This is our second time staying here, and once again, everything was simply wonderful. The room is clean, cozy, and perfectly maintained, just as we remembered it. We’d also like to sincerely thank and praise to Ghana, the person who takes care of the cleaning: he did an excellent job, being very precise and attentive. The room is always spotless thanks to his hard work and dedication. We are in love with this place! We’ll definitely be coming back again! Mary&Nino

We stayed at Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach for 15 days and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent — right on The Walk, close to the beach and Dubai Marina, with plenty of restaurants and nice bars around. Our room was spacious, clean, and offered a lovely sea view. The staff were wonderful — especially Rohahana at the reception, who was always kind and helpful, as well as the housekeeping and concierge teams, who were attentive and polite throughout our stay. However, there were several downsides. The balcony door was difficult to close properly, which affected the air conditioning and made the room quite warm and humid for a few days. The pool area was pleasant but lacked enough sunbeds during busy hours. We were also disappointed with the food — despite the hotel’s five-star rating, the buffet was not truly international. About half of it consisted of salads and desserts, while most main dishes were Indian-style curries with strong, unfamiliar spices and aromas, making them hard to enjoy. There were great baguettes, but the cheese tasted oddly sweet, and although we had half board, we didn’t go to breakfast at all. We arrived around midnight and missed dinner, but unfortunately, the hotel did not offer any food option at that time, so we had to eat outside. It would be great if the hotel offered a small afternoon or late-night snack option for guests who arrive late or sleep in, as everyone has a different vacation rhythm. Another issue was privacy: even when we placed the “Do Not Disturb” sign, the housekeeping staff unlocked the door to check if we were inside. After that, we started locking the door, but then the reception called to check on us, which felt intrusive. Despite these issues, the staff remained kind and professional, and we truly appreciated their warm attitude. Overall, Sofitel Jumeirah Beach is a beautiful hotel with an excellent location and great people, but the dining variety, room maintenance, and privacy handling could be improved to fully match its five-star reputation.

Amazing stay at Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach! Our experience was absolutely wonderful. The room was spacious, spotless, and had a beautiful sea view. The location is perfect — right on The Walk, close to Marina and all the great restaurants and shops. The valet parking staff were especially outstanding — always polite, professional, and super fast in delivering the car with a smile. They truly made our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended for families! The hotel combines luxury, great service, and an unbeatable location.

What a wonderful holiday we had staying at this hotel! We had a twin room with a partial sea view and we loved it. Beds are very comfy and clean, bathroom has walk in shower, toilet and a bath. Plenty of room for storage and hanging up clothes. Mini bar fully stocked but at a cost, but you do get complimentary water which comes in handy after a hot day out! Housekeeping came everyday and restocked us up on towels. The hotel floors smelt very nice and were well kept. Staff are very friendly and welcoming, always smiling and willing to help. The food was fantastic. Each night is a different theme/country. Plenty of options and very fresh, chefs come out and topped up if anything was running low. We are picky eaters and were skeptical about the food but we ate good every night. To our surprise, the Arabian night was the best food we had. Lots of deserts to choose from and every food is labelled and tells you if vegan, vegetarian, low fat etc. location of the hotel is fantastic. Right at the heart of Jumeirah Beach, it beach itself is probably a 3 minute walk and the hotel provides free towels, a parasol and chairs to use. These are located at the gym on level P3. You just sign them out and back in. The hotel is right in the location of everything, food shops, pharmacies, gift shops, coffee shops etc. sometimes we would sit outside the hotel and just watch the world go by. The road outside does get very busy at night with Taxi’s, supercars & cars etc but it’s easy to cross. We only got picked up for the airport at midnight so we stored our cases away via the concierge and went out for the day. When we got back, we sat outside for abit then came inside the hotel and sat down. Plenty of seats to choose from. Honestly, this hotel for us is 10/10 and I would 1000% choose this hotel if/when we come back. We were sad to leave but definitely happy we chose here to stay. We hope to come back soon!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My stay at the Sofitel Jumeirah Beach Resort in Dubai was truly unforgettable! From day one, the first-class service and stunning décor exceeded every expectation. Hannington and Ali went above and beyond to ensure my sister and I had everything we needed—always greeting us warmly and assisting with every detail. The location was perfect, surrounded by amazing restaurants, boutique shops, and endless beachfront activities. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious, and the on-site tour guide made exploring Dubai effortless. A trip of a lifetime—luxury, comfort, and world-class service all in one. I can’t wait to return!
