Excellent hotel! It is made for kids! They have so much they can do they should never be bored! The staff are all excellent, including the lifeguards (shout out to Upendra). The staff loved that my boy was trying out some Thai language. Food choice is excellent. Beach and sea were great and we found loads of starfish in the sea. If you have young children, this place is perfect from slides, cliff jump, lazy river to the ninja warrior on water!

This hotel’s heart is its incredible staff!
From the animators and security to the waiters, cleaners, and especially the lifeguards, everyone was fantastic. The lifeguards stood out with their care and energy, not just guarding but entertaining and playing with the kids. Huge thanks to Mr. Abdurahman at the kids’ pool - he was outstanding!
We’re sorry we couldn’t remember all the staff names, but you all truly are gold.
The entire team made us feel very safe and welcomed throughout our stay, and we hope the Hotel Administration recognizes your amazing dedication and attitude.

On our last day at this absolutely amazing beach resort 😍 All pools are excellent especially with the very attentive lifeguards particularly Kingsly who is very polite and always greets us and is great with kids. Always taking time to interact with guests to help them enjoy their holiday. Food is outstanding at all restaurants and plentiful whatever your taste. The staff serving guests are always friendly and can't do enough for you. All the staff are very hardworking and always make sure to clean & tidy everything even though the temperatures can be very high. I would recommend this resort to families of all ages as we are having a great time as always something for the kids to do. We hope to return again someday 🙏 ❤️

I actually wrote a very long comprehensive review for this hotel but the characters exceeded the limit. So I will stick to a summary and will gladly offer the hotel comprehensive feedback should they get in touch.
Overall a good enough hotel. There were some points that really let it down and as a result, we would not return in future.
The food and beverage really let this hotel down especially in our case staying on an all-inclusive basis. There were a lot of paid extras which made no sense and no daily stocked mini bar fridge.
The rooms were not always cleaned and when they were it was very late in the day.
The staff were mostly helpful and very welcoming however this was let down but some silly errors on occasion. Lifeguards were fantastic and made me feel safe for my family of young children.
The pools are good enough and the beach is nice.
Overall It was an ok stay and unfortunately I would not return. I do not feel the price paid was reflected in the quality of my stay. Again I welcome the hotel to reach out and will gladly offer a fully comprehensive review on our stay.

The hotel itself and the territory are cool, the children always have something to do, we come here with the whole family for the second time. A huge minus is the service, drinks and food on the days of the menu can wait forever, the waiters are in no hurry. But we must not forget that good hotels near the sea and with a large territory can be counted on one hand.
