We were really impressed by the quality of the hotel for the price. The amenities were excellent, and the complimentary breakfast was a great bonus. Highly recommend this place!
Also Exceptional Service, The service was outstanding. From check-in to check-out, every staff member we encountered was friendly and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The room was cozy, and the view from the balcony was stunning.

The spacious rooms and our suite with a private pool were the best parts of our stay at the Lake View Hotel in JA Resorts Dubai. The cleaning staff did a great job and were really helpful.
Unfortunately, the rest of the experience wasn’t as good. Despite booking well in advance for our large family, the check-in was slow and frustrating. We picked this hotel because of the aqua park, but it’s actually far away, and you need to take a shuttle bus to get there. It’s better to stay at one of the other 2 hotels closer to the park.
The “no food from outside” rule was a pain, especially since the room service food was pricey and not that tasty. Breakfast was also a letdown, with long lines to get into the buffet. While we liked the rooms, the rest of the experience wasn’t great, and we wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

Superb hotel with all the facilities in the complete JA premises. This hotel has 2 swimming pools but other facilities like splash park, children play area, stables, aviary, beaches, spa in other part of resort. There is buggy service throughout the resort which you can avail anytime. Room was good, breakfast nice. Overall recommended 👌

Horrible experience! Pool’s water is almost yellow very dirty.
We sat in the captain bar and order food for kids! Service is horrible! Waiters got attitude and no way to see them smiling at you! Pepperoni pizza is horrible too.

had an amazing experience at JA The Resorts. The service was outstanding, the rooms were luxurious and comfortable, and the location was perfect. The staff were incredibly attentive and made my stay special. I highly recommend JA The Resorts to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay. I can't wait to return!
