I had a wonderful stay at Copthorne Hotel Dubai! The hotel offers excellent amenities and a great location near Dubai Creek, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, ensuring a relaxing experience. Especially, the service provided by the staff, Mr. Hafis, in particular, went above and beyond to make sure my stay was pleasant. He was attentive, courteous, and always ready to help with a warm smile. His professionalism added a personal touch that made my visit truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai, whether for business or leisure. I’m already looking forward to my next stay.

We felt very comfortable and welcome. The people which are working here are very Kids friendly. Hotel is also very close to the metro. Special thanks to the great service on site especially from Restaurant Service Team Cyril, May, Imran, Jane also Payam from reception and our cleaner Hafiz housekeeping. Buffet for breakfast, lunch and Dinner was every day very good. We really can recommend this hotel.

Had a great stay at Copthorne Dubai. Great location near City Centre Deira and Metro station. Great restaurant choices around the area. Shout out to Ram for taking good care if the room. Ahmed, Dana and the others at the front office were all very helpful. Will stay again!

Fast check in process, the receptionist is very helpful with perfect service, the cleaning staff/room boy "Anas" is also very helpful,friendly and polite. The hotel is clean and comfortable and not noisy. The location is strategic, close to the mosque, supermarket and metro station.

Our stay at the Copthorne Hotel was overall very pleasant. The cleanliness of the rooms, which were spacious and well-maintained, deserves special mention. A big thank you goes to Irfan, who did an outstanding job and ensured that we felt completely comfortable throughout our stay. His service was truly exceptional!
