A great hotel, with wonderful cheerful and dedicated staff, full of positive energy. They fulfilled our every wish and went out of their way to meet us. I can freely say that they are unsurpassed. I'll be back again, that's for sure. All praises for everything, from the restaurant, the choice of food, the comfort and spaciousness of the room, to the cleanliness. And special praise to the guys from Animation, they are very talented. 😊

Fantastic value hotel, all staff are really helpful and will do anything to make your stay a good one. The animation team work hard during the day around the pool and in the evening to keep everyone entertained (the White party around the pool was a highlight) and they give the hotel a really fun vibe. The food was good with plenty of variety in the main restaurant (my family are all veggie). The beach is a 10 minute bus ride which was a little inconvenient but we knew this before we booked.

Came late September, had a great week here. All staff very friendly and always happy to help, Rooms are cleaned daily, pool towels provided. Entertainment team always engaging in am activity around the hotel. Drinks selection very good. Would return!

We stayed for a week as a couple, food was tasty and a lot of variety. Entertainment was lacking in terms of variety, in terms of the actual personnel doing the entertainment that was offered they were very good and got people to join in but activities were quite limited in my opinion. Drinks had quite a large variety. Pool was clean as was jacuzzi and was great. Sunbeds were always available. Rooms were spacious and well layed out, comfy bed - shame the shower would always leak everywhere as there wasn’t actually a door for it just a screen but the design meant the water would go everywhere unless you showered in a corner, AC was also good at cooling but difficult to get in the “just right” area even on Auto mode - usually it was either too cold or a bit too warm. All the staff were super helpful, polite and welcoming. There was a shuttle service to the beach which again was great to use.

Welcomed to the hotel by very kind staff, drinks and snacks were provided as we arrived around 9.30pm. Hotel overall very clean and tidy. Entertainment team are very good at getting everyone involved and making them feel welcome at the hotel. Would definitely come back.
