We arrived with not the greatest of expectations for the price we paid but I have to say we were pleasantly surprised! Yes the hotel is small and yes the rooms are basic but the atmosphere the staff are brilliant! The restaurant is small but with a pasta station and meet or fish being carved served you can’t really go wrong! Fresh salad and veg fresh bread and deserts. Drinks on tap round the pool and food happily being delivered to your sunbed from the pool bar. Tip the staff here and there and you’ll be looked after. Staff can’t do more for you! If you’re after a doing a few trips speak to Amore he is brilliant!! We have had the most wonderful experience and I’m not ready to go home!! 😫 if you have time go to White Island and into the desert for quad biking, camel riding and star gazing 👌👌

Myself and my partner spent 7 days a Jaz Neo Sharks Bay. The hotel was clean and the grounds were well kept. The room had everything you needed and the bed was comfortable. The service staff were very helpful hard working. Our housekeeper 'Mustafa' left our room refreshed, clean and tidy everyday and the animal art was a lovely touch. There was a good variety of food everyday which was fresh and flavoursome. The pool was really nice and the daily water polo games were a definite highlight of entertainment. The evening entertainment was good and the animation team made it a lot of fun. 'Brooke' especially strived to find out what the guests want to make the entertainment better and got a lot of people to join in and have fun. We found the hotel to be quiet even when full which made it so nice to make friends with other guests. We did a couple of TUI excursions which were good. The ultimate desert experience was amazing and we would highly recommend it. The transfers provided by the hotel were always on time and reliable. The beach hotel that the shuttle bus takes you to was also very nice. The beach was brilliant for snorkeling, we saw an abundance of different fish, it was great. All in all we had an amazing time and would definitely return to Jaz Neo Sharks Bay.

This is a true value for money hotel. Staff are superb and can't fo enough. Simple set up and good food. Great pool space. All rooms have a pool view. Snack bar is excellent. Short taxi drive from soho square which is a must. Short journey from airport

I recently stayed at the hotel, and honestly, it felt like a dream. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with warm smiles and refreshing drinks. My room had a breathtaking sea view, and I could hear the waves at night — it was pure peace. I’ve never slept so well in my life.

This is our 2nd time in jaz neo sharks bay came in june as well ,, we brought another couple this time , hotel staff are amazing always willing to help , hotel is clean and tidy,, except for upper floor toilets near the bar good do with more cleaning. The animation team are really good getting everyone involved, Brooke wasnt here in june. But on meeting her she is a pleasure friendly and down to earth. entertainment on a night could be improved a little but other then that we cant fault the hotel and staff. The trips from the hotel are fantastic highly recommend our guide was brilliant on our trip to the gates of God's and snorkeling.
