You may enjoy your All-Inclusive privileges starting from the arrival day until the departure day. The official Check-In time is 14:00 and the official Check-out time is 12:00. The bracelet has to be worn the whole stay and to be shown if requested. All the à la carte restaurants are available upon prior reservation. Alcoholic drinks are served from 18+ and All Inclusive privileges are from 10:00 – 00:00 (alcoholic drinks are not served/sold from 06:00 till 10:00). Please do not Pay Cash in our Food & Beverage Outlets, but upon Check-out at the Reception. Dinner at à la carte / themed restaurants upon prior reservation and as per availability – 1 reservation per stay (A la carte restaurants work according to the schedule of one à la carte per day).

A Fantastic Stay at Sunrise Remal Resort! From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome at reception set the tone for a wonderful holiday. We were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink, and everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and friendly. The service throughout the resortwas consistently excellent – every member of staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy. A special mention goes to **Ahmed**, the brilliant **bar manager**, who made every drink with care and a smile. With **all alcohol included**, we enjoyed great **beer, wine and cocktails** throughout our stay – all top quality and served with genuine hospitality. Breakfast with **Mahmoud** was always a pleasure – he made sure everyone started their day right with a great mix of dishes and friendly conversation. **Saeid** looked after us beautifully at **lunch**, always remembering our preferences and checking in to see if we needed anything. The **Egyptian restaurant** deserves particular praise – the food was absolutely delicious, full of local flavour and beautifully presented. We loved that there were **a la carte options**, giving the evenings a real sense of occasion. Guests also have **access to the beach resort via shuttle**, which is an added bonus. The water there is incredible – **sticking your head under the sea feels like stepping into Finding Nemo**, with colourful fish and crystal-clear reefs right at your feet. All in all, **Sunrise Remal Resort** delivers a brilliant blend of relaxation, great food, and wonderful service. We left already planning our return!

We were greeted wonderfully at the hotel. The trip to the carnival was well organized, and we really enjoyed the carnival itself. The entertainment was fantastic, with different evening shows every day. Vika, the entertainer, is fantastic; she runs a very engaging program for the children. The food in the dining room was delicious and varied! The hotel grounds are clean and well-maintained. We'll definitely be back.

Really good value for a cheap holiday, had a lovely time . Lots of lovely staff who were friendly and helpful. Out side areas really clean and an enjoyable space to relax. Loved the pool bar. The lobby area benefitted from lots of seating areas and the sunray bar for beverages. Food ok, plenty of it. A la carte restaurants for evening . Elia restaurant for afternoon snacks/lunch . Booked again for dec 25 and mar 26

My overall experience at Sunrise Remal Hotel wasn’t excellent, but I would say it was good. There were some noticeable issues with organization and cleanliness in general. On the positive side, the staff members were very friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Yasser at the concierge, Bassem at the bar, and Mohamed in charge of the towels — they truly did their best. However, I had several unpleasant situations with the management. Unfortunately, none of my concerns were properly addressed, which left me quite disappointed. Overall, I would rate my stay 3 out of 5. Honestly, I’d think twice before recommending this hotel to anyone, especially when compared to Albatros Hotels, which impress us every single time.

Here now and having an amazing time , Alaa in the pool bar is just the best 😊 but all bar staff go out of their way to please you. Ahmed the bar manager makes sure everything is good and we are wanting for nothing . Perfect weather , food , drinks amazing. Haitham the towel guy is brilliant at towel art , little flowers finishing the display 🌺
