Very beautiful hotel. Have a green territory, and beautiful pools with clean water. Staff friendly and helpful. Food in restaurants delicious and have big ability to choose what you like. Animation staff are funny and we spend nice time with them playing.
Entertainment are good just need more staff

I was very fortunate to stay at this amazing hotel in Sharm El Sheikh recently. Despite my experiences at many hotels in the area over the years, I can confidently say that this stay was one of my best. The service here was exceptional from the moment I arrived.
The welcome was incredibly warm, and the reception team was quick and efficient in offering assistance. I felt at home from the moment I stepped in, as the staff was always smiling and friendly.
The food was wonderfully varied, with fresh options served daily, including meats, fish, and chicken, along with an extensive selection of salads and desserts that were always delicious and refreshing. The presentation of the food was also beautiful, and I always felt well cared for at every meal.
The room was exceptionally clean, and the housekeeping team was always attentive, making sure everything was in perfect condition. I really appreciated their attention to detail in room cleaning and providing all the amenities I needed.
I also enjoyed my time by the pool, which was very clean, and the animation team brought a fun and lively atmosphere. The nearby beach was another highlight, easily accessible via the free hotel bus that runs every hour, and the beach was clean and peaceful.
In the end, I can confidently say that this hotel sets high standards in everything—from service to cleanliness—and makes guests feel completely comfortable. I will cherish the memories of this wonderful stay and would be happy to return in the future.

What a lovely hotel. We had a short break here and had the best time. Hotel is very clean and staff very helpful. Entertaining were brilliant. On Friday night they set up entertainment on the lawn at the front of the hotel which was very good. Rooms all very clean and staff constantly cleaning. A large offering of food and drinks was also available. You will have a great time at this hotel.

Booked this hotel last minute. All staff are very friendly, our room was on the pool level, adequate facilities in the room, bed was comfy, house keeping was a lovely guy. Bar staff in both bar great guys. No complaints with the food thanks chef's, great taxi service to soho square, the lights was amazing. Would we return yes.
