Wow what a pleasure it was staying here staff absolutely fantastic can't do enough for you and very friendly. Rooms cleaned every day with little lovely swans or crocodile made by cleaners for a lovely touch. Food is good have a great selection for all. Entertainment for kids is fantastic plus team are brilliant too I had the best 12 days staying here nothing to much trouble for any of staff

Had a fantastic time whilst staying over Christmas. The staff go above and beyond and can not fault any of them from the bar and kitchen staff to the groundsman and cleaning staff. The decor and facilities are a bit tired but very much value for money. Food was ok you can always find something to eat at meal times but not sure I could do two weeks without dining out. Buses to the beach are regular and easy to book, coral beach better for snorkeling and sandy beach a bit bigger but just as relaxing. Would recommend staying here 100%

I've given our stay 5 stars overall because of the following. Service- the staff are all lovely, especially the pool bar staff, and restaurant staff. Our room- was dated but very clean and super comfy beds, always made up and dressed every day with clean towels and lots of bottled water. The hotel in general- was excellent value for money. The food- is the only area that I wished for more variety. But there was plenty on offer every meal time. Overall we loved our stay here, my friend is already planning on returning soon.

Stayed here for a week with my family and we absolutely loved it. The location is good lots to do in the area. Food has a nice variety different each night. We enjoyed the entertainment shows with the animation team they did a great job we loved their activities big shout out to them. The beach was nice included with shuttle bus would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and would definitely return.

Great stay during the Christmas holidays. The staff is absolutely amazing and very hard working, starting from the room cleaner to the chefs, waiters, pool people, gardeners, reception and spa workers. Special mention to Mahmoud from Vitality Spa and Abd Elaziz from the restaurant. The rooms need upgrading as there is a funny smell inside coming from the pipes and some mould, so would rather rate the rooms as a 3 star and not 4. But everything else is exceptional. I got pain in my shoulder when I arrived and thanks to Mahmoud and his team, after some massage sessions, I was perfectly fine so definitely you must try the spa services too. Hopefully will come back in the near future.
