really good (children's entertainment and lounge singers etc.) and we were made to feel incredibly welcome by everyone at the hotel. The only minor issue is that the on-site mini-market is not particularly well stocked and some items are relatively pricey, which is to be expected given location. I'd happily recommend this hotel particularly if you have young children.

Oh dear oh dear oh dear... what has happened here!
So this was the 3rd time we have been here, 1st covid time, 2nd 2023 and then this year we took my granddaughter as well.
Where to start..
Bad stuff. tui staff... didn't see them at all.. where they even there?
Hotel staff.. not sure if they were fed up because it was nearly the end of the season or were VERY understaffed, but they didn't seem to give a s%%t about guess! Fir example it's a 5 star hotel. You get to the restaurant (it's more like a food hall), no one to greet you and show you to a prepared table. Instead you walk around and try to find one that's ready... or sit at unmade table and wait ages for them to clear and set it fir you... then you get your own buffet food.. which this time was almost identical EVERY meal (very disappointing).. to go back to your table and hope they asked you what you wanted to drink as you can't get your own in the restaurants... this can take ages... on one occasion we actually placed an order, had the waiter tell us after 10 mins he haddened forgotten us.... watched he serve another table, go off and get drinks... serve them and then F""k off to another table.... we got up and walked out... after I told him to his face that "yes you did forget us"
Honestly I was so fed up this year.. it was like a different hotel.. food was average but all the same, drinks were very weak. Service was terrible. Don't get me wrong, rooms was lovely, hotel lovely, pools and sea lovely, we even did puddle boarding fir £15 an hour which is cheap... but why oh why has the service gone down hill so much??
I'm sorry but it's 1 star this time and I don't think we will be back again £3000 for a week at the start of October, not again. Tui hold your heads in shame. Feel free to contact me if you wish. Would love to hear your reasons why a great hotel has gone down the pan.

I have mixed feelings about the TUI BLUE Princess resort. When you get there, you're awed by the beauty of the resort. It's truly magnificent. Seems like everything you would want in your stay: multiple pools, beach side access with chairs and umbrellas, all inclusive food and drink. But then you start spending some time there and the disappointment begins.
We had a room with a partial sea view. It was clean and the view as expected. The TV was on the smaller side (smaller than my computer monitor), but that might not bother anybody.
The service was less than stellar. Getting the server's attention to place your drink order was very challenging at times (drinks aren't self service there). At one point I had to ask the on duty manager for a drink (which he provided). I had laundry that needed to be done, and made 2 attempts to have it picked up, and it never was. Additionally there's no drink service at the included beach lounges; you have to walk back to the on premise bar to get your own drinks.
The multiple pools were GREAT. But alas, all of them shut down at 18:00. Meanwhile, sundown isn't until after 21:00 during the summer. Big disappointment there. They should at least keep one pool open until later since there are SO many families there with kids.
Rounding out the bottom of the list was the quality of the food; it was below average. Breakfast was good, but we were very disappointed with the quality of lunch and dinner. Be warned that if you don't speak Greek and are a foreinger you might get charged for some drinks. I sent my daughter to order me a frappe and a Shirley temple for herself. She came back saying that there was a charge for the frappe (even though I had just gotten one the day prior free of charge). I went over to the bar and ordered the frappe in Greek and asked if there was a charge; the bartender said there was no charge for natives, that they charge for foreigners. Just be warned that this might happen. Not at all what one would expect at such a beautiful resort.
All in all, we left disappointed, primarily due to the food and service quality. But maybe management does this intentionally as they find it works for their targeted clientele (which seems to be Germany and Russia nationals).

Superb hotel and excellent facilities. The hotel is definitely aimed at families with young children. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. When checking in, we were given a free room upgrade to a room with a private pool, which was a really nice suprise! The room was exactly like the photos, nice, clean and quiet for our little baby to sleep.
The food selection at the main restaurant was great and had the usual home comforts or local cuisine options.
We had a few issues with our key card/s not turning on the power to the room and the battery in the door lock needed replacing twice during our stay, but the staff resolved it quickly both times!
The beach is also a nice option as well and had a nice road that you could walk up and down the beach! Perfect for helping us get our little baby to sleep.
The two al a carte restaurants offered similar dishes but had enough different options. The food from these restaurants were cooked very well and you can definitely notice the difference from the main restaurant, so worth dressing up for!
The only thing that some people might not like, is that there isn't much to do outside the resort. You would need a taxi or car to go anywhere if you like excursions. The hotel had a kids play area, basketball and tennis court as well as the beach and splash pool. There was plenty for us, but others might want more....
Overall the hotel exceeded our expectations and was the perfect getaway for us. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone with young children wanting a very relaxing time!!!

The hotel is absolutely fantastic.
We were accommodated in a room with private pool and the first thing you will notice is the cleanliness of the whole room and the pool. This room is perfect for a families with children.
The house keeping is very careful and tries not to bother you when it’s time to clean.
There are couple of restaurants where you can go and eat. The food is various and tasty. The juices and alcohols are local and they are not so bad at all, but if you want something else, you can always order and of course, pay for it.
Also a lot of pool bars for drinks and quick snack. The staff there is fast and always positive.
There pools are clean and some of them have water funs for the kids to play.
The beach is a little bit rocky and this should be kept in mind if you are with children. The water is clean and there are always enough sun beds for everyone.
