Dukes the palm is a wonderful hotel. Totally enjoyed our 5 day stay here, staff are always friendly and assist you whenever you need them. Great location on the palm to get to everywhere, we ate every night outside the hotel and tried each hotel on the palm for a drink. This was worth doing although the hotel was just as lovely as the rest! You do get what you imagine it to be like! The travel agent recommended this hotel and I can totally see why. We will be returning quite possibly next year! March is a good time to visit with early 30’c weather, so a good choice for children too! The room is lovely but sometimes had problems with the shower temperature, the towels are changed slightly strange, at the fact you don’t get the same towels each days and you have to be lucky to get another one if the cleaners are about! The private beach is nice and pools are nice! Shame about the lazy river being out of action but apart from that, cannot complain about anything. Would recommend 👍you have to get taxi’s everywhere tho!! So be prepared to put some travel money aside for this!!

We spent 6 nights at Dukes The Palm with our family, and we can highly recommend it to anyone traveling with children – or even without. All the hotel staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and they were especially sweet to our daughter, which made our stay even more special.
We would like to highlight a few staff members who made our little girl's days brighter:
Usama surprised us on the first day by taking a family photo and later delivering it to our room in the form of a postcard – such a lovely gesture!
Mainul always brought little gifts for our daughter Mira, making her feel special.
Hnin sent our daughter's favorite fruit and some extra sweets to our room, which was such a thoughtful touch.
Melody was our daughter's favorite receptionist at the front desk. Even though our daughter doesn't speak English, they had long conversations, which warmed our hearts.
The only downside of our stay was that the lazy river was under renovation for the entire time, which was not communicated to us in advance via Booking.com or the hotel. It would have been helpful to know this beforehand, as we might have chosen different dates for our holiday.
The beach is beautiful and sandy, just a 5-minute walk away, or you can take a small golf cart ride provided by the hotel.
Overall, we had a wonderful time and truly appreciate the hospitality. Thank you!

We loved our stay at the dukes, perfect location and service and hospitality was extremely good. Maruf from housekeeping kept our room to a brilliant standard and was always on hand for extra information or help, a great young man. The only thing that could have made it better would have been freshly cooked pancakes at breakfast and to update the paint work on the walkway to the pool. But don’t let that put you off, we loved it.

My experience at Dukes the Palm was fantastic from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was warm and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of fresh options, and the hotel’s location made it easy to explore the city. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the excellent customer service. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip!

We had a fantastic experience at the hotel! The service was excellent, and the food was great.
The hotel was very child-friendly, even though both the kids' pool and lazy river were under maintenance. Fortunately, the main pool was open, and the private beach was exclusive, which made up for it.
The location was very central, making it easy to explore the area. I also appreciated the free valet parking, which was a convenient bonus.
The hospitality was outstanding—the staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist.
The only downside was the drainage in our room, as the water took a long time to clear after a shower.
