I was very fortunate to stay at this amazing hotel in Sharm El Sheikh recently. Despite my experiences at many hotels in the area over the years, I can confidently say that this stay was one of my best. The service here was exceptional from the moment I arrived.
The welcome was incredibly warm, and the reception team was quick and efficient in offering assistance. I felt at home from the moment I stepped in, as the staff was always smiling and friendly.
The food was wonderfully varied, with fresh options served daily, including meats, fish, and chicken, along with an extensive selection of salads and desserts that were always delicious and refreshing. The presentation of the food was also beautiful, and I always felt well cared for at every meal.
The room was exceptionally clean, and the housekeeping team was always attentive, making sure everything was in perfect condition. I really appreciated their attention to detail in room cleaning and providing all the amenities I needed.
I also enjoyed my time by the pool, which was very clean, and the animation team brought a fun and lively atmosphere. The nearby beach was another highlight, easily accessible via the free hotel bus that runs every hour, and the beach was clean and peaceful.
In the end, I can confidently say that this hotel sets high standards in everything—from service to cleanliness—and makes guests feel completely comfortable. I will cherish the memories of this wonderful stay and would be happy to return in the future.

What a lovely hotel. We had a short break here and had the best time. Hotel is very clean and staff very helpful. Entertaining were brilliant. On Friday night they set up entertainment on the lawn at the front of the hotel which was very good. Rooms all very clean and staff constantly cleaning. A large offering of food and drinks was also available. You will have a great time at this hotel.

A great hotel, with wonderful cheerful and dedicated staff, full of positive energy. They fulfilled our every wish and went out of their way to meet us. I can freely say that they are unsurpassed. I'll be back again, that's for sure. All praises for everything, from the restaurant, the choice of food, the comfort and spaciousness of the room, to the cleanliness. And special praise to the guys from Animation, they are very talented. 😊

Location does not have irs own beech, however, they do a free shuttle service to their partner hotel which has a lovely beech. It's a quick trip too. Taxis are very cheap, various places are not far for a trip out of the complex. Eg Old Egypt Sharm , Soho etc.
Fantastic hotel service. Great food. All inclusive. Lovely friendly staff. Very clean rooms with daily cleaning.
Would recommend.

Fantastic value hotel, all staff are really helpful and will do anything to make your stay a good one. The animation team work hard during the day around the pool and in the evening to keep everyone entertained (the White party around the pool was a highlight) and they give the hotel a really fun vibe. The food was good with plenty of variety in the main restaurant (my family are all veggie). The beach is a 10 minute bus ride which was a little inconvenient but we knew this before we booked.
