My friends and I were recommended this location by a family friend and from check in to check out it did not disappoint. The hotel is stunning and the location is perfect. The staff were very attentive, knowledgeable and professional. Tariq made some of best cocktails in the hotel bar and Hannington provided information daily regarding nearby shops and night life. It is definitely a property that I would recommend to others and visit again in the future.

The attendants were attentive without being intrusive, always ready to assist with any request. Their friendly demeanor made the dining experience all the more enjoyable. It’s rare to see such attentive service at a buffet, and it was evident that the staff was dedicated to ensuring guests had a memorable meal. The staff was attentive and welcoming, room service was impressively fast, and the cleanliness of the room made our stay even more refreshing. The location was unbeatable—not only was it close to everything, but even just stepping outside for a walk felt like an experience on its own. There were so many activities nearby that you could easily spend the whole day in one place without ever getting bored. Whether in winter or summer, this is a fantastic place to stay, and we’d highly recommend it!

Fantastic from check in with Amr. Everything surpassed expectations- spotless, good food, weather (bonus). Room amazing with views over Ain Dubai- good sunsets. Room kept clean and tidy by Paras. Highly recommend. Only thing I would suggest as an improvement would be a hotel information book in the room.
