We always go to JA and enjoyed access to pool and other facilities, the staff are friendly and approachable. However, they cannot give us a Complimentary room for a night using our Elite membership last December and this month we had a long weekend so I tried to contact them last January and begged to book us a night stay but still no consideration from your side. Please enlighten me how this high occupancy works that we cannot get a room from our membership while on your website there are still rooms available on the date I prefer.

The room was quite and clean with a huge balcony. The service was good however some room service staff had hygiene issues and there was some confusion in our original booking, and we got an upgrade! Which was a nice gesture specially taking along with us 2 toddlers. The location and the amenities were amazing. Highly recommended.

Great value for money! The hotel was completed around 2019, so the building is in excellent shape, the rooms are very spacious and so are the balconies. The property is on one side overlooking the golf course (the other side is overlooking dirt track and area to be developed). It is a 1km of a nice walk to the beach but there is also a trolley option. This hotel is connected to 2 other JA properties and therefore you have many restaurant options. The gardens are nice and green and there is a splash park for kids.

From the reception to the room service and restaurant were excellent .The receptionist -Krish was exceptionally good to accommodate our needs and a range the suitable room. We recently stayed at JA Lake View Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel feels new, clean, bright, and very open. The rooms were spacious, with a nice balcony that received plenty of sunlight. However, the lack of privacy on the balcony was a bit disappointing since it directly overlooked the pool and the restaurant terrace.
We dined at Republic, where the food was good but not particularly memorable, and had breakfast at 81. The breakfast selection was decent, with satisfactory quality, though it wasn’t the most impressive hotel breakfast we’ve had.
What really stood out to us was the lush, green environment surrounding the hotel. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with golf courses, small lakes, and lots of greenery. The abundance of birds and serene atmosphere made it a rare find in Dubai. We were also pleasantly surprised to learn that the entire property includes six hotels, offering a wide range of activities like archery, mini-golf, horseback riding, and even wakesurfing. The sheer number of dining options—over 20 restaurants across the property—was impressive, although we wished there were more waterfront dining options, as the only one we found didn’t serve dinner, just lunch and shisha.
However, we did find that some features of the property were unnecessarily loud, which disrupted the peaceful atmosphere. Aside from the occasional (deafening) noise from a nearby drift racing area, some fountains around the property were also quite loud, which detracted from the otherwise serene environment.
Another point of improvement would be the lighting at night—it was excessively bright throughout the property. Dimming the lights in the evening would go a long way toward creating a more relaxing and peaceful atmosphere, especially considering the lack of privacy on the balconies. It would have been lovely to sit on the balcony at night and enjoy the surroundings in a calmer, dimly lit setting.
The staff at JA Lake View Hotel were exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their warmth and professionalism added greatly to our stay.
Overall, JA Lake View Hotel exceeded our expectations, and it was a delightful discovery for us. Despite a few drawbacks, the lush greenery, range of activities, and excellent staff make it a hotel we’d happily recommend.
