We were a group of nine and spent four lovely nights at this hotel, and overall, it was a comfortable and memorable experience. The highlights? The pool was fantastic, the beach access was super convenient, and the room view was breathtaking. I also have to mention the fresh juices and the incredible variety of egg options at breakfast—definitely a win!
That said, mornings were a little lively with some noise carrying through (probably from instructions). One tiny suggestion would be for the hotel to include a few extra amenities, like cotton buds, to make the stay even better.

We enjoyed our stay!!! We spend 9 days (8 nights) during Christmas holidays. The staff was very polite and helpful and the rooms were remarkably clean. If I could make a proposal for improvement this would concern the breakfast. I would prefer a bit more sweet options in the buffet (there was no Nutella or praline for the pancakes). However, the coffee was one of the best I have ever taste! Congratulations!!!

I believe overall time to reach the hotel depends on what time of day you are heading towards the hotel. There are way too many varieties for non vegetarians however you will be limited on vegetarian curry choices and great if you love salad.
Staff is courteous and keeps offering help. A slight improvement over compliance on doing things e.g. when you ask for something and customer makes a choice, please do what it takes to deliver on the promise. It may help the hotel overall in gaining good customer satisfaction.

Everything was perfect. Except that their buffet was almost exactly the same in my 9 day stay. So, get the room only and enjoy nice breakfast, lunch and dinner from awesome places near you

The staff in this Hotel have no RESPECT and do not understand the importance of customer service and happiness. One staff member named abbas was screaming at me and he was showing signs that he was about to hit me. I was in my car while this abbas was talking in a very rude manner with no respect and if i had gotten out of the car i don't know what would've happened. In the end i just drove off but i will be making other complaints. Other staff members were just watching as everything unfolded. This happened on the last day of my stay and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
