This hotel/resort is nothing special. The all inclusive option is a joke. The food is bland, the drinks that come with the all inclusive option are bad, the beds and pillows feel like stones. The best part was the staff around the resort - the room attendant, food service, pool service. And don’t go to the spa. I paid $70 for a 50 minute massage and a nutritional face mask. The card machine wasn’t working, so I didn’t get to go back until 15 minutes into the appointment. Guess who got to pay for that, me. I only got a 35 minute massage and lotion rubbed into my face.

The entertainment team was amazing. all of them are really great people! Putting on shows every night and activities in the days which we did most of, even if it meant we had to do club dance 5 times a day!
Specifically in the entertainment team I’d like to say thank you to Soli! He was an absolute highlight of the trip! From day 1 he was more like a friend than a worker and that was great for us to make sure we got involved in everything we wanted to do. Even outside of work/ the hotel taking us to a club in the night, looking after us whilst we were there and booking us a taxi back when we were ready to go to make sure we got to the hotel safe.
Gluten free options were very good. The food on a whole was good, pretty consistent offering through the whole week. Slight variations each day. but a great surprise was that 80% of the buffet was gluten free I’m not sure if they use a different grain in Egypt or if they’re just that committed to allergens but it seemed like everything they made in the hotel was gluten free besides bread and pasta.
Our housekeeper was amazing he would bring us as many fresh bottles of water we asked for which is great if you want to explore the surroundings but don’t trust tap water outside the hotel.
All in all an amazing trip with some awesome staff.
Thank you!

This hotel didn’t match other Hilton’s expectations. Arriving late and since we are Diamond members we got the Diamond suite. Woke up in the morning with a pile of water in the middle of the suite’s living room apparently from the A/C. Called them at night and they said will send someone to check it out and took long for them to actually come, promising will fix in the morning. They turned it off and it was 78 degrees in the room!
We got it fixed next day😐
Suite has minimum essential.
I asked for a disposal slippers to use to the beech and received next day!! Housekeeping 👎🏻 they even didn’t change the melted soap bar in the bathroom or placed a new one just incase!
Front desk staff has no idea about any water activities in the city or the hotel nor they know where to direct you!!
Kept going places and asking around.
And when complaining about not being able to find the activity center , I had to stop almost five minutes in front of the reception desk with two staff members talking not one of them bothered to talk to me or acknowledging that a guest is standing in front of them.
Very disrespectful, and again when addressing this and asking about the activities they are not being able to help!!
But staff at breakfast bar were extremely nice and helpful.
Again not expected services from a Hilton.

The suite has old furniture, and most of the time, no hot water and the safe were not working, I had to request someone to cone and fix it and it took them almost a half an hour to figure out why it's not working.
Additionally, there was a LOT of mosquitoes inside once we checked in.
There were not a lot of animation programs during the day and one show at night.
The buffet has the same food every day. And I didn't like the fact there were a lot of people picking up the food with their hands instead of using the tongs. Makes me don't want even to try most of the food.
Finally, for the all-inclusive price, it was way expensive for the quality and the same food every day.
Unfortunately, it was too late when I found out about SUNRISE THE NEXT DOOR RESORT is a much nicer resort and was cheaper.
The staff was very friendly, but the resort needs a lot of work for the price they're charging per night.

We came last night with family of 5 people. We had a great time with animation team! Very fun and lots of activities. The pool area is busy with people and activities and music. The staff is very friendly, room very big and clean. Everyone goes the extra mile. Special thanks to memo from animation team who made our stay very pleasant!
