MUHSIN was so lovely and kind and the food was so delicious and I love it. One of the best hotels ever! Hope to visit again. Love the crew and the vibe and energy. The morning meal is fresh and the dinner felt like a restaurant I’m highly sensitive and highly love everything here

Oh well, it's not what we expected after reading all the good reviews. * Bed quilt was smelly! * Breakfast was taken away sharp at 10.30am * Breakfast was very limited. Just felt like a crappy Indian hotel breakfast. Restaurant was spacious though. * There's no relaxing interior anywhere in this place. Curtains with heavy designs and sharp colours, old sofas didn't feel great. * AC control didn't work.. it was freezing inside the Room. * Staff asking to write good reviews about the hotel was hilarious.

The hotel was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable atmosphere for our stay. The customer service from the concierge was exceptional; they were always ready to assist with any inquiries. We encountered a minor issue with the air conditioning, but the maintenance staff was attentive and resolved the problem promptly. Additionally, the Filipino staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience.

The exceptional customer service at this hotel impressed me. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They were also able to recommend places to get any meal that we needed. The breakfast is very nice and also gives a feedback to guest service of HSU. I had an amazing time during my stay in this hotel. The facilities like swimming and gym are all included. The room service team was exceptional, especially Hafiz. He was very polite and honest, and made sure to efficiently leave my room extremely clean and immaculate. I am very satisfied with his level of service, easily the best member from the room service team. Would definitely recommend this place to others and will surely come here again.
