We spent a week at this hotel with an upgrade to the Dusit Thani Club room. The room was lovely with a view over the gardens towards the sea. The service was outstanding especially in the Club Lounge where we enjoyed the afternoon tea and the early evening drinks. The area around the Hotel is stunning and the view across the Andaman Sea towards the island will take your breath away. You can catch longtail boats off the beach for island tours. Also beach side massages were accessible. We will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at the Dusit Thani in Krabi! This was our third visit (though the last time was in 2017 so pre covid etc) and it was as good as we remembered (if not better!). We opted for Club access which was great (special mention to the chef who made the daily scones which were delicious and overall the food quality in the club was great - we liked all the salad and vegetables/fruit offered as well as sometimes it's hard to find on holiday!). Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Drinks were good and my kids loved sampling the "sober" cocktails. Special thanks to Wu for looking after us but all the Club team were lovely (I wish I could remember all their names!). The GM also came and chatted daily to the guests and was very kind and helped source the old resort umbrella for my kids who wanted it for a photo recreation. It was good to see some of the staff still there from years ago (special mention to Bank in the pool bar). The pools were lovely and as someone who can't sit too long in the sun I appreciated the proper sun coverage and fans near the pool with the bar. Everything is maintained well. Overall we loved our time there, didn't want to leave and are already planning our next visit.

The people in the hotel are super nice and friendly. They always helped us with everything we needed (activities, excursion, reservations…)
We recommend the cooking class, the bar in the pool and the massages.
The food in the restaurant is not bad but the best. But there is a Thai restaurant just outside of the hotel that is really good and cheep.

I recently stayed at Dusit Thani Krabi Beach Resort, and I had an absolutely wonderful experience. The resort is beautifully situated with stunning views of the beach and lush gardens, creating a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere.
The staff was exceptionally warm and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and offered every modern amenity I could ask for. I particularly enjoyed the resort’s pool area, which was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring.
The dining options were diverse, with a variety of delicious cuisines to choose from, all served in picturesque settings. From the breakfast buffet to the beachside dinners, every meal was memorable.
Overall, Dusit Thani Krabi Beach Resort exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway. I can’t wait to return!

We stayed here for 2 weeks end of Feb. Absolutely loved everything about this resort, from the beautiful gardens, pools and beach to the fantastic breakfast. The choice and quality was excellent. We upgraded to a club room and used the club lounge daily. Every member of staff we met were just so lovely, friendly and professional. This was our first holiday to Thailand and we were blown away with how beautiful this place is. Thank you for a wonderful holiday x
