I was here with a friend in November and had a great time. Staff were friendly and very nice. Even had a sweet surprise for me as an IHG member, not many IHG hotels do that. Room was towards the pool area and had a nice calming view. Breakfast was fantastic, had everything id want for breakfast. This hotel and their service is why I got IHG credit card again and want to strengthen my membership. Highly recommended

My kids love the kids club here. The staff bank and wave is so helpful and kids friendly person. The instruction given while doing the activities is also easy to understand, using simple words. No language barrier. The activities that being organized is so enjoyable. My kids is looking forward the complimentary activities everyday. When the kids happy, the momma is happy too! 🥰🥰🥰

My family of five—me, my wife, and our three daughters (17, 16, and 11)—recently stayed at Holiday Inn. We booked two rooms on the second floor of building 5, and from start to finish, the experience was top-notch. The rooms were modern, fresh, clean, and spacious. Great ventilation, a delightful bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the pool—couldn’t ask for more. The common areas were well-maintained with plenty of seating. The pool isn’t huge, but it never felt crowded, which was a pleasant surprise. The pool bar did its job well. Food was good, drinks were decent. The mojito was excellent; the margarita was pretty good. Service from the staff? No complaints—friendly, efficient, and attentive. The location is tucked away enough that noise from the main road wasn’t an issue, ensuring a peaceful stay. Breakfast buffet was decent. Not the largest selection, but a good variety of Western and Thai dishes to choose from. The restaurant stood out by delivering our meals promptly and serving all of us simultaneously—a rarity in our experience. Overall, an absolutely fantastic experience. Highly recommend!

Room number: 6212 Date of booking 25-28 December 2024 Couples on anniversary 🤩❤️ Well its our 15th anniversary and we planned to visit Krabi, we have selected king size standard room with ocean view however when we arrived to the hotel we got premium twin room as upgrade since king size rooms are fully booked somehow. However we informed the hotel manager Miss May that we don't like the room for many reasons. She told us to give her a time until tomorrow to make an arrangement for us. In the second day she called us asking to look at the other room she prepared and we were extremely happy 😃 she gave us a suite room with lovely anniversary decorations and fruit not all of this but also a voucher can be used within the hotel. In my opinion she managed the situation very well and for that i say big thanks to May for her efforts and support.

The hotel is conveniently situated in the heart of Ao Nang, providing easy access to the city center. The establishment features an inviting pool area, and the breakfast spread is satisfactory, albeit with limited options catering to Western preferences. We were assigned room 3302, which offers a delightful view and ample space. It is worth noting that this room category is classified as a city view room with an additional sea view. While there is room for improvement in terms of housekeeping services, as we had to request room cleaning at 5 pm on our first day, the overall experience at this contemporary hotel during our seven-day stay was positive. Based on this experience, we would consider staying here again in the future.
