I've given this a 4 star review but this is solely on the fact I don't think it's a 5 star hotel. The rooms are great, service is exceptional, location is breathtaking and we were really happy with the hotel. However, for 5 star I expect a couple more things. For example, the gym / fitness room is poor [tiny box room with limited equipment]. The breakfast bar was limited for 5*. Also not an official concierge service though the staff do help. I'd just expect a bit more for 5 star. Though our stay was amazing and loved every bit of it. Also you can get a scooter at the hotel for 300 Baht a day which was awesome. No need to show passport or anything. Just tell them your room number and they hand you over the keys which was convenient.

Lovely hotel, we stayed during low season and got the luxury pool room for a great price. Staff couldn't be nicer, very helpful and kind. There is a shuttle bus to bring you into the town, which is very handy. The breakfast is lovely and there's a great selection. The dinner is good but we felt for a 5 star hotel it could have been better. Overall it is a really nice hotel to stay in, I would highly recommend it.

It’s a cute boutique hotel but not a five star. Most staff are nice and friendly. However, the tour desk is a ripoff. The supposed-to-be private boat tour is a shared trip with 15 people. It made us wait for an hour at the pier and costed us two people the same price as a private long tail boat trip we got in the next hotel we stayed in. Room is small but fine. I struggled with laundry - the hotel service takes 24hr while hanging wet clothes out doesn’t dry it, hanging it inside has no space. Meanwhile, the iron board and irons are not working well. The hotel itself is far from the beach and shuttle is only available every hour. you can enjoy staying in the resort, hanging around pool, or going out for the full day on a tour. But the pool is a fraction too cold for my 3 year old. We didn’t rent a motorbike as they don’t have additional helmet for the kid, which probably limited our mobility.

We had a great time at this resort. Breakfast was lovely. Spa was great (and reasonable!). Staff were all amazing, very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean, modern, and we'll designed. The yoga was difficult, but good fun too! Rooftop view, bar, restaurant, all surpassed our expectations We'd highly recomend this stay!

My husband and I had a great time staying here and would definitely choose this hotel again! The staff are friendly and helpful, the is delicious, and the pool was amazing. They offer in-house massages for a good price, and it was even buy one get one free massages while we were there!
