We have just come back from our 3rd visit to Sea Beach and already looking at booking to go back. The location is amazing with a long jetty to get you right over the coral for amazing snorkelling scenery. The hotel is spot on with the site staff doing everything they can to make your stay as perfect as possible. The high energy animation team make you feel part of everything and will do their best to get you to relax, join in and feel part of an inclusive resort where all are welcome! The bar staff maybe busy but treat them politely and they will look after you even coming to your table to provide drinks. Any issues and go straight to the reception team who will resolve your issue if they can. Any excursions book across the road from the resort with NABQ Tours and Excursions.

The location of the hotel was great, The entertainment staff were great and the grill restaurant was. However, I sat on a step outside my room which was to a cupboard door I fell backwards into the door but managed to save myself when I got up and looked there was a 40 foot drop to the floor the cupboard was one of many on the landing which was open and it’s only a matter of time before Someone fall and you seriously injured or killed. I wanted to return the year after with my grandson, but due to this reason I will not those doors should be padlocked. I did tell staff but nothing was done. It’s a shame because it was a good hotel, but that put me off I would not recommend people with children stay

We had a great stay at this hotel. Staff are so helpful and constantly working so hard to make sure that your stay is very special. Manoly on the entertainment team was wonderful and put it in extra effort to look after our two year old each evening at mini disco and made sure she had a great time! The guy on the bar at the beach, whose name we missed is amazing, serving everyone non stop with a smile and so quickly! Lots of others, including the cleaner who made all sorts of towel animals and people, involving her toys to entertain our daughter all week. The board walk is just incredible and snorkelling off the end is one of the best things I've ever seen and worth booking for this alone. Countless fish, blue spotted rays, eagle rays, lionfish, octopus, various eels including snake eels, puffer fish etc. just amazing. Hundreds of spiny star fish in the shallows in every crack and crevice. Plenty to see in the shallower water too such as the beautiful picasso fish! The chefs work tirelessly all round the clock to feed everyone and the grill option each night is always great. The manager greeted us with a friendly smile at every meal and asks how you are so you certainly feel they all care how your stay is going. You can swap your towels all day long, drink all day long and pretty much eat all day too. Huge selection. Our only suggestions would be to turn the music down a bit. We grew to like the songs but the volume is insane and probably bordering on dangerous, especially for the kids. We also felt like it was unnecessary to have that volume blasting on the beach each day. Although they do always shut it off by 11pm and if your doors are closed you cannot hear it from your room but honestly we found just accepting it and joining in was best. There's a different show each night and it's always fun if you lean into it. Fire show was really good! Our daughter is young and very shy so found some of the constant attention from male staff scary/ uncomfortable. Most understood completely and simply waved and walked away but one or two didn't get the message and would pester her which was quite upsetting. I must reiterate though that this was by far the minority as there are so many wonderful, friendly and helpful staff here and if your kids are more confident than ours then they will leave feeling very special. In all we had an amazing time and will definitely miss this place, highly recommend, especially for families!

The food is really good especially ice cream, pizza, chips. The pool is the right temperature, the water park is great for the kids. The staff are great especially Manoly and Mano. The staff are amazing. The entertainment is absolutely brilliant for the kids. The drinks are great. Overall my stay here was great. The only off thing about it was the wifi. Its not very good.I would highly recommend this hotel to other people.

Restaurant A La Card Grill is amazing, I want to say thank you so much for this dinner for all staff, the guys are very fast, kind and friendly. The food is very tasty, service on the high level. And hotel is great really, very cool vacation!
