People are fabulous. Hotel and staff are great. Upgraded the room and although the view is good the room itself is very tired and dated but wont be a problem for us. Yet to explore the island so 🤞it will be great. Last day today and I want to thank all staff for their superb hospitality, nothing was a problem for them. Will definitely visit again 👏 great holiday.

Not Quite a Four-Star Experience 😒 We stayed here recently, attracted by the convenient all-inclusive packages. While there were some positives, the overall experience was underwhelming. The reception staff seemed a bit inexperienced, and we weren’t given much information at check-in, leaving us to figure things out ourselves. Despite asking, we never received receipts for various charges, including the tourist tax, which was frustrating. 🛎️ The rooms are designed to appear modern, but in our case, the bathroom refurbishing seems incomplete, with unfinished plasterboard visible. The beds in the four rooms we've booked have sharp edges, and the narrow space around them makes it easy to accidentally bump into these cutting edges. The area under the fridge was wet, with an electric wire sitting in it—not exactly safe. The mirror frame was just tape with a wood pattern, and other details like corroded taps and old, unresponsive air-conditioning units made the room feel more like a one-star experience. On the plus side, the food 🥗 was really good, and the dining hall staff were fantastic. The pool was great too, but it closed early at 18:00, which was disappointing, especially with an unfriendly lifeguard. The hotel didn’t offer much in terms of activities—just a few weekly events. The kids’ entertainment options, that should be included, required coins and often malfunctioned. 🎰 Lastly, the water in the room wasn’t desalinated, which is something I hadn’t encountered at other hotels in Zakynthos. It was particularly annoying for the little ones since taking a shower felt like swimming in the sea. Overall, while there were some good aspects, the hotel didn’t quite live up to its four-star rating. 👎

Definitely not a four star hotel as sold to us. Food was very good, and a good choice of hot and cold meals, but unless you got to the restaurant when it opened the tables were not laid up and had to do it ourselves. No table cloths. Also have to help yourselves to on tap beer, wine etc..the restaurant was more like a canteen. The drinks were all awful, especially the cocktails! The queues were very long for drinks at the bar in the evening, usually a 10-15 minute wait! And then served in plastic beakers! Struggled to find drinks we liked all holiday. Also strange that there was no where to sit in the evenings apart from in the restaurant at the dining tables so had people eating around us. Entertainment not every night and only lasted up to an hour.No disco afterwards.Very limited seating in reception area. Our room was very basic. Wet room with toilet together with a glass screen which leaked badly so the floor flooded every time we showered. Lots of limescale and rust on the taps and shower fittings.Metal shower drain was bent badly so had to be careful not to catch our feet on it. The shower was either very hot or very cold all the time. Light fitting was hanging from ceiling, extending wall mirror was missing from the frame, leaving a sharp screw we had to be careful not to catch ourselves on. Whole room needed at coat of paint and a bit of tlc. We had clean towels every 2 days but the cleaner always left our balcony door wide open! The room wasn't dusted, swept or mopped in 10 days apart from the wet room floor to remove the water. The staff were very friendly and helpful apart from the barman. The hotel is in a good location for the beach, shops, bus stops and taxis. The pool and bar area is much smaller than promoted in the photos. The sunbeds are past their best and the small pool area is just concrete. This really isn't a 4 star hotel,a 2-3 star is a far better description. We were very disappointed in this hotel and all the other 4 star hotels we have stayed in have been nothing like this! It was only the great weather that kept us there!

Meg C (Megs)
Absolutely not a 4 star hotel. We managed to make the most of our trip away, but it took some doing given how bad the hotel was. We were sold it as a 4 star on the easy jet website and the reviews on Google gave it a 4.3 so I had high hopes. I might be a bit of a snob when it comes to hotels so maybe I need to lower my expectations but... On arrival there is no bell boy to take your bags to your room, the receptionist just points you in the direction of where to go. The room itself had a wet room rather than a bathroom, it flooded every time we showered. The bathroom sinks were actually in the main room. It was very odd. Our balcony door didn't shut/lock properly. The bed was exceptionally uncomfortable, we both woke up in utter agony each morning. The maids didn't change the bedding when they cleaned the room, they just made the beds (evidenced by my husband's blood mark from a cut on his ear still on the pillow). The food was dire. Like really bad. There was one dish at dinner with veg, the rest was all just flavorless carb dishes. We ended up eating out every night because I couldn't being myself to eat there. There was beer and wine on tap. The beer was okay but the wine was awful. We didn't bother trying a cocktail so can't comment on those. The "entertainment' was just the dinner hall playing music. We only went there once to get water and it was like something out of a comedy sketch, a very sorry excuse for entertainment. However...the location was great. The local strip was brilliant, there were so many amazing restaurants, you can't really go wrong with any of them. The hotel is a short walk to the beach too and a short transfer from the airport. Overall I wouldn't recommend it if you're after a 4 star hotel. But, if you want cheap and cheerful and happy with a 2/3 star then it will make do!

A gem close to Kalamaki Beach. Great food and service, rooms cleaned properly every day. Front desk helpful and efficient. My first experience of all inclusive and wow, we enjyed it! the food and coffee were great! A quiet and sunny vacation with a lovely long beach nearby 😎
