Our experience at Copthorne was simply amazing. A beautiful hotel, very clean and incredibly kind staff. It made our stay in Dubai a great experience. A special thanks to some staff members: when checking in at the hotel Luxman gave us a warm welcome and informed us very well, he’s very kind and professional and was always ready to help during our stay. Rohit from cleaning was very nice and did a great job as well as his colleague. If we needed something he took care of it. Cyril from the restaurant staff was great, very kind and welcoming and always helpful. Great service from him as well as his colleagues, wonderful staff. Angelica is a great host when you enter the restaurant. She makes you feel welcome and connects with the people. Dipak from security is very dedicated and cares about the guests. He always gives a warm welcome and is ready to help. Pawan from the gym department assisted us very well when we wanted to use the facilities there.

Overall loved our complimentary stay at this hotel thru Emirates. Proximity to the airport is a great plus. Check-in process was fast and easy, the dinner spread was excellent, shuttle service to airport was every 30 minutes, the room was good and clean. The Hotel also has some City tour packages which can be tried out, although we did not. All the Staff were friendly and hospitable.

This hotel has been excellent in relation to the service provided from the housekeeping staff to the waiting staff... 5 star! A very extra special mention to the concierge Dipak, who is always smiling and extremely helpful and he also resolved an issue with a lost handbag in an exemplary and efficient manner. Thank you again Dupak. We will definitely be back again!😀

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Crystal Restaurant, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! The buffet spread was incredible, with a vast array of dishes to suit every palate. From Arabic cuisine to continental options, the choices were diverse and delicious, including some tasty Indian options for breakfast. But what truly made our evening special was the outstanding service provided by the staff, particularly Cyril and Elaine. Cyril's attentiveness and friendliness were impressive, while Elaine's warm smile and efficient service ensured that we had everything we needed. They worked seamlessly together to keep our glasses full and our plates satisfied. The ambiance of the restaurant was also noteworthy, with elegant decor and a warm atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Overall, I highly recommend Crystal Restaurant for its exceptional food, outstanding service, and welcoming ambiance. We can't wait to return! I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience at check-in was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to bring these issues to your attention. 1. **Lack of Welcome Greeting**: Upon arrival, I did not receive any form of welcome from the front desk staff. Instead, I had to initiate the conversation myself, which was quite surprising and unprofessional for a hotel of your standard. 2. **Unprofessional and Unfriendly Service**: The staff at the front desk did not exhibit the level of professionalism or warmth that I would expect from a hospitality establishment. Their attitude was indifferent, and they did not make any effort to make me feel welcomed or valued as a guest. 3. **Lack of Patience in Addressing Questions**: When I asked a few questions regarding the hotel facilities and services, the staff seemed impatient and provided minimal assistance. This lack of willingness to help left me feeling frustrated and unsupported. 4. **Overall Feeling of Unwelcome**: From the moment I arrived, I did not feel welcomed by the hotel. The initial interaction with the front desk staff set a negative tone for my entire stay, which is highly disappointing. I chose your hotel expecting a pleasant and comfortable experience, but the poor service at check-in significantly impacted my first impression.
