I’ve been coming to the Hilton DoubleTree pool for the fifth time now, and a big part of the reason is the outstanding service from Lydia. She always goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience, making every visit feel special. Her attention to detail, kindness, and professionalism truly stand out. It’s always a pleasure to be welcomed by her friendly smile and excellent service. Looking forward to my next visit – thank you, Lydia!

Presently staying at the hotel. One word Excellent From the hotel, facilities, dining, location and very efficient, polite friendly staff . We were a group of nine and spent four lovely nights at this hotel, and overall, it was a comfortable and memorable experience. The highlights? The pool was fantastic, the beach access was super convenient, and the room view was breathtaking. I also have to mention the fresh juices and the incredible variety of egg options at breakfast—definitely a win! That said, mornings were a little lively with some noise carrying through (probably from instructions). One tiny suggestion would be for the hotel to include a few extra amenities, like cotton buds, to make the stay even better.

And Intan who is handled our table. She is very fast and always anticipating our needs. Thanks definitely great experience!
