So after a bit of a rough first night this hotel has been alright! I booked the holiday from on the beach for the bargain price of £2500 a week before flight we were under the impression we get what we are given and make of it what we can! When we arrived at the hotel we were given a one room apartment with 3 single beds for 4 of us. Roughed it through the first night then went to reception in the morning and they upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite for £20 a night :) The pools here are clean, life guards play attention and make everyone feel safe. The aqua park is great fun and an absolute delight for our two boys 11 & 9. All facilities are clean and working. There is obviously a fairly big building project happening around the hotel grounds but this doesn’t affect on the holiday at all. My biggest downfall and from looking at all other reviews it’s a common thing is the food. It’s so hit or miss I don’t understand. Some evenings I have so many choices of good quality fresh food to suit my tastes. Other nights it’s a struggle to find something sensible to eat. Staff are fantastic and can’t do enough for you which kind of makes the food bearable. Overall. This hotel has more than met the expectations of the cost spent on the holiday.

I recently stayed at Sea Beach Aqua Park Resort and, unfortunately, my experience was a mixed one. The property certainly has potential, but there were too many negatives that stood out during my time there. Pros: Aqua Park Staff: The staff at the aqua park are fantastic! They’re friendly, helpful, and always ensuring that guests have a great time. Their positive energy is one of the standout features of the resort. Aqua Park Slides: The slides at the aqua park are a lot of fun and definitely one of the highlights of the resort. Whether you're into thrilling rides or just want to relax, there’s something for everyone here. Shared Facilities: The shared facilities, including the pool area and the beach, are well-maintained and easy to access. It’s great to have options for both relaxation and activities. Fitness Center by the Pool: The fitness center is conveniently located next to the pool, which makes it easy to get in a workout while still being able to enjoy the resort atmosphere. It’s a great addition for those who like to stay active during their vacation. Cons: Guest Relations – Valeria: The guest relations representative, Valeria, was quite disappointing. Not only did she come across as unfriendly, but it also felt like guests were a burden to her. Her attitude made us feel like we were inconveniencing her by asking simple questions, which is a real letdown when you're trying to enjoy your stay. Animation Team: The animation team is one of the weakest points of the resort. They lack structure and creativity, often relying on loud music and just asking guests to clap along rather than engaging in any meaningful activities. I expected more entertainment options and a better overall vibe. Bar Staff: The bar staff, unfortunately, can be rude. On several occasions, it felt like we had to be a bit sharp with them to get their attention or have our orders taken seriously. It’s always a bit disappointing when the staff at the heart of the resort experience don’t seem to appreciate their guests. Outdated Rooms: The rooms are a major letdown. They feel outdated and poorly maintained. There was visible wear and tear in several places, and the overall cleanliness left something to be desired. This was especially frustrating given the price point of the resort. Reception Staff: Similar to other staff members, the reception staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming. They didn’t provide the warm hospitality that one would expect at a resort of this level. Conclusion: While Sea Beach Aqua Park Resort offers some fun features like the excellent aqua park and good shared facilities, the overall experience is marred by unprofessional staff attitudes, outdated rooms, and a lack of engaging activities. With a little more attention to guest service and property maintenance, it could easily be a much better place to stay, but unfortunately, the negative aspects outweigh the positives during this visit. I won’t be returning in the future.

Had a lovely week here. The staff are all helpful and friendly, can't do enough for you. Food was plentiful, as was drink. Didn't go to the entertainment but it sounded lively. Trips are well worth the money. Submarine boat, VIP boat for snorkeling and White Island, and the afternoon/night to the museum, markets and restaurant were great, although the old market was not what we expected and disappointed us. No children with us so we didn't use the water park, but the pool and sea were fine. Take plenty of mosquito repellent, bracelets, plug ins, cream, spray and a watch didn't stop them.

“I’m currently staying at the Sea Beach Aqua Park Resort, and I have to say, this has been one of the best vacation experiences of my life! The atmosphere here is absolutely fantastic, and every moment feels like a celebration. Unfortunately, I have to leave tomorrow, but I genuinely don’t want to go—I wish I could stay longer! First of all, the staff here are exceptional. From the receptionists to the cleaners, everyone is incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help. A special shoutout to the animators—they are simply the best! Their energy, creativity, and ability to engage with guests make every activity so much fun. Whether it’s games, shows, or poolside entertainment, they go above and beyond to ensure everyone has a great time. The chefs here deserve a standing ovation. The food is absolutely delicious, with so much variety that there’s something for everyone. You can taste the effort and care they put into every dish—it’s clear they’re passionate about what they do. Dining here has been a highlight of my stay, and I’ll definitely miss the incredible meals. The resort itself is beautiful. The territory is spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with lush greenery and inviting spaces to relax. The beach is stunning, and the aqua park adds an extra level of fun for both kids and adults. It’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a carefree vacation. Overall, I’m beyond impressed with Sea Beach Aqua Park Resort. It’s a place where you feel truly welcomed and cared for, and I’ll carry these wonderful memories with me for a long time. If you’re considering visiting, don’t hesitate—it’s an experience you won’t regret. I can’t wait to come back someday!”

Very beautiful resort! The service is great, food is delicious, the animation team kept us entertained all the time! They have great activities during the day and wonderful evening shows! Yesterday they had a white party and we really enjoyed it! They also have lots of pools and aqua park! Great hotel! Definitely recommend!
