Our stay was truly exceptional! From the outstanding service to the perfect location, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was attentive and welcoming, room service was impressively fast, and the cleanliness of the room made our stay even more refreshing. The location was unbeatable—not only was it close to everything, but even just stepping outside for a walk felt like an experience on its own. There were so many activities nearby that you could easily spend the whole day in one place without ever getting bored. Whether in winter or summer, this is a fantastic place to stay, and we’d highly recommend it!

The view is amazing!
The staff is very friendly!
We have received an upgrade which was very nice :)
But no private beach, you have to carry umbrella,towels to the beach yourself.
At the pool there is not enough sun-beds for all guests, but staff try to find you a place anyway.
Breakfast is ordinary.
Cleaning of the rooms could be improved.
The walls are pretty thin, you can hear people talking in the hallway.

Our 10-day family holiday was truly wonderful, and a big part of that was thanks to the incredible staff at the hotel. Everyone was so warm, kind, and welcoming—it made our stay extra special!

Fabulous hotel with great amenities and location which overlooks the Wheel. Our room was perfect and a lovely comfortable bed with beautiful linens and towels. Shower was one of the best I've ever used in a hotel, and I've stayed in many. Excellent breakfast with choices to accommodate all nationalities. All staff were extremely polite and helpful. Would definitely say here again.

I recently had the pleasure of catching up with a friend at the Sofitel Hotel, and we had a wonderful experience. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Tony Paul, the supervisor at the restaurant. His kindness and helpfulness in guiding us through the menu made our dining experience exceptional. The ambiance, view, and convenient location—close to the beach and Dubai Tram—further enhanced our visit. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to relax and enjoy a great atmosphere.
