Dusit Thani Krabi Beach Resort is undeniably a beautiful and spacious property. The way the hotel is integrated into the stunning natural landscape is truly breathtaking. The service we received was excellent, and the breakfast was a real treat – delicious and with plenty of options. Our rooms were also lovely and generously sized.
However, our family trip was unfortunately marred by a significant issue. We had six rooms booked, and every single one of them had a noticeable musty/moldy/damp smell. Despite raising this concern with the hotel staff, no solution was offered to us. This was incredibly disappointing and impacted the comfort of our stay.
Additionally, the reception staff's English language skills were not up to par, which sometimes made communication challenging.
In conclusion, Dusit Thani Krabi Beach Resort has a lot going for it – beautiful grounds, lovely rooms, and great service in general. However, the pervasive musty smell in all of our rooms, coupled with the lack of resolution, significantly detracts from the overall experience. For me, value for money is crucial, and a room with such an odor, especially at this price point, is unacceptable. It's a shame because otherwise, this could have been a fantastic stay. If you happen to get a room with this issue, don't expect a quick fix.

A wonderful hotel in an excellent area n one of the best beaches in the area. Staff were amazing and nothing at all was too much trouble. Plenty of sun beds and beach towels were plentiful. Just outside was a seven eleven for provisions and there were some lovely restaurants out on the roadside or a great one just next door on the beach. We met Ben at the managers cocktail party who was so friendly and helpful. It all made us feel relaxed and at home. Great experience and would definitely recommend. Thank you

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was the best I’ve ever had—so many delicious options to choose from. The location is perfect, with stunning views from the sunset pool and a beautiful beach that wasn’t too crowded, which made it even more relaxing.
The only downside was their Italian restaurant. The food was really disappointing, especially compared to the high quality of everything else at the hotel. Surprisingly, the pizza served at the pool was much better than what we had at the restaurant.
Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I’d definitely come back

We loved our stay in Dusit Thani hotel. The resort is beautiful, with nice gardens. We had room with garden view, loved it. The room was nice, clean and spacious. It was very quiet there- so we slept very well there. The staff is lovely, very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in beach- very clean and nice beach. The 2 pools where nice, we had sunbathing chairs all the time and the pool bar was good, nice service there as well. We recommend the hotel 100%. :) Hopefully will come back some day. Thank you Dusit Thani hotel and staff.

This is the second time we have stayed at this beautiful hotel and this time we bought some family with us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the hotel and its staff are amazing. The hotel and grounds are immaculately kept, with gardeners everywhere and staff constantly walking around the pool areas, checking the water, removing debris from the trees and cleaning the sides.
The staff are beyond accommodating and so happy and polite. Nothing is too much trouble and they took exceptionally good care of my son who had a fractured ankle at the time of our visit and was in an air boot.
The room we stayed in was a great size with lovely big terrace as we were on the ground floor, along with a walk in shower and separate bath! All beautiful kept and clean!!
I highly recommend this hotel and have no doubt whatsoever that we will be back to stay again. Thank you for a fantastic stay.
