This was a lovely hotel with entertainment day & night for kids & adults. The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for you. The food was delicious and could not fault the food. There are lots of different verity to choose from. The only downside to this holiday is that the rooms are very dated. But rooms were clean and tidy.

We were at the hotel over Christmas holidays. The territory is not very big, but well maintained. The rooms are good for 2 people, but are a bit small if you are 3. The food is good, but if you stay in a hotel for more than 1 week it becomes a bit repetitive. The hotel has big well heated swimming pool. Rooms only have air conditioning, but no heating, so it is not very warm in there during winter. The beach is at a sister hotel, but it is 10 min max to walk and there is a frequent bus going to the beach. There is no other place to swim, but on the reef. However, the reef is very beautiful, there are ropes surrounding the swimming area and there is no current. Jetty is new and steady, there are several stairs going in the sea. The beach is not very windy and the sun is on the beach until the sunset. There is a bar on the beach, where it is possible to get drinks.

I enjoyed my stay here. Wonderful staff. Aqua aerobics every morning were superb. The spa treatment was first class and the ladies there were lovely. Would definitely stay again. Great value.

This is probably the best hotel I have ever been to. The staff are all very helpful. Sheml in the reception is always friendly and checks on everyone, Amr from housekeeping is very nice, Mostafa in the restaurant always makes sure you have everything you need, Haitham in the pool area always made sure I had a cocktail in my hand. There is a lot of CCTV cameras in the hotel so I always felt safe as a solo woman Whenever you take a taxi/leave with someone, they get the name and number plate of the person who you left with. The beach is within walking distance, but there is a free shuttle that can take you there within a few minutes. The Egyptian restaurant is really good, and they bring you a lot of different dishes to try. There is entertainment every day in the evenings and sometimes in the afternoon as well. It felt more like a homely environment than a hotel. I will definitely be coming back here in the future and recommending it to anyone who visits Sharm El Sheikh.

The bracelet has to be worn the whole stay and to be shown if requested. All the à la carte restaurants are available upon prior reservation. Alcoholic drinks are served from 18+ and All Inclusive privileges are from 10:00 – 00:00 (alcoholic drinks are not served/sold from 06:00 till 10:00). Please do not Pay Cash in our Food & Beverage Outlets, but upon Check-out at the Reception. Dinner at à la carte / themed restaurants upon prior reservation and as per availability – 1 reservation per stay (A la carte restaurants work according to the schedule of one à la carte per day).
