Niloofar Moltaji
We were a group of nine and spent four lovely nights at this hotel, and overall, it was a comfortable and memorable experience. The highlights? The pool was fantastic, the beach access was super convenient, and the room view was breathtaking. I also have to mention the fresh juices and the incredible variety of egg options at breakfast—definitely a win!
That said, mornings were a little lively with some noise carrying through (probably from instructions). One tiny suggestion would be for the hotel to include a few extra amenities, like cotton buds, to make the stay even better.

I believe overall time to reach the hotel depends on what time of day you are heading towards the hotel. There are way too many varieties for non vegetarians however you will be limited on vegetarian curry choices and great if you love salad.
Staff is courteous and keeps offering help. A slight improvement over compliance on doing things e.g. when you ask for something and customer makes a choice, please do what it takes to deliver on the promise. It may help the hotel overall in gaining good customer satisfaction.

Room was really good with an amazing view. We booked 3 bedroom apartment and had a really good experience. At breakfast chef was also very helpful we offered us some Indian dishes which was not in the menu. Other staff was also helpful specially Martin, guest service, he helped me a lot to solve the problem I was facing. Overall I would recommend to stay at this hotel, location, food, staff, rooms everything is beyond perfect.

We enjoyed a lunch on Saturday, where the theme was Brunch in the Bloom. The food was amazing and the service was top tier. After lunch we experienced the stunning beach and pool. We were served by Amit, he was very kind, friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Dubai.

When we arrived we got very bad service at the reception but the other people were very helpful and nice. There is a very big pool with allot of lifeguards, and also an kiddie pool for the younger children. There is a disco underneath the building but we didn’t have any sound complaints probably because we were at the 15th floor. The view was okay but the view could have been better if we had an room on the other side of the building.
