In general it is good hotel, not the cheapest in Sharm but for 680£ for 2 people for 12 nights it was worth it. We choose it because it had heated pool, we went in February with temperatures 19 to 22 degrees. Weather was ok if there was no wind. 19 degrees In this climate can actually be very hot and burn you if you dont use suncream but and BUT, wind is big factor!!!! Swimming pool wasnt as warm as I thought it will be, this was big disappointment. Only maybe 4 days it was actually warm. Luckily the sea was mostly warm, 23 degrees most of the time , all around Sharm area, we snoorkelled in many places from Ras Mohhamad park to north of Sharm. Coral Reef at hotel is really good, 👌 you can even spot giant Napoleon fisches. Reef is already damaged but not too bad and nothing to compare to Hurghada. Food was ok. There was a lot to choose from and everything was presented nicely however quality should be better. Hotel guests are 98% Russians, Ukrainians, Uzbekistan or Kazakhstan, quality was not bad but not fully to western standards and such a good hotel could do better. Rooms are ok, nothing bad, nothing exciting, cleaning was very good, every day and good job. Food in pool bar and beach bar was poor, ALWAYS same, poor quality pizza at pool bar and chips and shawarma in roll in beach bar, bloody boring! Worst was that there was literally nowhere to seat in beach bar, no stools, chairs or anything to sit. You must take.your drinks and food to your sunlounger and in most cases you won't have any table for it. I was in 2 star hotels with much better organization, I think they don't want people to come to the bar and did it on purpose! Beach is nice, typical for Sharm , on terraces without actually sandy beach but thats normal. There is pontoon bridge if you want.to.go swimming and snoorkeling and for this pontoon I should ut one more star in that review , horrible experience but we knew before how bad it is and coral Reef made for it ! Entertainment - there is some however focused on russian guests and we didn't participated. There is nothing special day time, bare minimum and not much at evening, we didnt see even belly dancing. Entertainers tried to organize some games like Mr. Miss hotel etc... very boring place and horrible music. Staff is nice all over place especially in restaurant, great guys, we had so much fun with them. There is golf cart going to the beach, it is steepy !! It is good and run non stop but take only 5 people so when is lunch time there are queues but even if i am seriously overweight, walking wasnt that bad. SOHO Square is 15min walking and fro. 20.00 another golf cart goes there , non stop, it is so easy, can go every evening as hotel is dead after dinner ( even if it was fully booked by Russia s in February) There are shops in the hotel which sell everything you need , from cigarettes food and drinks to farmacy, clothing or water toys and these shops are the cheapest shops with set prices i EVER SEEN in Egypt and it was our 20+ visit ! I was shocked I pay near egyptian prices for goods ! It was really nice surprise ! We couldn't find cheaper prices in the city, again, no western tourist in the hotel but this time it was advantage :):) For taxis we used InDrive app, it is like Uber but cheaper and you pay CASH in taxi, you and driver only agree price in app and you have proof. Otherwise it works same as Uber. We used INDrive to even book private ride , and back to Ras Mihammed park, we rented driver for 4 hours to stay with us there and this private tour cost us 40 british pound for two people ! Main things we didn't like was - beach bar and pontoon, luck of entertainment, boring at evening, only lightly warmed swimming pool in February.

This is a 4 stars hotel but I think that it has at least 3 stars too many. The staff working in here is not the most helpful or service minded. In the hotel there is a shop selling fake goods. The room we had was super dated, the bed was not comfortable and the bathroom was not clean at all. The tiles in the bathroom were dirty, on the bathroom floor and tiles there was some debris, it looked like they did some work in the bathroom but they didn’t bother to clean properly. When we went to eat we used the sanitiser at entrance of the restaurant but it had so much of bad perfume in it that when I was eating some bread it made the bread taste awful. The food was mediocre. I saw the staff cleaning the tables with some very filthy sponge. My partner wanted to have a bath but the bathtub didn’t have a plug so we went to the reception to ask for one but they did not have any and did not even try to help however when we went back in the room we discovered that we wouldn’t use the bathtub at all cause the water coming from the tap did have a bad look, it was brown. At the checkout the receptionist asked to wait a bit cause the housekeeping would check first the room, I think they should send a housekeeping and a manager before the guests get in the room. Overall the hotel is pretty cheap but that doesn’t justify the dirtiness etc.

The Grand Oasis Resort offers a stunning location with a private beach and vibrant spots for diving. Rooms are cozy but could use some updates. The food is varied, with plenty of choices to suit all preferences. The pools and beach are fantastic, and the staff is friendly and helpful. A great choice for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

I stayed at Grand Oasis during my first trip to Sharm and I loved my decision to stay there. Rooms are nice and decent. Staff is very helpful and service is amazing. They serve the best food so it would be best if you go All Inclusive and have meals at their buffet. Grand Oasis has its own small private beach which is nice and not crowded. Their staff is very hospitable and let me have lunch at their buffet after I checked out and was waiting for my flight. Small gesture but they win a customer ♥️ Will definitely stay at Grand Oasis on my next trip. Love from Pakistan ♥️

An amazing hotel for the price , We were treated like royalty in the food hall by Moataz , he went and got our drinks so we didn't have to queue . It was my first time snorkeling and the reef did not disappoint, plenty of colourful fish and a Neopoleon Rass , who was very tolerant of us snorkelers . Thankyou again to Moataz and his team .
