This is an excellent family suite where you can enjoy quality time together. The children’s pool is a highlight, providing endless fun, and the ice cream is a delightful treat. The kids’ room is perfect for playing or gaming. We were impressed by the food; there was always something delicious for our child. The Thai cuisine across the restaurants was both varied and delectable. The hotel is conveniently located, with a maximum 40-minute drive from the airport. We look forward to returning

Clean and spacious room however AC is not cooling too much and the fridge not cooling but I like the hotel. My children enjoyed a lot.
Staffs were very friendly attentive and helpful at the time when we arrived until the day we checked out.
Nook one of the face painting artist was so friendly and accomodating. She did great in doing face painting for my little girl. Many of the staffs I encountered were great I just forgot the names.
Facilities the beach , the pool is good but needs cleaning especially the kids pool.
Kids club my kids loved it, they had activities and even can leave the children for 3 hours max.
Breakfast buffet was great too. Many options. Even kids section buffet is available.
Would definitely would come back again.

We had a great experience with centara mirage resort. Our stay was very relaxing and fun. My children loved the place. Everything was at its best and much satisfying than our expectations. The staff were very nice and well behaved. Food was also great. We had wonderful breakfasts. The water temperature is controlled so that was the best thing in this weather. I highly recommend it for families.

One of the best places I’ve been. Everything in this hotel is about kids and family. Kids are having a great time and parents can relax for some time. Service is great the team that cleans the rooms are very respectful and responsive. Food was also great this hotel have 5 restaurants that serve delicious food and you never get bored of it. My family had a great time and this hotel is definitely recommended !!!

I have been here 15 days and it was the best hotel I have been in my life. these are the best I noticed in the days I've been there.
The hotel:
It is a hotel that suits families with children, couples and even if you are a single person. if you get sick, you get help at the hotel. the hotel has first aid where you can see a nurse at your hotel.The hotel has so many activities that you will always be fed up with such as Bath, Movies, Gamer for the child, different shows in the evening, spa, Camp safari for the child where they can be 3 hours without parents or all day with parents and also lots of other activities which I cannot just describe here.
Receptionists:
Those who work at the reception have so much experience doing what they do and welcome you in the best way. They will show you everything you want to know about the hotel. If you have any questions about the hotel, it is easy to get the information you want from the staff working at the reception.
There are also staff working in front of the main entrance who help me get taxis and also guidance, they are very kind and experienced staff.
The restaurant:
the staff who work at the restaurant are top notch. They make you happy by getting everything you need and they are very nice. They have so much experience in welcoming you and your family so that your day will be perfect. They are very kind staff who want to help you with everything they can do.
NOTE: the hotel has almost three different restaurants, but the restaurant I used to go to is on the eighth floor and it's called Sheesh Lounge.
Room Service:
the staff who work at room service are very good staff who have so much experience in doing the work they do. when you want to go out then it is easy to get room service quickly and when you came back then your room is already fixed in the best way with good smell. They are kind and also very helpful
The Lifeguard:
The hotel has different pools such as beach, family pool, adult pool and also children's pool. the staff who are lifeguards work near the beach and also the different pool types. Lifeguards help everyone who is there, such as adults and children who bathe. if you have children you will always get help from them and they also keep an eye on that no one would drown in the water. The hotel also has security that makes me feel safe both day and night.
To the end:
Thank you for your warm welcome and I will be back again as soon as possible. I will recommend everyone such as my family, friends and everyone I know to come and visit this hotel one day in their life
