You may enjoy your All-Inclusive privileges starting from the arrival day until the departure day. The official Check-In time is 14:00 and the official Check-out time is 12:00. The bracelet has to be worn the whole stay and to be shown if requested. All the à la carte restaurants are available upon prior reservation. Alcoholic drinks are served from 18+ and All Inclusive privileges are from 10:00 – 00:00 (alcoholic drinks are not served/sold from 06:00 till 10:00). Please do not Pay Cash in our Food & Beverage Outlets, but upon Check-out at the Reception. Dinner at à la carte / themed restaurants upon prior reservation and as per availability – 1 reservation per stay (A la carte restaurants work according to the schedule of one à la carte per day).

We had an amazing stay from start to finish. Not a large hotel, but one of the cleanest, friendliest and accommodating Egyptian hotels I've personally stayed in. From Shebl in Concierge, to Sedek in housekeeping, to Alaa in the pool bar, as well as Mohamed & Moustafa in the outside restaurant area - simply 5 stars ⭐️. Both Sandra & I (Amanda) will definitely see you all this time next year. Incredible - refreshed, relaxed and rested 100% thanks to the wonderful staff. PS: get Vinnie some dance lessons or at least, a bit more enthusiasm in the animation team please!

Hotel spotless. Food was delicious and the waiters were attentive and friendly. Sun Ray bar had impeccable service even when busy. Mostly had super mocktails which were made exactly to my liking by Ibrahim. Bar Manager Ahmed always greeted me and made sure I was never left wanting for anything. As a solo traveller having friendly conversations with the staff made the holiday even more enjoyable.

I enjoyed my stay here. Wonderful staff. Aqua aerobics every morning were superb. The spa treatment was first class and the ladies there were lovely. Would definitely stay again. Great value.

I loved the hotel and the service is the best! I have been to 5 star hotels in Sharm but this one is better ♥️ we loved our front desk manager Ahmed !!! He gave us the best room and solved a lot of our problems 😻 and animation team is so lovely and friendly - made our vocation super relaxed! Shady is the best! Thank you Sunrise 🌅 !!! This was a lovely hotel with entertainment day & night for kids & adults. The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for you. The food was delicious and could not fault the food. There are lots of different verity to choose from. The only downside to this holiday is that the rooms are very dated. But rooms were clean and tidy.
