Lovely hotel good quality food and drink, you feel like you are part of a family. It's not a big hotel but not too small either. Staff are wonderful always smiling and ready to help. Not right on the beach but a shuttle bus goes to the two different beaches throughout the day. Takes about 10 minutes. Our 3rd year coming here and booked again for next year.

This has been our third visit to this hotel and we honestly cannot fault it. the biggest asset is the staff all of whom are the most friendly and welcoming whether it be a cleaner, a groundsman or the general manager, nothing is too much trouble, the bar and restaurant staff are honestly superb, many have become our friends, they all honestly want you to have the best holiday. The hotel is quite small which means you get to know everyone too and it is always lovely to meet people we have met before which also gives it that homely feel. The rooms are spacious and very clean and comfortable. The restaurant is welcoming too, again, the chefs are always asking if there is anything you want, people have posted negative comments about the food but for me and my husband we have never ever had an issue, there is always plenty of choice and in our opinion there is always something to eat even for the most fussy. There are two pools, one quiet and one animation pool, both have a bar, there is then the reception bar with comfortable seating. There is a separate 'theatre' which is basically a large marquee where the evening entertainment takes place, the entertainment can be a little lacking and is very repetitive if you are there for more than two weeks. There are daily shuttles to both a sandy beach and coral beach, more suitable for snorkelling. There are also shuttles in the evening to Old Town and to Naama Bay. There are opportunities for trips and excursions through reps who come round during the day. There is a small gym and spa where you can get all the usual treatments including the most amazing massage. We can also highly recommend George and Mina tattoos who have a studio in Naama Bay but also have a base in the hotel for smaller tattoos. The only negative comment, again in our personal opinion, there has been a change in the animation team this year and we much preferred the old team, we find the new team would be more suited to a younger focused audience, we found the music particularly in the afternoon to be far too loud and one guy on the mic just shouts all the time. It will not put us off and we have already booked for next year.

I've given our stay 5 stars overall because of the following. Service- the staff are all lovely, especially the pool bar staff, and restaurant staff. Our room- was dated but very clean and super comfy beds, always made up and dressed every day with clean towels and lots of bottled water. The hotel in general- was excellent value for money. The food- is the only area that I wished for more variety. But there was plenty on offer every meal time. Overall we loved our stay here, my friend is already planning on returning soon.

Wow what a pleasure it was staying here staff absolutely fantastic can't do enough for you and very friendly. Rooms cleaned every day with little lovely swans or crocodile made by cleaners for a lovely touch. Food is good have a great selection for all. Entertainment for kids is fantastic plus team are brilliant too I had the best 12 days staying here nothing to much trouble for any of staff

It's terrible don't go. Not much food choice compared to other hotels in sharm. Sheets on bed all bobbly and old. Not really all inclusive unless its soft drinks. Lager on beach is 0.03% Alcohol tastes like petrol. 20 min from beach or any town. There are much nicer places on the beach. Only good thing is staff are pleasant pool is clean and you get to come home eventually.
