I absolutely loved my stay here! From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. I was thrilled to be upgraded to a suite, which made my experience even more special. The location is unbeatable — right across the road from the metro station, Deira City Centre shopping mall, and even a mosque. It’s surrounded by plenty of shops, cafes, and eateries, so there’s always something to explore just steps away. The facilities were excellent, and the staff truly made the stay memorable. A special mention to" YEAB" at the front desk for his outstanding customer care and warm service. In the restaurant, "Ellaine" went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. While I found the food to be average and not very impressive, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. The combination of great service, excellent location, and comfortable facilities left me feeling happy and satisfied. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and amazing staff who genuinely care about their guests. Can’t wait to come back!

We stayed here for 9 days and didn't experience any inconveniences. Hotel location is good. The mall, metro and some restaurants are all walking distance. Look for Anas if you need assistance in your room. He's very accommodating and proactive.

The hotel was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable atmosphere for our stay. The customer service from the concierge was exceptional; they were always ready to assist with any inquiries. We encountered a minor issue with the air conditioning, but the maintenance staff was attentive and resolved the problem promptly. Additionally, the Filipino staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience.

Hotel is close to the mall, many shops and restaurants to choose from. Didn't love the breakfast buffet options but the room service was nice. Overall the staff are friendly and really helpful, special shout out to Rohit. He ensured our room was to our liking and double checked with us if everything was okay and what we wanted. Even though the hotel is in the city and close to the airport, it is actually quiet.

View is really nice and it’s a good place to stay when you are in DUBAI. As I am a picky person, I love their services especially from Hsu. She is kind, Fun loving and good at her job. The rooms are neat and tidy and location is great
